Mac Bridge itunes problem/error
Hi,
First I'm going to start by saying how disapointed I am in Sony technology for makng it so hard to transfer music from itunes to their smartphones. I sync my compact with my macbook pro, and some albums can't be sync'ed, others are on the memory of my phone but cannot be played!!
Does Sony realise how frustrating this is!? I've done everything I know I could do (including reinstalling EVERYTHING!!).
Please help me to fgure out how to succesfully transfer music from itunes to my Z1 compact and let it play music.
btw: Even songs that were on there, were removed, and put back on again, don't play anymore!
I have musicalbums with 2-3 songs missing, albums that cant play, sync errors...
This has to stop or I'll quit using this piece of technology! And advise everyone to buy another brand instead! I was hoping sony would be better than Apple.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues transferring music to your phone.
Do you know if these tracks are copy protected with DRM?
What happens if you install http://www.android.com/filetransfer/ and then try transferring these songs using drag and drop and then try to play them in the phone?

ITunes problem - error message
Okay, so I've had a new laptop and I've downloaded iTunes because I have an iPod and need everything to be agreeable. When I open iTunes, I get the error message that says, 'iTunes has detected a problem with your audio configuration. Audio/Video playback may not operate properly'. I don't know what is causing this.
And also, I've been moving songs over from the desktop and when I try to authorise a song that I've purchased from the iTunes Music Store, it tries to access the Store and then I get the error message that says, 'We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try aagain'. I'm connected to thr internet fine, and can do everything else, but not just this. I can also access the iTunes Music store separately of this, just nor for track authorisation. iPad 3 and iPhone 4S won't synch with iTunes on Mac book pro. Error message says I need to have version 10.6.3 or later for iTunes. Mac iOS version 10.5.8 and iTunes on Mac is 10.6.1. iPad and iPhone version is 6.0(10A403). When I check for updates on the Mac book pro it says software versions are up to date.
When I check for iTunes version 10.6.3 it looks like it is for snow leopard operating system which I am not on. How to I get my devices to sync with computer. Everything worked prior to iOS 6 upgrade on remote devices.I'm having the same problem.
iPhone 4s won't sync with my Macbook Pro.
I iust updated the iPhone to iOS6 (thought it wasn't syncing before the update either).
Macbook Pro running Mac OS 10.5.8
iTunes 10.6.3 (i.e. latest update - which hasn't had an issues apart from syncing).
I tried 3 different USB sync cables. Still not syncing.
Do I really have to update my Mac OS to 10.6.8 in order to sync my phone ? I thought as long as you have iTunes 10.6.3 you're ok...
Is there a way to update to Mac OS 10.6.8 (or later) without wiping the hard drive and doing a new install?..

Hi, I get error (-15006) when I try to connect air play true Apple TV. No problem with my old PC. with my Mac i get that error.
It is true the Ithunes I get the problem.

Sorry for the late reply. My email firewall has become a little over zealous & sent a lot of my emails straight to my junk email folder, so I have only just now discovered your reply in my junk mail folder.
The only "don't open files exceeding xxx megabytes" instruction I can find in my Prefs, is in the Bridge Prefs for Thumbnails, & mine is set at 1000mb. The biggest files I handle are bigger than 200mb so I should be able to open a few, not just one.
However, this doesn't explain why I can open a psd format file of 180mb, close it, but then can't open a RAW format file of only 26mb immediately after.
I can open the RAW file only if I restart my computer - very annoying!
However, thanks for the advice about the video card & memory.
So, I'm still stuck as to what the issue is. -

Ive got the same problem, just got my iphone unlocked, and they told me to sync it to itunes to get it permently unlocked, well everytime i plug my iphone in it says; it wont work as it needs up dating to 10.6.3, which i have already updated, but still doesnt work, so how can i get my phone unlocked?

Can I download music from my PC onto my new iPhone and still have my iPhone sync with my Mac without a problem?
I've had an iPod over a year and have not done much with it except download music onto it from my PC. Just recently have purchased the iPhone. When I got my iPod I didn't have a Mac, but now I do. I am really into my iPhone, so now I want to make sure that I don't do anything wrong. So can I connect my iPhone to both my PC and my Mac without it getting mixed signals and stop working. No. You can only music to your iPhone from one computer at a time. If you try to load music onto it from a 2nd computer, it will erase the current content on the iPhone and replace it with whats in the iTunes library you are connected to,

Syncing new iphone 5 with a Mac with itunes 10.6.3. Error message says iphone cannot be used because requires itunes 10.7 or later. Unable to download Itunes 10.7 to Mac. What do I have to do to import songs from Mac to new Iphone 5 ?
iOS 6 (which runs on the iPhone 5) requires iTunes 10.7, which requires OS X 10.6.8 or higher.

This may indicate a hardware issue with your device. Follow Troubleshooting security software issues, and restore your device on a different known-good computer. If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.

when trying to launch facetime on mac, a message drops down that says "unable to verify email because it is already in use by another Apple ID". The mac tech things it's an itunes problem. Anybody?
You need to select the "Manage My Account" link and not the "Reset Your Password" link. Once you use the "Manage My Account" it will ask you to log in and in there you should see which email addresses are verified.

Have a first gen iPad with 4.3 IOS. Can't download version 5.1 because iTunes 11.1 need to be downloaded. Cannot download version of iTunes. " errors occured while installing updates. if the problem persists choose tools>download only and try installing manually". This is as far as I can get. Can't find tools to manually download. When I try to reset to factory settings, I get an error also.
Try updating your iTunes using an iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer file downloaded from the Apple website:
