In Classic Real Estate Transaction code FOFO use for Mass release of Real Estate Object, in Flexi Real Estate what is Transaction code for Mass release.

Hi Nilesh,
you can use RE80 for this. Display in the navigation area the list of objects you want to delete/activate/release etc. and then select them. you can select them with SHIFT&arrow down, or first line, shoft, last line, etc. Once you have selected the objects you want to process, right click and select the function you want.

  • Material Account Assignment Group, in Sales Order Mass Update

    Sd Experts,
    We just went live, our consultant updated Account assignment group at the material level but did not updated existing materials. When we caught the problem and updated exisisting materials there were some existing orders already created. Which now I am getting an account determination error due to this field being empty at the material level.
    We have some sales orders that I need to update but they are just too many, currently I have been fixing them thru VF02, for to the material and update manually.
    Does anyone has any idea how to mass update this field for all existing orders, to update "Account Assignment Group" field automatically
    Your help will be greatly appreciated.

    In Mass transaction choose object type as #BUS2032,after executing in the next screen from the tables choose#Sales Order Item Data, and from the fields choose#AcctAssgGr (MASSSDHE)-MASSSDHEAD_S-KTGRD, now execute to find fields Sales document and Sales Document item , here load all the Sales Orders for which the change is needed along with the items for which the changes are needed execute again to find the next screen with Sales Documet, Sales Document item and Account assignment which needed to be changed,now select the entire block enter new values in the Account assignment  box in the above, click on the 'Carry out MAss change button ' and then save, it will take some time basing the change tobe carried and issues a log as to how many documents were changed

  • Limit cart unknown Account Assignment Not picking Approval email id

    Hi All,
    when i am trying to create a Shopping cart with unknown Account Assignment, at first instance approval email id  is not picking. When i made some changes in the item data (say Descrtiption ) it is picking the approval email id. in SRM
    We are SRM 5 to 7 upgrade, In SRM 5 there is a note to 974239 which will solve the issue. But the note is valid forSRM 7 EHP3 Version.
    Can any one help me in giving the latest note.

    Use Screen variants (Transaction - SHD0) to change item overview and search result screens.
    BADI - There is one BADI to hide/show some SC item creation links, there is one BADI to control screen details of PO, CTR... but not SC (and not external screens).
    So, as usual, identify the template and change the HTML code in SE80.
    To implement a more complex logic, like the default check box, change the ABAP code (usually in the PBO), if required.

  • Hard Question:   Item-Based Approval for Multiple Account Assignment?

    Hi Vadim and community,
    Possibly.. this is my hardest question for you.
    We need to implement Item-Based Workflow Approval.  The CC Owner should approve only the items assigned to his/her CC.    We'll do this reading R3(CO) data.
    Thats not the problem.
    The problem is:  I need to use Multiple Account Assignment.  I'll distribute one time in 3 o more CC.   Is it possible to have an CC-Based Workflow Approval ?   I mean, The CC owner should approve partly the item assigned to his/her CC.
    Anybody knows something ?

    Hi Diego,
    In my understanding you want to define one or several level of approval depending on the CC assignement on each item.
    lets take an example:
    CC1 owner approver1, CC2 owner approver2 and CC3 approver3
    For a SC:
    -Item 1: 20% on CC1, and 80% on CC2
    -Item 2: 20% on CC1, and 60% on CC2, and 20% on CC3
    Then in the item level BADI, you'll define:
    -Item1:
    Level1 ==> approver1
    Level2 ==> approver2
    -Item2:
    Level1 ==> approver1
    Level2 ==> approver2
    Level3 ==> approver3
    I had this requirement on a project, and the hard part was not the BADI implementation, but the CC owner link with the SRM users (cause all approvers have to be declared on the SRM, and integrated in the SRM org plan).

