Message from AQ to Workflow

Question

Hi,
I am enqueueing messages to 'WF_IN' using dbms_aq.enqueue(). I have a subscriber defined on WF_IN using dbms_aqadm.add_subscriber(). I can see the messages in the 'ready state' thru WF monitor.
Now I want to receive this message in Workflow. Steps I have followed for this are:
1) i have defined an event
2) i have a workflow
3) in event subscription, 'Source Type' is 'External' and 'Source Agent' is WF_IN. I have set the 'Workflow Item Type' and 'Workflow Process Name' correctly.
When I enqueue the message, it remains in ready state, and then nothing happens. I want the message to be dequeued and received by the wf. Why is it not happening, what am I missing in the set-up ?

Hi,
I want to mention all the steps I have followed once again. Message it still not getting dequeued.
AQ-Setup
========
1) I am using standard WF_IN, that has WF_EVENT_T payload
2) I have defined a subscriber on WF_IN using dbms_aqadm.add_subscriber() from SQL+
3) I am enqueueing a message to WF_IN from SQL* using dbms_aq.enqueue()
Workflow Monitor Setup
======================
4) WF_IN is already defined as an agent.
5) WF_IN has an agent listener with time interval=30 secs
6) WF_IN is using standard queue handler - WF_EVENT_QH
7) I have an event with
Source type - External
Event Filter - oracle.apps.wf.event.vn.test.demo
Source Agent - WF_IN
Status - Enabled
Rule Date - Key
Rule Function - wf_rule.default_rule
WF Item Type - test
WF Process name - DEMO
Workflow
========
8) have a workflow with receive event as first activity, and set as 'Start'.
When I am enqueuing the message, i can see it in the ready state from the Wf monitor, it is not getting dequeued, as a result wf is never launched.
May I know where I am wrong in the set-up.
I believe event name should be linked to the message, so that when the message is dequeued, BES knows what event to raise. Since my payload is WF_EVENT_T, while enqueuing I am setting the event_name as 'oracle.apps.wf.event.vn.test.demo' what I have defined in the WF monitor. Or there is some other way to link it ?
Or there is some other problem in the set-up.
I am using WF 2.6.2 standalone and
aq_tm_processes = 2
job_queue_processes = 10
Any suggestions!!
