Maintain "Determination of Pricing Procedure" with different sales orgs. ID

Hi experts,
We have different sales orgs. ID for some of our sales orgs. in our Development/Quality/Production systems. When we maintained the "Determination of Pricing Procedure" in Development system for our new company and transported it to Quality system an error occurred. The sales org. ID we maintained in D wasn't available in Q. So we still have the same problem in Q as we had before. I have noticed that we have different ID for another company in our CRM system but it seems that someone has maintained "Determination of Pricing Procedure" manually for each system without any transport even if I don't think that's possible, but it look so. See pictures below:
Development system:
Quality system:
O 50000125 in D is the same as O 50000075 in Q. This is working fine, but I don't know how you change it manually in Q as it seems to have been done in above picture!?
O 50000178 in D is our new company. After transport to Q the same ID with the same values are transported correct. But the ID for the company in Q is O 50000150. So of course we still have the same problem in Q that we had before the transport.
Does anyone know how to solve this? I guess you can't just change things manually in Q or is the correct way to do?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Hannes de Richelieu

Hello Hannes,
this really is a common issue. Org-Model can be maintained in every client and as the IDs are generated they can differ even if only the sequence in which you created the units is not the same in D/Q/P.
What you might be interested in is report RHMOVE30. It is used to "transport" the Org-Model between Clients. Have a look here: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3537400
This way you maintain the model once and distribute it across systems. My advise would be to take the one you have in P and refresh D and Q from it. You are still able to make adjustments in D and Q for testing. After a certain timeframe I would then refresh D and Q again to get them in sync.
cheers Carsten

  • Two pricing Procedure for one Sales Org

    Dear All,
Is it possible to assign 2 Pricing Procedure for a single Sales Org? If Yes, How come can we do this?
And, How come will SAP-System determine to use which Pricing Procedure at the time of creating Sales Order?
    Thanks and Best Regards,

Pricing Procedure Determination - T.Code: OVKK
(Sales Organization + Distribution Channel + Division) Sales Area + Document Procing Procedure + Customer Pricing Procedure = Pricing Procedure
A Document belongs to a Sales Area. Based on a different combination of Distribution Channel & Division for Same Sales Organization, we can derive a separate Pricing Procedure.
For the same sales area, if Document Pricing Procedure or / and Customer Pricing Procedure, in that case also different Pricing Procedure can be determined.
If the combination of Sales Area, Document Pricing Procedure and Customer pricing procedure is the same, in that case separate Pricing Procedure cannot be determined.

  • How to design a Pricing Procedure with both MWST and MWSI in it ?

    Hi there.
My business requirement dictates that I can have both Tax inclusive(PR01/MWSI) and Tax Exclusive(PR00/MWST) items within a Single Sales Order.
I know that One pricing procedure can only be assigned to 1 Document Type. So,
Has anyone successfully created a Pricing Procedure that incorporates both the MWST and MWSI tax components ? If so, could you post a sample of the pricing procedure in order for me to understand how I should group the discounts/surcharges and reflect the Subtotals, as well as incorporate the MWST and MWSI all within a single Pricing Procedure ? I will also need to include the PR01 and PR00 conditions into the procedure too, right ?
Really really hope someone with the experience, can aid me on this. I cannot find any relevant materials on this matter, both in OSS Sapnotes and within this forum.
    regards
    Poo

