Mass Upload - Customer Contract Related Notes

Hi Everyone,
i am trying to find a BAPI or FM for Customer Contract Related Notes. T-code for this is UDM_SUPERVISOR . could anyone help with the FM or BAPI's which has these fields mentioned below: -
COLL_SEGMENT
PARTNER
CCT_DATE
CCT_GUID
CUSTOMER
CCT_ID
COLL_SPECIALIST
CASE_GUID

For this requirement you can use BDC to do,
Just use the transaction SHDB to record your T-Code
and use create program to do BDC program
then you do mass upload, it would be easy to do..
you can also get data from excel..
Use FM WS_UPLOAD WS_DOWNLOAD

    Hi Sibi,
    See Lock objects are required when we enter the data through screen level, or multiple users should not enter the data at same time.
    Create one Lock object in SE11, It automatically creates FM.
    DEQUEUE_EYTEST2                Release lock on object EYTEST2
    ENQUEUE_EYTEST2                Request lock for object EYTEST2
    Call these FM in your program.

  • FD32 - Customer credit, Issue with mass update of "TITLE OF NOTE" field

    Hi All,
    we have requirement for mass upload of credit master records. I am facing an issue with creation/populating of Title of note field. When we go directly to FD32 transaction we have a button "Services for Object" near tiltle of second screen of FD32 through which we can create a title of note (SOOD-OBJDES) but when we go to FD32 through SHDB for BDC recording, that option is not found.
    Any idea on how to handle mass update for that field?

    Hi,
      You can use function module 'SGOS_NOTE_CREATE'. to create a note after you create customer credit limit through SHDB for BDC recording. It is going to be a separate program.
      Function Module Parameters:
      IS_OBJECT-OBJKEY = customer no + credit control  area. --> ex. 20000000140001
      IS_OBJECT-OBJTYPE = BUS1010
      IP_TITLE = Your title
      IT_CONTENT = your note content.

    I'm looking for an app that will allow me to upload my contracts and forms to my iPad, fill in a customer's personal information, sign them, save them and email them.  I looked at easySign, Filemaker, FM Touch, Sign Docs, Zosh, Exzact, Mi-Co

    FormConnect (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/formconnect/id432653695?mt=8&ls=1) can handle the filling out, signing, saving and emailing the contracts/forms but uploading the contract and the form is going to be a challenge because you’re dealing with paper documents that have to be scanned.  If you can convert the scanned documents into an OCR program, you might be able to copy and paste the contract without having to retype it but the form itself is probably going to have to be recreated.  Alternatively, you could use a document annotation program such as iAnnotate and mark up the contract with ink.

  • Error : Contract does not match customer and item information[OSCI.ManufSN]

    I need to add Service Call from Service Contract through DIAPI. "Mfr. Serial no" is set as  "Unique serial no by" in system general settings.
    Creating two Customer Equipment Card from the cfl provided on Service Contract in Item Tab and Internal serial is blank in created Cutomer Equipment Card.
    One is terminated and other is active have the same ItemCode but different customers then while adding Service Contract I am paraller generating service call through DIAPI but the system is throughing error - "Contract does not match customer and item information [OSCL.IntrnalSN]"

    HI,
    Service Contract can be for a specific customer
    The contract type cound be (Coverage):
    1. including all items (Type Customer) in this case the dates of the coverage is defined in the head!
    2. Including specific serial numbers
    3. Including item groups
    The status every case should have to be Enabled/Approved  for valid contract (OCRT.Status = 'A').
    In case of Do not forget to set the valid from and valid to dates to define in the system the coverage. (header and items tab from/to dates)
    Now, If you create service all, the system will use the first possible Service Contract. IF you have more: you have to select the contract manually.
    Ex:
    1. One for customer including all items
    2. One for a specific serial number

  • Mass upload contract with "Distribute Contract to Catalog" flag

    I need to mass upload contract to update the flag "Distribute Contract to Catalog" (for srm mdm). What are the options. I don't see any option of that flag in the screen "Change Contracts: Mass Processing"

    Solved on own
    One needs to maintain System type as 'CATALOG' in SPRO >Define Backend Systems.
    This makes the Distribute Contract Catalog check box to be visible in the Header tab of contract.

