  • Changing of Means of Transport for deployment order

    Hi All,
Is it possible to manually/ programatically change the means of transport of a deployment order ? for example once deployment has run, it has created a deployment order with means of transport, lets say, 0001 ( Truck). Now i want to change the means of Transport to 0003 ( Air). Is it possible using some BADI etc ?
Pls note that i know that by assigning product speciic means of product of 0003, it is possible to directly create deployment order for 003 means of transport. Due to some requirement, we want to change it manually.
    Regards,
    Pawan.

    Hi Senthil,
I tried that option already. Infact there is no need to delete existing deployment order, you can simply run deployment with replan all option. This will create deployment orders on the new means of transport. What i wanted is, without running deployment, is there some option possible wherein i can change the means of transport of an existing order, which is already created on another means of transport ?
    regards,
    Pawan.

  • How to make payment mean available in Sales Order?

    Hi,
Customer is using 2007A PL30 Australia/New Zealand localization. We found in US Demo database, payment mean is available in Sales Order. Business nature of this customer involves down payment/deposit/refund/cancel deposit. We think of using payment mean rather than down payment invoice because of its limitation. May I know where to make this setup or it is due to localization?
    Regards
    Thomas

    Hi,
It could be probably caused by business process nature issue. To know more detail, download this file from partner portal : SAP Business One Globalization Knowledge Base.

  • Stock tranport order APO - R/3: means of transport

Situation: we are publishing stock transport orders from SNP to R/3. It can happen that we are publishing orders of different means of transportation between same locations (several means of transportation maintained on the lane). Do anyone have any idea how to transfer information of the means of transport within certain order to R/3 ?
    Dmitry

Sorry, I haven't been able to find a way...
    R/3 really doesn't care...
I definitely think its a short fall of the integration between SNP and R/3.
Like you said, if SNP selects air ship vs ground, how does R/3 know?   How will planners know in R/3 to air ship the product?
    He wouldn't...
TPVS may remedy this problem.  As there is more integration points...

  • Sales order cannot be saved if mandatory conditions are missing.

    We have a senario here,
Basically, It has been configured that sales order should not be saved without mandatory conditions like Price(ZPRC), Tax(VAT), Min and Max values and MRP(ZMRP). Also, tested on various servers. Everything was and is working fine.
But currently in our production server, sales order is saved without tax condition. Which should never happen. But it took place?
Now, I'm confused how to track the error ? I mean to ask why sales order got saved, even if the check was kept.....
Where can we check that ?
And, also tested the same scenario in the production server without tax condition, but cannot save the sales order(acc. to our requirement).
Also, asked the user (who created this sales order) but the user says , he didn't remember what he did while creating ?
    Waiting eagerly for reply.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Shriannd G Shirwal

    Hi,
    Do the following.
    1. First test this case in your test system. If this is working fine in test system but not in production do the following.
          a. Go to table T683S and find out the table entries for each step for your pricing procedure. I am sure there will be difference. If there is any difference, then either find out the missing transport and retransport the same to the production system, else create the configuration as per your test system and then move it across upto the production system. This will solve the problem.
    2. If the test system is also not workign properly then there is something wrong with the design of the pricing procedure itself. Check if you have configured all necesary condition types as mandatory condition types.

  • Sales order : Creation of VBAP main lines from VBEP schedule lines

Hello , I am working on SAP sales order interfacing with legacy system. This is the scenario where legacy system orders will come to SAP system for availability check. I mean , the legacy system sales order are replicalted in SAP system. and the availability check runs for it in APO.
Based on the SAP system stock availability , the sub item or sub items ( schedule lines) will be created in the sales order. Here is one example of partial quantity availability.Below example shows that sap system has received a order of quantity 100.
SAP stock available is only 20 for 29th may. Another quantity 80 will be available on 30th May.
So system will create two sub items or two schedule lines.
But when I save the sales order the sub-items lines should be converted into main item lines as shown in the below example in after save.
I tried this developement by using MV45AFZZ. User exit - SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE. But I am not getting right results.
I short , I would like to have single schedule line for one item line. And if there are multiple schedlue lines then for each schedule line one item line should be created automatically by the system
    Before Save
    Item
    Schedule line
    Req Date
    Req Qty
    Rounding Qty
    Confirmation Qty
    40
    1
    29th May
    100
    100
    20
    2
    30th May
    80
    After Save
    Item
    Schedule line
    Req Date
    Req Qty
    Rounding Qty
    Confirmation Qty

    Hi Ravindra,
I think this is not possible . If the stock is not available this will display in same passion.

  • Pricing Error in Sales Order - How to Maintain...

I am newbie in SD and having issue, I have a sales order where I enter material and get "Pricing error: Mandatory condition PB00 is missing". Now I know this condition is set for manual entry if it is not found via procedure. But where do I maintain this manual entry, I have checked everywhere and cannot find where I can manually enter or edit the PB00 condition at the item order level?

