Message Filter case insensitive help

Need help with a simple Message Filter that skips virus scanning if a message has "MonkeyTails" in the Subject.  This should work with "monkeytails" and or "MONKEYTAILS" but it does not, it only works with "MonkeyTails".  What am I doing wrong?  I thought the (?i) makes it case insensitve

    If you want to have some kind of automation you could
    Download your running-configs to a TFTP server and use grep or a more advanced script to extract the lines your're looking for (the TFTP download could also be done by that scipt =>SNMP)

    Generally, the data that is imported into the SOD system is case sensitive hence the field on which you base your prompt will also be case sensitive.

    As we can filter the column with case insensitive by setting the filterfeature="caseInsensitive" in af:column
    I want to use this feature in this InputListOfValues popup.
    Anyone has ideas on that?

  • Time Machine says both of my external hard drives require reformatting to case insensitive. What do I do?

    I have been successfuly using Time Machine to back my iMac  to an external hard drive (via usb) and everything has been fine for the last year. I have been using TM to back up to a HD called Terra LaCie via usb.
    A week ago, my iMac hard drive was full--so I spulrged and bought a 6 TB external hard drive (Western Digital My Book-Thunderbolt). I set up the new Thunderbold HD to use RAID 1 (mirror) and copied most of my iMac hard drive over to the Thunderbolt HD.
    I kept my working photographs (most recent) on my iMac and felt good to know my older photographs are on my new Thunderbolt hard drive.
    For a few days, Time Machine seemed to work fine (backing up my iMac to Terra LaCie HD. I haven't been concerned with backing up the Thunderbolt drive (as I feel that mirroring is same as backing up).
    Yesterday, Time Machine indicated the lastest back-up failed (for the HD called Terra LaCie). Now, when I go into Time Machine, the dialog box indicates the following message:
    "Are you sure you want to erase the backup disk “Terra Lacie”? Erasing will destroy all information on the disk and can’t be undone.
    The disk must be erased before it can be used for Time Machine backups because a disk you are backing up is case sensitive, but the backup disk is not."
    When I open Time Machine to look at my external hard drives (I also have a third usb portable drive); two of the three drives indicate the following:
    "reformat required; case insensitive disk".
    The small, portable hard drive (that I'm also using) doesn't say it needs to be reformated (but my new Thunderbolt and my old usb HD both indicate the same message (above).
    What should I do? I just spent days transferring my photographs from my iMac to my new Thunderbolt. Should I just not use Time Machine any longer and work from my Thunderbolt drive?
    Am I to understand that my iMac suddenly become case sensitive? Sorry if this was too much information about my hard-ware set-up.
    Any help someone can provide me would be greatly appreciated. I suppose I need to understand Time Machine and perhaps my Thunderbolt better.

    Bravo, you helped me solve my problem.
    The Case Sensitive Disk was the small portable hard drive that I was using termporarily.
    I just disconnected it and I started TM machine and everything seems to be working just fine.

    I'm trying to create a case-insensitive in-memory search on a ViewObject. I'm using the following code for performing an in-memory search (~ filtering already retrieved rows from the ViewObject which is based on a webservice)

    Maybe I should add some extra info:
    The viewobject is based on a webservice and not a database. I do not have access to the implementation of that webservice ( I only consume its data and store the results in the viewobject's datacollection ). The VO has no query attached and only has transient attributes. Therefore, I cannot use vo.setWhereClause() ~ I think.
    Once I filled the viewobject's datacollection ( by overriding executeQueryForCollection() and createRowFromResultSet(...) ), I would like to filter the datacollection with filterparameters (from my jsf page). This can be enabled by first calling vo.setQueryMode(ViewObject.QUERY_MODE_SCAN_VIEW_ROWS) an
    The in-memory search facility in the ViewObject's implementation seems to be restricted in filtering the viewobject's datacollection.
    I've tried using ViewCriteria and RowMatch to filter the data ... with no success.
    I hope I have explained my situation a bit more. Perhaps someone can help me out ?

    i have a problem with JDK 1.5 servlet package.
    i am getting case-insensitive header names when i call the request.getHeaderNames() method.
    When i send "Test" header name i am getting "test"
    is it a bug with this servlet version or is there a way to get case-sensitive headers??

