You dont have this option in any STD SAP t.codes, where you can change the status of the projects/WBSE collectively.
So use this BAPI to Read the status of Project/WBSE
BAPI_BUS2001_GET_STATUS To get both the active system statuses and the user statuses for a project definition
use this BAPI to Change the status of Project/WBSE
BAPI_BUS2001_SET_STATUS
one system status and one user status can be revoked each time, and one system status and one user status can be set each time for a project definition
For Network order status change
BAPI_BUS2002_SET_STATUS
Set/Reset Network Status. At the same time, you can revoke one system status and one user status, or set one system status and one user status in a list of activities for the network.

Change Document for Status Management

Hi,
I have a process order in which I have deleted a material component. If you click on the material button, then select a material which has been deleted and press the magnifying glass it will take you the details. Then beside the status field there is a Information button. Press it and it will take you to the change status field. Choose one of the status and in the menu click on extras -> change documents -> for status. I need the table fields for the change status which contains the object key, etc. I chekced the report behind it and have tried to pick up the status with regards to the material component. It does not display the material component status but the process order status which have been changed. I need the details for the changed material document and not the process order. ( Tried Table Jest but with no luck ).

It is strange that you don't find any information for Change Documents in CDHDR or CDPOS. All change documents are stored in these two tables.
You might want to check this as well :

Hi Mark,
In CRM , T code "MASS" is available in CRM GUI for mass changes to any field.
You will have to select the business transaction object.
Check if the status field is availble for changes. You will see two tabs one is Table & other is field.
Select the particular field & execute. Then add the list of transaction. And execute & save.
It will carry out mass change.

Mass Change Function for Standard Templates

I am trying to use Mass Change Function to change one field value in my Standard project Definitions as well as Standard WBS Elements but its not doing.Is it that Mass change Function is only aplicable for Operative projects and not for Standard Templates?

your observations are correct - mass change functions are only for oprative pojects and not for standard templates

IW37N- Mass Change tool for Operation Personnel No. Field

Hello,
Just wanted to know there was a way to include the Operation Personnel Number as a selection on the Mass Change tool in IW37N. By allowing the Mass Change tool to assign staff to Multiple WO will reduce the time consuming and tedious work that ours schedulers have to perform. Right now they open each work order and assigning staff then repeating 30-40 times in a day.
Any suggestion will help.

I feel I have not understood your question properly.
If you want Personnel number for operation as selection criteria, in IW37N, under Operation tab, you can find.
Updating the orders with personnel number in single click, I guess right now no option. If you have MRS (Multi resource scheduling), using planning board, you can assign personnel to operations.
Try for IW37.

Mass change needed for document properties

Hello Techies,
My users want to upload large amounts of documents and want they also want to set the properties in bulk and not one by one. I have made some properties for these documents.
The problem is that the mass change report in the portal is not user friendly enough. They want to select a few documents and set them all to the same properties. Webdav does not support this either, nor does DAV explorer.
Other suggestions?

Change documents for Status

I know crm_jsto ,crm_jcdo,crm_jest, are table u used to document status changes in crm.Yet the quotation i create its guid is present in all the above tables except crm_jcdo.I need the old and new value of status on that particular day.I dont know y the inner join on crmd_orderadm_h and crm_jcdo returns no common guid.Kindly help.

Mass Change fuctionality for Delivery Documents

Hi all,
I want to carry out a mass change for a field in the delivery document header.
I know the transaction MASS is not catering for that.
Is that any other standard transaction to do a mass change in the delivery document header level, other than do it through a LSMW?

Can I use "BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA" Mass Change Material for IS Retail

Hi,
I have customize program to do mass material changes for IS Retail. Currenlty we are using BAPI_MATERIAL_MAINTAINDATA_RT to do the changes for each selected article and site, it could be 70k combination.
since BAPI_MATERIAL_MAINTAINDATA_RT cannot handle more than 1 article per execution can I use standard BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA ?

Hello,
Both BAPI's support only one article per execution. BAPI_MATERIAL_MAINTAINDATA_RT is meant for Retail environment whereas BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA will not update table such as MAW1. You may call the BAPI in a loop to update multiple articles.

is there a TCode to mass disaggregate the sales plan to FG forecast. I am looking for 'Mass Processing' function of what MC76 can do 'Product Group by Product Group.

Hi,
There is no such standard T-code for displaying changes made to a sales order.
You can take help of technical consultant for developing a report using the tables CDHDR & CDPOS (Header & Item respectively) for all the transactional changes made.
Otherwise you can also create a query to display changes & person responsible using these tables.