  • G/L account determination through material account assignment group

    Hi ,
           I would really appreciate any help on this . The scenario is .
    We changed the account assignment group of maetrial to 01 just 2 days back.
    We have old open sales order line up for this particular material . When I am trying to Bill these open orders , the system is not recognizing the account assignment grp change which happened 2 days back ,because of which I am getting a A/C determination error .
    This is a I/C order and we have PO linked to it. I am suggesting to back out everything (Do Invoice reversal,MIGO cancellation,PO cancellation , then cancel invoice ,delivery and sales order ) so that we can create a new cycle and  the system will recognize the account assignment grp change and determines  the G/L whwn it comes to acounting .
    1. Is this the right way
    2. Is there any other way by which I can make the accounting happen
    It was very obvoius that when I see the account determination analysis ,the system wasn't able to find the account assignment grp for the material .

    Dear Sridhar
    First of all, I dont think, you will be able to change the Account Assignment Group of a material in sale order if any subsequent document is generated bcoz the said field will become uneditable.  Moreover, via MASS, this is not possible as the field name of Account Assignment Group for material (KTGRM) is not available in MASS.
    So the other option is via MASS, you can assign Reason for Rejection for existing orders.  To assign Reason for Rejection in bulk is run T.Code MASS, input [BUS2032]  as Object Type and execute.  There block he Sales Order Item Data and click on Fields and block the field MASSVBAP-ABGRU and execute.  Input the sale orders if possible otherwise leave it blank and once again execute.  Now you can assign Reason for Rejection in mass.
    Meanwhile, you have to create new orders for all those open items.

    We have created few new account assignment groups as per our customer requirement.....now if we want to update those new AAG for the already created documents like open sales order,sale order with delivery & open billing,how to proceed with that?.....any transctions do we have to execute this?.........Looking forward for your reply..........

    Hi,
    You can change the account assignment group in completely open orders via tcode "MASS" by selecting object type BUS2032.
    since the account assignment group will be picked from sales order, need not to be changed in open delivery or billing.
    Also for partial processed order would advise pls do not change the account assignment group. Another option could be to close the open orders and creat equivalent qty new order with correct account assignment group.
    Pls check & revert.

    Hi All,
    Customer is using SRM 7.0 Self-Service procurement
    Shopping cart created with multiple service items, once it approved. We get the Error message "SE 518 No account assignment exists for service li ne 0000000000" in Shopping cart Monitor. Could you please help me here why this issue happening.
    FYI:- Same user created another shopping cart with same data, this error not occurred. This error is happening a while not regular for the same item ordering.
    Could you please help me on this what may be issue here?

  • Ability to modify Account Assignment Category for Service Item Categories

    Dear experts,
    Our customer has a requirement to modify the account assignment category when the item category is set to "D" services on a PR and PO line item. This scenario is specific to indirect procurement scenarios in SAP ECC 6.0 MM.
    End users may potentially create a PR against a service item category with an incorrect account assignment category. These PRs are created using free form text. No service master exists in these scenarios. During the approval process or during PO creation, an approver or the buyer may need to correct the account assignment category. The account assignment category is "display" only and cannot be modified when the item category is set to "D". The user must delete the line item and create a new line item with the correct account assignment category. The copy function cannot be used because the account assignment copies from the existing line and cannot be modified.
    Any recommendations to this issue using standard SAP configuration solutions?

    Item Category to Account Assignment Category combination is already configured. For Service Item Category, we have three account assignment categories configured. All three categories are valid in different scenarios. Sometimes the user selects the incorrect account assignment category (out of the three available) depending on the business scenario. PT9F configuration is already set to Account Assignment category "optional". However, the account assignment category still cannot be modified on the PR when the item category is "D" service.
    Any other recommendations?

  • Change of Account Assignment (WBS) in Sales Order

    While crteating a sales order w.r.t. quotation, account assignment is automatically made with the WBS mentioned earlier in the quotation, which is showing grey (disable). But what is the procedure for changing the WBS in the sales order.

    Go to XD99,
    1. Select the table ie KNVV in the tables tab, select the fields tab and select the fields u would like to change for eg Acct assignment group
    2. Execute the report
    3. U will come to the screen where u can restrict the entries.
    Enter the criterion say
    Cust: Test 1
    Sales Org 8000
    Dist 08
    Div 08
    4. Again press execute
    5. Enter the new values you would like to have
    6. Now select columns of the new values and press carry out mass maintainence button in the new values area
    7. Press Save
    8. u will then receive a success message

          First Go on T.Code MASS --> Select Object Type : BUS2032 ---> F8 (Execute) --> Select SD document: Business item data : Table Name :MASSSDPOSVBKD ---> F8 (Execute) -- > Choose Selection Field (Square Check Button at Footer) ---> Select AcctAssgGr Field from Pool to Selection criteria --> Select OK.

