Mass printing of sales items

Good afternoon,
I need to mass print sales orders, but the message are assigned to their items. I've seen in other threads that the program SD70AV1A can be used for such. I fill the fields of the initial screen as below:
Outout type = ZXXX
Sort order = 01
Processing mode = 1 (or 2 or 3)
Sales Document = <sales order number>
Sales Organization = ZXXX
The problem is that the system returns a message saying that there are no messages to be printed. Has anyone experienced this error before? Important: If I try to process the message through the VA02 tcode, it works normally.

When you go in change mode -VA02- it will find and create a new output line which can be processed then.
When you are trying to run program SD70AV1A, if there is an unprocessed output line, it will execute, otherwise it won't find it.
So before running the program SD70AV1A, see if you can mass change the orders (VA05 or MASS) and somehow get an unprocessed output line in them.

This is very much possible to mass printing for sales orders.
Goto SE38 T.Code.
Enter the program name as "RSNAST00".
Press Execute or F8
Select output application as "V1" which is sales.
Enter your object key here.
Enter your output type.
Select the transaction medium as "1".
Tick "send again".
Press on Execute or "f8".

Mass Print Sales Orders

Hello,
I need to mass print sales orders.
Upon trying to use program SD70AV1A using the following settings:
Output Type                       Z***
Transmission Medium         1
Sort order                           01
Processing mode                1           (I have tried 2 and 3 also)
Sales Document                 *****
Sales Organization              ***
I receive a status saying that there are no messages to be printed.
I have read that this method will not work if the output type is not already defined in the sales order.
How can I mass populate the output type in the sales order so I can use this program?
I have also read that the program RSNAST00 may be used in this instance using output application 'V1' (for sales).
In trying to use this program I also receive a status saying that there are 0 outputs processed.
I have tried variations on the object key (Sales order number, Sales order number with leading zeros, sales order number concatenated with item number, sales order number concatenated with item number with leading zeroes) all to no avail.
What am I doing wrong? How can I mass print sales orders?

N.B. Processing them one by one in VA02 works as it should.

The trouble with using LSMW is that I need the process to be as simple as possible for end users who won't have access to LSMW.
If it is a standard SAP report that can be used to mass print sales orders, we can always create a custom tcode for it, which would satisfy the requirement for an end user to be able to use it.
I'd also like to point out that I realise there have been a fair few discussions started and closed on the same topic in this forum but I have not been able to find a solution in any of them that works.

Mass Deletion of Sales order line items

Dear Gurus..
There is a transaction VA02 for change and deletion of sales order line items. it takes time to delete line item of sales order one by one.. is there any abap program to do this process..

    You can use T. Code ME17 or MASS for mass change in sales order,
    Please go via below step :
    1) Enter T.Code MASS. Select Object BUS2032.--> F8. Select Sales Order Item Data (MASSVBAP). -->F8
    2) Enter Sales Order No. and plant code --> F8
    3) Click on Display All Records
    4) Click on Select field button
    5) Select field which you want to change in selection criteria
    6) Enter new value which you want to replace in place of old field.
    7) And click on carry out a mass change button.
    8) Select column which you want to change.
    9) Save it.
   You can also change your sales order price using this path like --> VA05 ---> Orders -> Edit -> Mass change -> New pricing.

AR customer invoice mass printing

Hi
I am trying to test mass printing for the AR invoice and credit memo.
I am trying to use t-code f.62 to achieve that, the transaction works fine (besides asking enter the printer name for every document to print), but when i look at the spool, there are more than 1 documents per company code on each spool (5 docs) and it looks as if the first form pastes the same amount for all the other documents on that same spool.
How do i fix this?
2nd questions: is there any other t-code for mass printing your invoices and credit memos for AR?

Try with the standard report S_ALR_87012174 and give List->Print. This will print all the open items.

Hi there,
I dont think there isany T-code for mass printing multiple O/p types.
Rather you can run RSNAST00 in SE38. Give the BA00 in Message type, sales order num in Obj Key. Give the default printer to which you want to print the docs.
Rather, you can ask your ABAPer to develop a custom transaction calling the RSNAST00 when executed. You can also define the selection inpits like sals orders, message type, Sales org, printer, etc.
Once the user clicks on execute, system will call RSNAST00 in the background.
1 question: Whay do you want to mas print the BA00? It wil trigger immediately after saving the sales order provided condition records are maintained right?

Mass Progression of Sales Order Lines

Hi
We are on 11.5.10.2.
we are entering multiple model lines on Sales Order.
To create * Item, we have to manually progress each line.
Also, for Back 2 Back orders, users are entering around 50 -100 lines, selecting and progressing each line individually to next stage is not feasible.
Is there any feature in Oracle which can do the mass progression of sales order lines i.e. model lines to create * Item and progressing the status of B2B cycles to next stage

You can use Autocreate Configuration Items to batch-create the star items without having to manually progress.
For back-to-back lines you can use Autocreate Purchase Requisitions.
Both of these requests are 'owned' by Bills of Material. Just add them into your request group.