In SD, Pricing Procedure is determined based on Sales Area (Sales Organization + Distribution Centre + Division) + Customer Pricing Procedure + Document Pricing Procedure. Sales Area is determined in Sales Order Header Level. Customer Pricing Procedure is determined from Customer Master. Document Pricing Procedure is determined from Sales Document Type / Billing Type (if configured). Once the pricing procedure is determined, Condition records are fetched. If appropriate condition records are found, the price is determined. If Mandatory pricing condition is missing, system will through an error message.
In SD, the steps to configure Pricing procedure are as under:
    Step 1:
Condition table: If existing condition table meets the requirement, we need not create a new condition table. Considering the requirement for new condition table, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Condition Table (select the required fields combination, which will store condition record).
    Step 2:
Access Sequence: If existing access sequence meets the requirement, we need not create a new access sequence. Considering the requirement for new sequence, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Access Sequence (Access sequence is made up of Accesses (Tables) & the order of priority in which it is to be accessed. Here we assign the condition table to access sequence.
    Step 3:
Condition Type: If existing condition type meets the requirement, we need not create a new condition type. Considering the requirement for new condition type, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Condition Type. It is always recommended to copy an existing similar condition type & make the neccessary changes. Here we assign Access sequence to Condition type.
    Step 4:
    a. Pricing Procedure: It is recommended to copy a similar pricing procedure & make the neccesary changes in new pricing procedure. Pricing Procedure is a set of condition type & arranged in the sequence in which it has to perform the calculation. Considering the requirement for new Pricing Procedure, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Pricing Procedure --> Maintain Pricing Procedure.
    b. Pricing Procedure: After maintaining the pricing procedure the next step will be determination of pricing procedure. Configuration for determining pricing procedure in SPRO is as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Pricing Procedure --> Determine Pricing Procedure.
    5. Condition record: Condition record is a master data, which is required to be maintained by Core team / person responsible from the client. During new implementation, the condition records can be uploaded using tools like SCAT, LSMW, etc.
It is assumed that document pricing procedure, customer pricing procedure , ... are in place.
Similarly in MM Module we have Pricing Schema.

  • Pricing procedure with a reference of a billing document

    Hi all,
How to apply new pricing procedure when you use a reference of another billing document?
by VA01, I want to use a billing document as a reference to create another sales document. Tthese 2 has different pricing procedures but when I do this, I want the sales document to use its own procing procedure.
But when I refer a billing document and create a sales document at VA01, it copies the billing document's pricing procedure.
These 2 pricing procedures have different condition types.
I already went to "Maintain Copy Control for Sales Document" - "Copying Controld: Billing Document to Sales Document"  and set "B" as its pricing type.
Waiting for a valuable replies from y'all.
    Best regards
    Misaki

    HI,
    Thank you for your reply,
I already have assigned pricing procedures to the required order types at OVKK, and V/08.
but it still doesn't go right.
When I don't refer any billing document at VA01 and simply create a sales document using required order type,  the assigned pricing procedure is used. However, when I use a reference of a billing document to create a new sales document, it copies a pricing procedure from the refered billing document and doesn't  use its own pricing procedure.
Wanting to know how to redetermine a pricing procedure to create a sales document when referring a billing document.
Ideally, the new sales document doesn't copy a pricing procedure at all from the reference(billing document), if possible.
I really appreciate for your help.

  • Place one order with Products from different sales orgs

    Hello,
We are in CRM 7.0 EHP2 connected to ECC 6.0. We have Internet
    sales/Webchannel Application.
We are rolling out Internet sales for a new country but they want the option to
place one single order with products from different sales
    organizations.
Currently Customers send fax/email to customer
representative(CR) with list of products. The CR identifies and places
multiple orders if products belong to different sales orgs.
Currently customers don't have idea about sales orgs and they don't
have a clue which product belongs to which sales orgs. So, for them to
use Internet sales, we have to provide them an option to place one
order with products from different sales orgs.
I understand SAP doesn't support this. But, is there any way we can achieve this through some custom/out of the box solutions?
    Thanks,
    Ravi

  • "pricing procedure for captive sales"

    hi,
i want to know , how to maintain pricing procedure for captive sales.
    please help .
    thanks

    Hi
I guess you can use the standard pricing procedure, as captive sale is kind of 'forced ' sales, you have to buy from a particular vendor. Or in case, you are the vendor, a customer can only buy from you, smetimes due to a contract.