    Requirement is customer wants to uplaod many number of clauses in clause library.

    Hi,
    I havent done this myself and there is no such workbook for performing this function. There is however a template.csv available which can be used for mass uploading Clauses. Here is how you can retreive it:
    Goto Setup > Import Data > Create> In the Upload Import File, select any sample .csv for upload in the picker field. Then in the Object type field select Clause. Make sure you check the Preview Import checkbox. After clicking next, you can see the template.csv available there.
    Once you download the CSV to your local machine, you can see the fields available there are fill out with a few Clauses to see if this works for you. The process for importing the CSV will remain the same as for any other template. The only caveat I see is that sometimes users try and fix the Content options with a word document and that may not be achievable via this option.

    I am getting a Page can not be displayed error while uploading a COntract Document in SAP-E-soucing 7.0.
    Maximum Size set in Our SYSTEM is :9765MB.
    Approx size of the Document tried is more then 300MB.
    Appreciate your help on this.

    Please check the below system properties using system user login
    attachments.maxSizeKB.buyers - "Maximum size in KB of a employer-attached attachment file"
    attachments.upload.enable.buyers-  " Enable/Disable uploading of attachments by internal users"
    Also Please check with other attachment, contracts related properties in the System.

  • Mass Upload via LSMW

    Hi All,
    I have got one client requirement in which client wants that whenever they run "Change in Employment" action for Contract extension/Change in Contract type, in IT0016 whatever contract end date comes should automatically populate in IT0041, in date type "05" which is "Assignment end date".
    Now, they want a Mass upload program for "Change in Employment" action.
    Also, in dynamic action, we have written a code so that whenever the contract end date is put in IT0016 via Change in employment action, it should populate in IT0041 automatically.
    I had tried creating a LSMW program for Mass upload of 'Change in Employment" action but while recording when I am entering the Contract end date, it's not getting populated in IT0041.
    Is there any way to write a code in LSMW for this issue.

    Hello, 
    LSMW or any background recording won't never call a dynamic action.  In you LSMW recording you have to force the entry for the update of IT41. 
    If there is some specific rule in you dynamic actino that fills the date in Infotype 41, you should be able to do the same in the converting rule of the LSMW.

    I have nearly 2000 pictures to be uploaded for 2000 material numbers.
    Is there any tool for mass upload of images in MM01 "Services for Objects" as attachments.
    I know we can do it DMS, but i specifically need it in MM01.

  • FB70 mass upload of invoices

    Dear Experts,
    We are migrating to a new system and would like to move our open invoices for AR in to the system.  I know we can use FB70 for single invoices.  Problem is that we have 1800 of them.  Is there any way of uploading the mass invoices outside of the LSMW transaction?  From reading about LSMW I see that this can take a few weeks to get right. 
    Is there a standard Mass Upload for FB70 or a report for that matter?

    I believe a properly designed LSMW batch input can do the trick. I had to do the same recently for approximately 800 open customer items - both invoices and credits -  and it worked fine. It definitely does not require weeks... For me it took a few hours to make it.

  • SRM 7 Contract Distribution not possible in PPS

    Hi all,
    We're on SRM 7 / ECC6 EHP3, and activated PPS. I have been told that for PPS the  distribution is not supported completely, and hence the functionality is disabled, NOTE 1354971.
    My problem is, since we have activated the PPS functionality in all the landscapes we have at present. I can not switch PPS off or refer to another system without the PPS. By reverting the note 1354971, i have only managed to get an assign distribution button active at item level. I would have assumed, the contract/GOA should be able to be distributed at header level. Consider a contract with 1000 items.
    Can please someone tell me what is the process for distributing a contract completely. Not just selective items.
    Moreover, this does not work, when i have outline items/sub items in the contract.

    These fields will not be transfered to backend and other process like release value updation to the backend contract has limitation as PPS funcalities can be used only in extended classic scenario.
    So we have a limitation and also this functionality will not be supported  in PPS.
    As it was a bug , we have corrected this through the note 1354971.
    Nevertheless,  you can enable this funcationality and use with the limitation.
    You will have to handle this through custom meta data handle where you need to create dynamic class and method and maitain in the customizing table /SAPSRM/V_MDA_HC. You can enable the Assign distribution button and link in the dynamic class.
    You can check the configuration in the standard meta table /SAPSRM/V_MDA_HD for reference.