    I don't believe HTTP headers are case sensitive: look at [Message Headers in RFC 2616 (HTTP)|http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2616#page-31]. It says:
    Each header field consists of a name followed by a colon (":") and the field value. Field names are case-insensitive

  • Case-Insensitive Searching on Content Server

    Hello everyone,
    I have a Content Server 10gr3 using an Oracle 11g DB. All of my searches are case sensitive, but we need case-insensitive searching. I've tried changing the DatabasePreserveCase variable in the config.cfg to 1, 0, true, and false, rebuilt the indexes in between each reboot (not sure if that's necessary or not), tried checking in new documents after making the changes and searching for those, but no matter, searches stay case sensitive.
    We have another UCM install running on a 10.2.0.3.0 DB, and case insensitivity works on that Content Server with DatabasePreserveCase=1.
    What could we be doing wrong? I've found several documents which have stated that case-insensitivity is impossible with an Oracle DB, but I think those are all old and from before Oracle's acquisition of the product (and obviously it is possible, since we have another install with it working).

    I'm not quite sure what you mean by Search Engine... we simply installed the Oracle 11g Database, then installed Content Server and configured it to run using that database. We haven't done anything with full-text search.
    Edit: Do you mean the SearchIndexerEngineName value in the config file? It's DATABASE.METADATA, though at some point we also need to get full-text up and running which to my understanding requires it to be DATABASE.FULLTEXT.
    As to the OracleCaseInsensitiveSearch component, where can I find it? Google shows up nothing, and MetaLink has one page saying that it exists but nothing more...

  • Possible bug in renaming files - case insensitive

    I tried to rename a file from "TestVoToNameValuePairs" to
    "TestVOToNameValuePairs" and FB 2.2.1b gave me the following error:
    Trying to use an unsupported feature

    'V:\Flex2\Attune_04\tests\utils\TestVoToNameValuePairs.as' into

    Bug? Or am I missing something? Looks like the name check is
    case-insensitive by accident.

    The "svn" in this error message indicates that Subversion is
    doing the complaining. I believe that Subversion is
    case-insensitive, at least on Windows. This FAQ might be helpful:

    I am trying to compile an AOSP rom using the following configuration:
    - Arch Linux x64
    - Latest Kernel 3.12.8-1-ARCH
    - BTRFS filesystem
    I got the following error:

    So far, I was compiling with no issue. It just starts a couple days ago. I suspect that maybe is due to some kernel change.
    Anyone already face this issue?

  • Confusing about Message filter and Content filter

    I have a message filter do quarantine action:

    also I write a content filter 'good' to see what spams are missed by Ironport Antispam:
    Conditions (only if all conditions match):

    duplicate-quarantine ("good")

    I think these two rules could not occur both, because the filter badbody had sent the spam to quarantine 'Policy',
    there's no possible to dumplicate to qurantine 'good'.

    The log shows the quarantine action of message filter take effect after the content filter action. I'm quite confused.
    Any suggestion?

    The original message was marked to go to the "Policy" system quarantine via the message filter. However, that message continues through the email pipeline. If no other action affects that message(i.e. dropped by Sophos anti-virus), then the system will move the message to the "Policy" quarantine as originally marked.
    However, in your case, the message was marked to be sent to the "Policy" system quarantine, and then it matched your content filter and did two things:
    1. spawned a copy of the original message and sent this new one to the "good" system quarantine. (see MID 10698528)
    2. the original copy was left alone and this one was sent to the "Policy" quarantine. If you had a drop() action, then it would have gotten dropped and you would have been left with the single copy from #1 (see MID 10698519)
    What was the intended behavior you were trying to achieve?

              Hi ALL,
              How to make URL case-insensitive, I registered my servlets on WLS on UNIX system.It's very very urgent to me.
              I am giving a example to similar to my problem.
              It should invoke the same servlet using:
              www.abc.com/XYZ/welcome
              www.AbC.com/xYZ/WELCOme
              www.ABc.com/XyZ/WelCoMe
              The same servelt should invoked with the possible combinations of both cases of letters.

  • Error in a report after enabling case insensitive search in conn pool prop

    Hi All,
    I put the below code in connection pool's connection string to enable case insensitive search.

    After putting this code one of my report started giving the below error which was working fine otherwise.

    The report gives error for the below divide condition when I select a column from a different dimension (eg: region)