How to print SO line item seperately on four part of paper

Hi all,
My client has following requierment.
if we take A4 size paper and make four equal part then we will have four part as follows
part1 (top left),part2(top right),part3(bottom left) and part4(bottom right)*
In sales order if there are 4 line item then i want to print
1st line item,desc,qty,whs code,so number,cust name on part1
similarly for
2nd line item,desc,qty,whs code,so number,cust name on part2
3 line item,desc,qty,whs code,so number,cust name on part3
4th line item,desc,qty,whs code,so number,cust name on part4
order of printing is as follows
following is A4 size paper ,which is divided in to four parts first line item will be printed on first part
second line item will be printed on second part
third line item will be printed on third part
fourth line item will be printed on fourth part
and so on
printer automaticaly print this in there customised old ERP now they want this in the SAp B1..
they tear this paper in four part and while despatching the item they attach this to the Item
hope i have given proper information about my question..
Can any body have idea how to print this in above format....

I tried your require PLD but did not display the Sales Order line item seperately on four part of paper.
Try this,
->> Open the PLD.
->> Create 1 Database field on the top Left half of page and 1 Database field on the top Right half of page in Page Header.
->> Create 1 Database field on the Bottom Left half of page and 1 Database field on the bottom Right half of page in
End of Report.
Result:
Top Left half of page ->> 1st Row Item Description
Top Right half of page ->> 1st Row Item Description
Bottom Left half of page ->> (Last)4th Row Item Description
Bottom Right half of page ->> (Last)4th Row Item Description
Because First 2(Left & Right)Database Fields are in Page Header and both 2 fields are in page header so it will be display only the First Row Item Descrition.
Second 2(Left & Right)Database Fields are in End of Report and both 2 fields are in End of Report so it will be display only the Last Row Item Descrition.
so, Try this.
->> Create 1 Database field on the top Left (or) Right half of page in Page Header.(Display the 1st row Item Description )
->> Create 1 Database Field and Assign the Item Description then Create 1 formula field put formula ( LineNum()==2 )field in Repetetive Area0.
->> (Item Description)DB field is Link to Formula field ID.(Display the 2nd row Item Description )
->> Top of the menu Clcik the Print Layout Designer -> Repetetive Area -> Add.
->> Create 2 Database Field and Assign the Item Description then Create 1 formula field put formula ( LineNum()==3 )field in Repetetive Area1.
->> 1st (Item Description)DB Field put hide and 2nd DB field is Link to Formula field ID.(Display the 3rd row Item Description )

Print Cash Sale problems

Hi, I have a problem with the Print Cash Sales. When I run VA03 transaction and the Sale Order has a lot of positions, the first time I run the printing function, SAP only shows one line item. But then, when I try again, SAP shows all the line items.
Could you, please, help me with this problem?

Check it out at VA02 for output of a cash sale, if it created auto delivery from VA01
And get the print out or print preview what ever u want. Provided u should customize output determination prior to that.

In CO04n for a given order number, production plant and order type when we click from main menu mass printing->execute. We get a list of outputs together for the order number.

Job Ticket
Pick List
Goods Issue
Goods receipt
Confirmation slip.
I want to create a custom report with order number as input and according to radio button selected the layout should be displayed. Is it possible.
I know the driver program and form name. How can I develop this custom report.

You can develop Custome Report   , but for that
you will require help from your Functional Team , which will guide you thorug data selection and processing
i.e from which table data to be taken what to process .
in that Report you can display all details which you reqired and also add one check box in alv grid   in order to select order no .
also take one button on display Grid menu   using PF-status .
You have to go through it step by step .

How to Print Multiple line items(only the one's that are selected in va22)

Hello All ,
My smartform should print the multiple selected line items that i as a user should be able to see as the output .
In my case i dont have any program that calls the transaction va22
directly from the transaction VA22 i give the ISSUE OUTPUT TO .
The Driver program that calls my smartforms fetches the data from table VBAP .
Two cases that i get because of this fetching logic .
1. When i try to fetch the data based on only VBELN in the output i get all the items that are in the particular Quotation .
2 . When i try to fetch data based on VBELN and POSNR in the ouptut when i select multiple items and give print the first item that i i selected is displayed .
Now what i need is to print only those data that i select in VA22 .
say if there are items A, B , C, D ,E in the Quotation .
and before printing i select A , C , D then only those items should be printed .
I hope any one of the Experts can solve my problem .

I think you will need to do some enhancemwnt for this. What you can do select the lines in table comtrol and before issuing output you need to find a suitable wnhancement place where you can export the selected lines and make the corresponding change in logic for the same?.
Secondly uou can make a custom report also where user will select lines of po and print..but in this way you will need to many calculations

Printing a noted item

Hi, all!
We have a problem with printing a noted item.
In transaction FB03 I request correspondence (custom correspondence type ZZZ) for the customer downpayment request (a noted item), and the system creates the request.
When I try to print the requested correspondence with transaction F.64,
I receive two error messages
FB548 "No output of the correspondence" and
FB556 "Doc. 1000 0800000000 2007 is a noted item; no output", and
the correspondence is not printed.
All IMG settings for the correspondence type ZZZ are maintained.
We use a custom developed print program, which was copied from RFKORD50. However, I received same error messages when I tried to print a customer downpayment request in IDES with a standard RFKORD50.
Please advise, how could we solve this problem.

Error during print a Sales order

While the user is trying to print an Order through Tcode VL10, he is getting an error message - "order is incomplete you cant save".