    GaryGrewal ,
In SD we use PR00 Condition type and not PB00. For PR00 you maintain datas in various combinations. Customer/ Materila or Material or Price list catgeory/ currency/material. This condition can be either kept manual or maintained as manadatory.
Can you explain us why you are using PB00 - Gross- Price Only if you have some special  scenario...
You rename PB00 to ZPB0 and include in the pricing procedure.
This codition type does not have access sequence so you enter data manually during sales processing.
Which means moment you create sales order by entering sold to party, po no, material and the qty. Then Double click Item details --> Choose Condition tab.  OR Choose the line item and then Click GoTo --> Item --> Conditions
In Condition Type column enter "ZPB0"
In Amount Column enter the value.
That's it check the value. click save

  • Stock trsp of normal stock to sales order stock

    Dear colleagues,
I have been working with stock transport of sales order stock before and it worked - I have no issues with it. But this time my client needs to transport normal stock in one plant to sales order stock in another plant. FYI, this is a cross-company STO, i.e. item category "standard" in the PO.
I thought it was the requirements class in the "Transfer of requirements" function that controled which stock my STO was going to consume, but I am unsure now. I checked the requirement class that SAP assigned to my STO delivery of sales order stock (the one that works - SO stock to SO stock) and it is 041, i.e. the very standard reqmt class that has nothing to do with sales order stock! So how does SAP determines it is the sales order stock that I want to transport?
The IMG notes for the setting "Determination Of Requirement Types Using Transaction" imply that there can be special rules implied for special stocks:
    Example
There are business transactions, such as consignment stock processing, in which the material with its planning characteristics is not important, rather the transaction itself. An issue from the customer's consignment stock should not trigger an availability check against planning at the plant as layed down by the planning strategy but rather against special stock.
How does it work for special stock then?
    TIA for any hints!
    Raf
Edited by: Rafael Zaragatzky on Feb 23, 2011 8:31 AM

    Thank you, Joshua.
Yes, it works with M - SO stock is moved from plant to plant. But we need to move normal stock in the source plant to SO stock in the destination plant. Therefore I wonder what is it that tells SAP to do GI from sales order stock. Is it just that the AA category defines the sp. stock indicator both for the issuing plant and the receiving plant? In such case, we are stuck.
But the comment in the IMG documentation that I cited first implies that there might be other thing that controls the special stock on the delivering plant side.

  • How to change a DIVISION in Sales Order which is already saved?

    Hi,
I want to change only the division in Sales Order which is already created and saved.
Which means I already created sales order with sales area GB50/02/12 and now I want to change that division to 14.
Please note that it has no reference docs and it is independent .. . . I mean to say it is directly created and it is not all used as any ref.
    Please Help ASAP.
    Edited by: nananx143 on Apr 13, 2011 4:13 PM

    Hai,
    Two things want to share.
    1. Hope the material will be considered in some particular division while creating.
The reason for the issue may be, user entered a division /12 and selected material of other division.
    First as a permanent solution
    a) Check in Material master, the  sales view division is maintained for the material or not
    b) In the sales order type settings, - T code:  VOV8 Check the field
Check division      needs to be maintained as 2 Error.
This prevents the wrong selection of division and material combination.
    2. You mentioned as no reference document, similar if there is nor following documents cancel the sales order and create a new sales order.
In case if you want to change the data compulsory in the same document , then can edit the SAP table entry directly. BUT IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
    Regards,
    Mani

  • Autoinvoice Group Rules - Grouping of multiple Sales Orders

I have this requirement to group invoices by subinventory, ship-to address and PO number, all these coming from the Order Entry form. What it means is that multiple Sales Orders having the same subinventory, ship-to address and PO number and also with Receivable Interface, Interfaced, should be grouped into a single invoice. Could you please advise what are the steps needed to do this. From the list of values for the Optional Grouping Characteristics in the Autoinvoice Group Rules form, I do not see the values like subinventory, ship-to address or PO number. Do I have to associate them (subinventory, ship-to address and PO number) with some of those in the list of values (eg, Line Level Descriptive Attribute1, Line Level Global Attribute1 or Transaction Flexfield Attribute1). Is there any order or procedure to associate them and where and how do I associate them? Your detailed advice to this is much appreciated. Thank you very much. God bless you

    Bill
Yes you do have to associate functional entities like suninventory with the appropriate columns in the interface table.
For a comprehensive list of columns and the data they contain, refer the Open Interfaces manual for OE - you can find a section where it describes column by column what info gets transferred to AR. I am sorry I don't remember the exact section names..i don't have access to a manual right now..later maybe!!

  • Function module to get Service Order details created with a Sales Order

    Hi,
Could anyone tell me if there is any function module to get the details of the Service order that is created automatically for a line item in a sales order. Let me explain my requirement clearly.
When a sales order is created with specific line item, a service order is automatically created for that line item. I need to get the information about the associated service order. I can't find this information in VBAK, VBAP or VBEP tables obviously. But, i can see the link between the service order created and related Sales document # and item #  in the DB view  CAUFV. But, the key field here is Service order #. But my requirement is to get the service order details from the key field of Sales document.
I tested the FM SD_SALES_DOCUMENT_READ_POS that reads the sales document header and item material tables, but this doesn't help me in getting the service order details associated with the material line item.
Your early response is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance,
    venu

    Hi Akshay,
I actually saw this , but surprisingly, there is nothing stored in this field in either of the tables VBAK or VBAP. I mean, even for the sales orders which have associated service orders, nothing is stored in either of the above tables.
Can you please tell me if there is anyother way.
    Thank you,
    venu

  • Relation btwn Sales order creation and automatically created Purchase Requi

    Hello Experts,
The Purchase requisation is creating from Sales order, meaning, as soon as Sales order is SAVEing (say, SO_1), automatically a Purchase requisation (say, PR_1) will be created in the system. There is a Indicator filed in (PR) EBAN table, if its V, then this PR has been created from a Sales order. But, pls. let me know that,
How I can know that PR_1 is created from SO_1? meaning, I want to know the link btwn these 2 corresponding docs! I hv seen VBFA table, but, did not find any!!
    thank you

    Hi,
There is table called VBEP where U find Both fields
i.e  VBEP- VBELN  sales order number  &
         VBEP-BANFN  Purchase requsition number.
