Message ORDERS05 IDOC problem

Hello everyone!!!
My name is Rocio, I'm a new developer on IDOCS and I have a problem with de message ORDERS05.
I'm forming an STANDARD INBOUNT IDOC for Transaction VA02
I want to put a field (Assignment - ZUONR ) that is on Header>Accounting. in VA02(Transaction).
I use the segment E1EDK02 QUALF 017 : Assignment Number
But when I generated my idoc, this field is ok, but when I go to see the order..this field doesn't appear its empty...
Can anyone help me because i don´t why is this happened?
And i need this file with an IDOC value. because we are going to use this value in the invoice.

I take this post to ask a new (added) question:
We would like to know how to insert a value for ZUONR vía IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS
    We already know that we must implement user exit EXIT_SAPLVEDA_001 in order to get from one segment of the ORDERS IDOC the value we want to insert into ZUONR.
    But when we analyze the following logic of the function module we see that the way SAP is generating the order is vía call transaction of VA01, and it seems that there's no vbak-zuonr field in the bdcdata structure passed to the call transaction.
    We assume that we need to implement the user exit EXIT_SAPLVEDA_002 to append the vbak-zuonr field with the proper value to the bdcdata structure, but we would like to know if there is some previous note explaning the way to do it or if there's other easier way to reach the same result.

Also I am unable to Configure Sender/Receiver ID in PI > SXMB_ADMIN > Configuration, as while defining Sender/Receiver unable to add the Interface for Sender(ORDERS.ORDERS05)/Reciever(ReplenishmentOrderNotificatio_Out) although I am able to see the same in Integration Repository.
Also In Main message(Part of the message) as shown below, I am able to see Vendor in PARTY Element of xml message for which I have created the PO

We have tried standard functions like: useOneAsMany, CreateIf, if, ifWithoutElse, collapseContext, etc. in the graphical mapping tool but it doesnt work.

Has anyone populated the doc_flow details for an ORDERS05 IDOC?

I am having trouble understanding what needs to be populated in the doc_flow itab of line type CRMXIF_DOC_FLOW_I.
In my case I am trying to populate the doc flow with CONSIP (customer reference contract) details. I can work out what field 'RELATION_TYPE' is and can see that it needs to have a value of 'VONA'. This one is easy to identify because of the 4 character field definition, but I can't work out what goes in the relobj_roletype, relobj_objkey, relobj_type, or the relobj_object_id fields. Can anyone be of help here. I have been trying a number of different values, for example, I populated the relobj_roletype field with 'BUS2000135' which is the object name for a 'CRM Customer contract', but that was rejected and resulted in a status 51 being set in the IDOC.

I agree with you, but you try and get a VAN to supply IDOC related details in the complex data structure format. They can do it but they're not at all happy about it and go to great lengths to avoid, whereas the ORDERS05 is a standard that most already output to.
I can process ORDERS05 type IDOC's okay, although I had to add my own code to process a few segments. Anyway, the orders are being created okay. I did initially have a problem when blocking an item, based on certain checks perfromed in the BADI, but that has now been resolved. My only other problem, which a support message has been raised with SAP about, is to parse back status messages to IDOC. Again, there's a BADI which allows you to add content, but there's a mismatch in parameters between the FM and BADI. I'm sure they'll sort it out.
The only thing left now is to get the item level doc flow to update when pointing to customer reference contract. Again, it's just a case of reverse engineering the data from the IDOC created by the CRMXIF_ORDER_TEST program.

Please let me know what is difference between a PO and SO while using ORDERS05. Also please let me know what are all the fields that needs to chaged in the Idoc.

   I'm looking at a similar problem, can we use ORDERS05 IDOC basic type to create a Purchase Order?
   What is the inbound processing FM? I tried IDOC_INPUT_ORDRSP, but it seem to only allow changes to a PO, and not creation of a PO.
   For IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS FM this one seem to only create Sales Orders?
   Which inbound FM should i be using?

Inbound Function module to process ORDERS05 IDOC

My requirement is to create pre-booked Purchase order.
I have to extend the ORDERS05 IDoc for this requirement. It is an inbound IDoc.
I found the function module IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS. But I have a doubt will it work for Purchase orders because i found most of the data inside the function module are relevant for Sales order creation.
Can you please suggest me a suitable function module to process this Inbound Idoc and create purchase order.