  • Pricing procedure for Depot Sales(CIN Version)

    HI,
Can anyone explain me TAXINJ and
The Pricing procedure for Depot Sales(CIN Version)
alongwith the Condition Types like JMOD,JECS,JECX etc.
    Points will be given
    Regrds,
    Binayak

    Hi Binayak.
JMOD is a FI Tax condition which gets the Basic Excise duty from calculation formula 352. JEX2 is a copy of JMOD and is a Sales pricing condition. The value of JEX2 gets posted for Excise account key. This ensures that the cost accounting of excise value paid is done correctly. In cases where commercial invoice is created after utilization the condition value formula 353 ensures that the actual MODVAT utilized is accounted as excise.
Similarly JAED is a FI Tax condition which gets the Additional Excise duty from calculation formula 352. JEXA is a copy of JAED and is a Sales pricing condition. The accounting is done for the value of JEXA.
JSED is a FI Tax condition which gets the Special Excise duty from calculation formula 352. JEXS is a copy of JSED and is a Sales pricing condition. The accounting is done for the value of JEXS.
JCES is a FI Tax condition which gets the CESS from calculation formula 352. JCED is a copy of JCES and is a Sales pricing condition. The accounting is done for the value of JCED.
    So, Conclusion :---->
JMOD  -- >  Basic Excise duty condition  for FI side.
    corresponding to it,
JEX2 is the Basic Excise duty condition  for SD side.
    That's why
account key to  JMOD is linkes in TAXINJ.
    and
account key to  JEX2 is linkes in JDEPOT.
    Hope this certainly helps you.
Please reward points if found useful to you.

  • Pricing procedure assignment to sales organization

    Hi Expert,
One particular pricing procedure is defined and assigned to particular sales organization in table T683V. I have assigned same pricing procedure to another sales organization which is now reflecting in that table. When i am trying to create sales order for newly assigned sales organization, it is not showing condition types for that particular sales order in conditions tab for that particular material. Can you please tell me why this is happening & what would be the solution for this ?
    Thanks.

    Hi,
In Sales & Distribution - Basic Functions - Pricing - Pricing Control - Define and Assign Pricing procedure, you can define your pricing procedure to Sales Organization,Distribution Channel and division level. You can't define on sales organization only.
This question you should post in SD forum.

  • Credit management with different sales organization

    hi,
one cusotmer master code with different sales area, can i separate the credit limit? pls advice. thanks

    Dear Friend,
Pls proceed as follows for implementaing credit control at sales Area level:
    1.Define two control Areas e.g C1 & C2 in enterprise structure(Definition)
2.Do not assign the Company code with control area howver keep the "overwrite CC" tab checked (SPRO-Assignement of control area with company code)
    3.Assign Sales Area e.g S1 & S2 with control Area C1 & C2
4.Now define credit limit in FD32 for customer in control area C1 & C2
Pls note the control area will be derived automaticaly in case of sales transactions however while posting thru FI control should be a mandatory field in all transactions affecting cutomer ledger balance.you would be required to take help from Fi for this.
Following areas of FI needs changes:
    1.Incoming payment & down payments
    2.Credit or debit notes
3.Manual clearing of payments with Invoices.
Pls do ask if any other calrification is required.

  • Want to change Pricing Procedure in the sales order

    Hello
I have created a sales order. It has RVVVV9 as pricing procedure. Now I recognise that the pricing procedure in the order is wrong due to incorrect CUSTOMER PRICING PROCEDURE in Customer Master data. Now I changed the CUSTOMER PRICING PROCEDURE in Customer Master data to correct one which will give me the correct pricing procedure(RVVVV8) in the sales order. But I can see that the sales order still has old Pricing Procedure even after updating the cust master data with the correct CUST PRICING PROCEDURE.
I have maintained the pricing procedure determination correctly.
    would appreciate your quick response.
    //Venkat

Have you checked "Assign document pricing procedures to order types"?
check also ovkk, there is a combination of sales org, distrubtion chanel, division, document pricing procedure and customer  pricing procedure. Make sure you have make the right combination.

  • Multiple pricing procedure in single sales order

    Hi Gurrus,
i have come across in a scenarion where i need to have multiple pricing procedures in a single sales order.
Does SAP support this functionality ?
actually i am using a free goods, so for the trade item i want it to be charged at "SALES GL-Code" and for free good item i want it be be charge at "BONUS GL-Code".
can anyone help me out that how can i handle this situation.

    Dear Shadab Ali      ,
We can have only one pricing procedure .
But the pricing procedure determined in the sales order can be changed to a different pricing procedure in billing (assigning pricing procedure to billing type)
In your scenario, it is better you use 2 document type (one for trade and one for free )
This way you can trigger two pricing procedure based on the scenario.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Hegal K Charles
