Saving material help...

I just started using Premiere Elements 13, I have my uncut raw material on a portable drive and I've cut the raw material for the video.
When the drive is not plugged in, the program can't find the cut material. So here is the question: How do I save the cut material on the computer without changing/deleting the raw material in the portable drive?
Probably an easy fix for a experienced user of the program.

When you import media into Premiere Elements 13 from an internal or external hard drive, all you get in the project are copies of the originals which are intact in their hard drive save location. But, the project needs to trace back to the originals at the hard drive save location where they were when they were first imported into the project.
The Timeline content fate can be
a. Save the project as project file (.prel) which has your edited Timeline content embedded in the project....you can designated the Save In location for the project to default or custom (File Menu/Save As)
b. Export your Timeline content as a file to the computer hard drive location of your choice....See Publish+Share/ section and the export settings which will include opportunity for you to name and set save location for the export.
If you are still working from the project file (.prel), never move, delete, or rename the file/folders that are being used in the project after the project file is saved closed.
Please review and consider. If you need clarification on any of the above, please ask, but give as much additional information as possible.

pl help, that user had rcvd a material in plant now this material is rejected on shop floor , user wants it to reject the material now pl guide that what he should do to scrap the material ,

Hi,
If you want to Scrap from your Storage location through MIGO, proceed as below
Select Goods Issue & Others in MIGO screen ,
Select Mvt type 551
and Maintain Material in Material Tab, Qty in Qty Tab & Plant & Sto Loc in Where Tab.
Just check and Post...
It will be posted....
Always Remember.. Scrap Means It is deem to be consumed as Scrap.

Configuring the Enhanced material search in sales order

I am trying to add our own fields to the extended material search help scren in VA02.
- From the config, logistics-generail/material master/enhanced material search/define search parameters - and in here added the custom fields, whihc happend to be 'Z' fields that we have added to the material characteristics.
- the new fields then appear on the extended material seach screen in VA02, but they don;t retain the data inputtted, or work in the actual search
- AS part of this work we have also configured SES Material Master Business Object BUS1001006 - and setup our own 'Z@ class, whihc adds these 'Z' attributes to the material search help.
- THis all works on the materials search help, but not on the extended material help screen
I have also looked at the BADIs part of the enhanced search help, but these only appear to be called once the results have been extracted. So can anyone give any gudience on how we get the new fields in this screen actually working..

The problem was simple. The table include used field names ZZ, where as all the other besoke fields and data elements were just Z, so once we sync'd everything it magically worked

After installing the java VM you should specify some environment variables in XP. Go to the properties of my computer to the advanced tab and then click on the environment variables button.
In the system variables click on the new button. Add a new variable called JAVA_HOME and for the value fill in the path to the install of your JRE or SDK. Also in the environment variable called path. which should already be there, add the path to the JRE/SDK and then specify the bin folder. c:\<java directory>\bin. Hope this helps. You can also go out to a command prompt and type java and you should get a list of help options. This will tell you that it is in the path and that it is working. It you are trying to run a java app and it is still not working after you varfied java is ok, then it is most likely a classpath problem which will also be in your environment variables.
And yes I would have to agree that 2000 was a lot better then XP. More stable...XP is a little faster but tends to crash more then 2000 did. As long as you are not on 95,98,or ME you are ok.:)

Total polish over case

Hello,
I have a few questions about polishing the case and I'm hoping someone will be able to field for me:
1.Is the entire MBP case made of alluminum? (the face with the speaker holes and trackpad feels like some kind of plastic)
2.Is there something I should be concerned about before polishing the screen lid, screen frame, speaker and trackpad face, and base? for example, dont use x product or dont polsh x surface
3.Will polishing all the surfaces void warranty in any way?... in theory, its just cleaning it.
4.Would i have to disassemble my entire MBP in the process? if so, i dont think it would be a good idea for me to do so :P
Ive always considered doing this to my MPB and making it unholily shiny and reflective :P. I want to make this dream come true. Please help me in doing so and warn me if this is a terrible idea. It was sparked again when i found a thread where an individual polished the crevace/bar thing under the apple and space bar keys to make it look very reflective.

Personally, all I’ve used in the 15-months I’ve owned my MacBook Pro, is a micro-fiber cloth with drinking water. As for the wrist pad area, well that’s different and here’s my review and recommendation.

Screen exit or screen badi for me57 subscreen

Hi,
After going to ME57 and giving plant we have got list of PR's,now If I select one PR and click on assign automatically button
I am getting popup with possible source list , here I will have to add some extra fields to the popup screen for which I would need a screen exit or screen badi.I have tried to findout but couldn't.
Please help me .

Method2. Another simple method is to search with Package.
Method3. Put a break point in the FM SXV_GET_CLIF_BY_NAME and then run your transaction
Method4. Put a break point in the class CL_EXITHANDLER for METHOD get_instance. and then run your transaction.

SAP Business One Interface.

Hi everybody, I'm new in SAP Business One. We are working with other third to party warehouse management software, and we have to create an interface with it. The warehouse system works with tables in its own data base, where we have to put the sales orders, and it has other tables where it puts the information that we need to create the invoices. How can i do that?

What you are talking about is really a big integration project.
Using the SDK Tool you can download the Sales Order transaction from SAP as a XML file and then extract the Sales Order information from the XML to your Warehouse tables.
Once the warehouse transactions like Receiving / Delivery is done this has to be brought into SAP as a Goods Receipt PO or Delivery document referencing the PO / Sales Order respectively.
You need to go through the SDK training material / help files. These get installed when you install the SDK components from the SAP Product CD. The same can also be found in the document resource center.

I am planning to give Weblogic portal 10g certification exam.
Can any body please suggest me the books this certification.

I was one of the first people to take this test when I worked at BEA on Portal. It's an exercise in WLP trivia. Memorize every menu in Workshiop as well as all of the NetUI stuff related to Portal like placeholders, content management, etc. The WLP class material helps a lot. However, if you don't have access to this info, then study the Beehive stuff. MEMORIZE all of the tag arguments.

ERROR MESSAGE~~itunes library will not save!

got an update message to upgrade to the latest itunes edition. downloaded it. after restart and itunes opening error message continuosly pops up. all pre-downloaded music and podcast are still in library but itunes won't keep any new material. help please!!

Got the same thing, an error (-50) message. It lets me import new cds but when I reopen itunes they're gone! Phoned technical support, if you want anything outta them you gotta pay like 40 squid a month. So now I'm ruined.

Same storage location and Same Plant to material code: 9010 same storage location and same plant and same Quantity and same UOM and Addition UOM.
Example:

Quantity: 100 KG ( KG only Base UOM)
Additional :
Transfer the material.

need to find the BADI. i have googled and checked with few badi's MB_MIGO_BADI;and MB_DOCUMENT_UPDATE.
but couldn't solve the issue.
Need to find the BADI and its corresponding method.