  • SRM 7 Contract Distribution not possible in PPS - is it true ?

    I gather that the SRM 7.0 Central Contract are not distributed to ECC 6.04 in PPS environment. 
    ( Ours is SRM 7.0 ECC 6.0 Enhp 4 with PI 7.11 on PPS - ECS.)
    Correct me if i am wrong.
    If so, is there any other way to distribute Central Contract to ECC .  Even it its partial distribution. 
    Thogh, I hv config for CCTR following the SNote 1268821. To start the problem, the Distribution button on the header of the contract is disabled.  CCTR tran type configured both in SRM and ECC.

    Hi experts!
    We have an excel with this information:
    -Photo file path
    -PERNR
    Example:
    PATH                   PERN
    C:\TEMP\1.JPG    00101800
    C:\TEMP\2.JPG    00101801
    We need mass upload to ArchiveLink every employee photo.
    I've found the report OA_UPLOAD_AND_LINK but I do not know how associated the file path image to the employee PERNR.
    How we should do that?

    Please follow:
    Table (TOAOM) SAP Archive Link - Meta table for links u2013 indicates the content repository that will be utilized for particular object and document type.
    Table CREP u2013 List of content repositories 
    Prerequisites:
    1.     PERNR and infotype must have valid entries. Say custom info type is IT9007
    2.     Image file name should be represented as concatenation of PERNR and infotype number.jpg [example 900000019007.jpg where  90000001 u2013 pernr  9007 u2013 infotype]
      STEP 1
    Firstly go to transaction code   CG3Z.
    Transferring images from presentation server to Application server. The same can be done by asking the BASIS team to transfer all the required image file names to application server.
      STEP 2
    Browse the location for the source file which is to be uploaded.
    Browse the location (directory) for the target File where the image has to be stored in sap.
    Click on Upload button to upload the image.
      STEP 3:
    To check whether the file has been uploaded or not uploaded, navigate to transaction code Al11 (tcode).
    Select your directory and check whether the file is successfully uploaded in required directory.
      STEP 4:
    Now navigate to transaction code SE38 (tcode) and execute the standard program OA_UPLOAD_AND_LINK.
    Values are entered in the screen: with PREL as business object and HRICOLFOTO as document type for color documents.
    Mention the file path where you are storing all the images to be uploaded for mass migration.
    OUTPUT:
    The output will provide the list of files accepted for uploading
      STEP 5:
    Now navigate to transaction OAAD (tcode) to link/assign the documents to PERNR
      STEP 6:
    Click Technical search and then click execute button.
      STEP 7:
    Enter Personnel number and info type. Click on Enter button.
    Select your record and click on display button.
    The screen is displayed.
      STEP 8:
    Click on Reassign document button. Click on Enter.
    OUTPUT: Storage parameters are updated after reassigning the document
    Use recording for Steps 6 to 8 u2013 for mass upload of images providing the input PERNR and Info type number to input parameter SAPOBJECTID on selection screen.  
      Verification:
    Navigate to transaction code PA30 (tcode). To check the image id uploaded or not for particular personnel number. Click on Display button.
    OUTPUT: Image on right top has been uploaded.

    We already developed custom program to upload resumes/attachments of Candidates but still I want to check any standard approach is there to upload attachments.
    We have transferred Candidates (about 20K) from legacy to E-Recruiting (6.0) i.e. Candidate u2018NAu2019 exists in the system. We want to upload the resumes of Candidates. Is there any standard way to do it?

    Hello Naddy,
    E-Recruiting offers no standard interface for bulk processing. Everything connected to mass creation of candidates, mass maintenance and also mass upload of attachments have to be developed on your own.
    For any reason no such interface for data migration is provided. Although i have to admit that so far none of my projects decided to technically migrate old data so far. For recruiting the outcome us usually not seen beeing worth the effort you need.
    So you will have to develop your own solution. But for attachments it is not so difficult. I implemented an interface for mass processing result documents of an extenal testtool to link them as attachments to the candidate. Just use cl_hrrcf_attachment_bl. It should provide most necessary functions.
