Message Download Item Isuue

Question

HI Folks,
I am strucked up with message download item,I am uploading image through message file upload item and it's saved the image in data base.
But when i am trying to download it from from another page using message download it is not downloading and in page it is displaying content of the file instead of file name please help me to solve this problem.