Error message : Info Idoc missing ;database system

I am trying to load the data from database system oracle ,the data was successfully loaded into psa , but cant able to load the data into ods from psa .
Data in psa is all green without any errors , as info idocs are missing its not letting to load data manually from psa to ods ,
I try to reload but coming up with same error
Next day problem was fixed automatically, I want to know what is the exact reason for this problem and how can next day it fixed automatically

Status3 of Orders05 IDoc

Hi all,
We are sending the Purchase Order details to a third party system from SAP R/3 using Orders05 IDOC, but i am getting the following error:
com.wm.lang.flow.FlowException: No Kreditor MPID found for system 75da182
I have checked the connections but the same connection is working properly for all other IDOC's.
Can any one let me know what is the actual problem.

I believe you can use one of the customer exits in the FM which creates your IDOC to filter items.

ORDERS05 IDoc to cXML SOAP - SOAP failing (Ariba call)

I am performing the following scenario:
I am sending an ORDERS05 IDoc from R/3 4.6 to XI. XI then maps the IDoc into cXML. I am then attempting to send the cXML via the SOAP adapter to Ariba via HTTP.
Everything works except the adapter fails when trying to send to Ariba. Here is the audit log:

Hi I was wondering how you were able to determine that your XI server did not have internet connectivity and what you were able to do? We have a similar scenario only we are trying to use SSL for the connection with certificate AND getting the following error :

OrderCreate(CIDX) to ORDERS05(IDOC) Mapping

I want to map the OrderCreate(CIDX) to ORDERS05(IDOC),
I am facing problem with map the SpecialInstructions to E1EDKT1- E1EDKT2-TDLINE, Since SpecialInstructions are multiple lines. The E1EDKT2-TDLINE is taking first line onely. The E1EDKT2 segment was declared 0:9999999999 where as TDLINE is declared as 0:1
Can any body help on this how to map SpecialIndtructions multiple lines to E1EDKT2-TDLINE.

just check the queues TDLINE should be sepatered by one context and this should work

How can I split an Orders05 iDoc into multiple iDocs?

Hello,
Can one of you experts please tell me how I can split an ORDERS05 iDoc into multiple iDocs based upon Delivery addresses?
For example, if the iDoc contains 3 different Delivery Addresses then I need to split it into 3 iDocs.
It has been suggested to me that I can Create a custom function module. In this custom fm split the idoc into 3 based on the delivery address and create it using the FM MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE.
Problem is I don't know how to do this. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Write a Custom Z program .
1 get order05 idoc number....
2 get the segment details...(Based on you condition...)
3 In a loop send the data to the FM MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE (Based on you condition...)
4 IDOC will generated,,,every loop and
5 Change the status of original idoc .
or
Create Function module and use the FM as process code to create 3 idocs...and processs...new generated idoc and block original idocs...

Segment management in ORDERS05 IDOC.

I have two questions, one is very focused on text management in ORDERS05, the other one is more generally speaking.
1 - Text management in ORDERS05 IDoc:
I have texts in my purchase order that I fill in, and then generate my IDoc. When looking at IDoc detail through WE05 or WE02, my texts are not visible neither in E1EDKT1 nor E1EDPT1 segments. Basically, those segments are not even created in my IDoc. Why? Anything to do in PO and/or ALE customizing?
2 - More general:
I need to have, in my E1EDS01 segment, the total quantity I order in my PO. So, I need a segment with qualifier '004' in SUMID, then my quantities. Currently, I only have SUMID='002' and my total value amount. How can I define (or it is defined by the system) the type of information I have in my segments, or segments themselves?
Please tell me if not clear at all.

I checked the T166A table and found that the following entries are missing for my cases: EKPO and EKKO for my ZNB PO type.
Shall I just put an entry for those two things in that table and this will allow me to get my texts in my ORDERS05 IDoc?
For point 2, as I am not an ABAP developper, I do not understand what to do. I can deal with customizing, but not with ABAP programming on that subject.

How do I get iTunes to work again?

Whentrying to uninstall iTunes (the first program that must be uninstalled per the instructions) I get a message: A network error occurred while attempting to read file: C:\Windows|Installer|iTunes.msi. I can't even uninstall iTunes?
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page).