  • SRM - creation of new account assignment

    Hello,
    I just created a new account assignment that combines an asset and a cost center.
    My client wants to be able to purchase products as a asset and use the cost center to the workflow approval of the shopping cart.
    The customizing I did in MM was:
    The same customizing was done for item category O, G and P.
    The customizing I did in SRM was:
    I also added the attribute Asset/Cost center in account assignment in PPOMA for my user.
    Two questions:
    1 - When using this new account assignment, the button to create a new asset is not showing. Is it only possible to create new assets if you choose account assignment asset?
    2 - When using this new account assignment, no documents were created(purchase order). I got the error message Process schema not found.
    Did I miss any step in the customizing?
    Do I need to do something else when creating a new account assignment?

    Did you do the following set up / security role assignment Assigning to Assets - Account Assignment - SAP Library as mentioned in the above link.
    Please do the same you should able to see Create Asset button.

  • Account assigned PO doesn't transfer to R/3

    We are using extended Classic scenario with PDP.
    We are able to complete the cycle w/o account assigned PO like, PR transfer to EBP, Creation PO in sourcing cockpit in EBP & same PO gets transferred to R/3.
    But whenever PR is account assigned with P or Q & we create PO in EBP from soucing cockpit, PO is not getting transferred to R/3.
    In EBP - BBP_PD shows no error
    HEADER     I1009          Held

    HEADER     I1038          Complete

  • PO Error in Process with Multiple account assignment

    Hi ,
    I am working with Extended Classsic scenario.
    Problem is with PO with Multiple account assignement.
    There is only one user who is getting problem with one particular account assignement "CCC" - Cost Center RP.. . When PO gets created with this particular AAC , it goes into "Error in process" only for one user.
    In RZ20 it shows messsage as "Please enter quantity or percentage for account assignment" & "Distr. ind. and partial invoice ind. must be set f or multi acct. assgt.".
    On other hand , other users are able to order the PO with the same AAC without any error.
    What could be the reason behind this only for one user ?

    Hi ,
    I have checked it intially and both are identical.
    Initialy the problem was, user had entered 128 times AA line items  ( added & deleted ) in the PO while in the SC it was having only 64.... Our system accepts line items till 99 , so i asked him to delete the items above 99 ..
    So after that POs error has gone and it went for approval..
    But after approval it again went into error in process

  • Default the GR based IV check in PO based on account assignment category

    Hi Experts,
    We have the below business requirement based on GR based IV check in the PO. We knows that this can be automatically defaulted by using the two master records.
    1.Vendor master,
    2.Purchase info record.
    But our cilents needs this field to be automated based on the account assignment category.  Because lot of vendors are created without the activiation of this check box also they do not want to go by mass upload transaction to change the master records.
    They want only based on the account assignement category. For example if a PO is created using the account assignement K then this GR based IV is selected automatically.
    Kindly adivce any configuration setting is available to fullfill this requiremennt.

    unfortunately the GR based IV can not be set in OME9 (in customizing).
    In ME21N, if it is normal PO, GR Based IV indicator is not set. But if 
    item category = D, GR Based IV indicator is automatically set by       
    system.

    I have implemented a BADI for Purchase requisition and in PROCESS_HEADER method of BADI Implementation for ME_PROCESS_REQ_CUST. I am trying to access account assignment lines on the purchase requisition (EKBN).
    IM_HEADER is the only parameter available for me. But I am able to access the items indirectly via get_items method in its interface.

    I am able to collect all the items of the p.req (i.e EBAN entries) in lt_preq_items .
    Now, my challege is to use get_items() method inside
    IF_ACCT_CONTAINER_MM~GET_ITEMS   (  Return Account Assignment Objects ) which is inside IF_PURCHASE_REQUISITION_ITEM interface.
    A simple  l_item_account = <item>-item->get_items( ) resulted in syntax error. How can I get account assignment objects inside this process header BADI of purchase requisition ? Any useful tips is greatly appreciated.
