Making an old website work on an Iphone.. Apple... Augh

Question

Hi,
I created a website a few years ago, and I have a Flash player on a few pages (which plays a Flash movie).  Unfortunately Apple portible devices do not play these movies.  I know how to convert the quicktime movie to .h264, but is there quicktime player that I can insert in Dreamweaver(rather than a Flash player) so that Apple devices will play the movie?
This is the code I think I need to replace..... Any help would be appreciated.

Your version of Adobe CS makes no difference whether you use HTML 5 or HTML 4 - CS5 and CS6 will just make it that little bit easier as they have tag prompts, which you can download for CS4: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm?event=extensionDetail&extid=2188522
There are a huge amount of video players you can use for this, JW Player was just one. If you use Vimeo or YouTube the videos are public but it uses less bandwidth on your server and all the controls are included. There are a few people that mention Pickle Player as an alternative too but you could run a Google search for them and see if you like one of them.
HTML 5 is the future of the web so if you haven't already changed your site to HTML 5, you might want to consider it. There are really no drawbacks to changing and it opens up quite a few more possibilities - especially if you are starting to target mobile devices.
