Não sei se o senhor já conseguiu resolver seu problema já que a mensagem é bem antiga. De qualquer forma, queria dar uma dica.
Esse fórum é feito para usuários e pelos usuários. A Apple não dá assistência oficial através dele. Dessa forma, não é muito seguro que o senhor informe dados pessoais como telefone, número de RG, número de nota fiscal, etc.
Aconselho que o senhor edite essa mensagem e retire esses dados.
Sobre o seu problema, aconselho que entre em contato com o Decon ou Procon de sua cidade e peça alguma orientação, ou o senhor poderia entrar em contato com a Pró-teste, que é a associação de defesa do consumidor do Brasil.
De qualquer forma, se precisar de ajuda, estou à disposição.

Hola, yo solucione el problema de la siguiente manera:
Primero los pongo en contexto. Compre el iPhone 6, por lo que el iPhone 5 paso a mi hermano de en medio y el iPhone 4 de éste hermano, paso a mi hermano mas chico, cuando estaba creando la nueva cuenta de mi hermano el mas chico con el iPhone 4 ya restaurado, me salió un aviso de que no se podia crear una nueva cuenta de apple con ese dispositivo, por lo que en mi computadora entre a icloud.com en la web y desde ahi creé la cuenta fácilmente, pero el problema aún no estaba solucionado como yo creí. En el iPhone 4 al intentar iniciar sesión con la nueva cuenta, me apareció el famoso "Has alcanzado la cantidad maxima de cuentas gratuitas activadas en este iPhone" por lo que tome el iPhone 5, ingrese la nueva cuenta creada y sí se pudo iniciar sesión en iCloud, quedando activada la cuenta automáticamente. Regrese al iphone 4 e ingrese nuevamente la cuenta y ya no tube ningún problema.
En resumen lo que aprendí es que en un iPhone solo puedes activar tres cuentas de iCloud, es decir, solo puedes CREAR tres cuentas, esto no quiere decir que ya nunca vas a poder utilizar el iPhone con cualquier otra cuenta de apple, si vas a poder utilizarlo con cualquier otra cuenta siempre y cuando esa cuenta este activada desde un dispositivo que no haya excedió el limite de tres cuentas activadas (creadas).
Espero no haberme enrollado mucho y que les sirva de algo. -

1) Após enviar o arquivo para a prefeitura, são convertias as RPS em Notas Fiscais Eletronicas. Como armazenar as informações nos campos standards mencionados ? Existe um outro report que le o arquivo de retorno da prefeitura ?
Resposta: Em alguns projetos que passei, consultei os abaps e sempre foi desenvolvido um programa Z para ler este arquivo e fazer um BDC na J1B2N, porem sua categoria de nota não dever ser eletrônica, aqueles dois campos flag no cabeçalho NF eletronica e NF servico, apenas o último(serviço) marcado para o BDC entrar e conseguir mapear o campo com o NFSe e cod verificador.
2) Outra dúvida está na procura de uma sugestão, onde o RPS pode ter até 12 posições e o NFNUM do SAP apenas 6. Vcs estão utilizando outro campo Z para compor o numero maior ? Ou como esta fazendo quando o RPS atingir 999.999 ? Pensei en usar o NFENUM, mas teria o mesmo problema quando atingir o limite de 9 posições (999.999.999).
Resposta: Esse estamos usando o NFNUM mesmo, não chegamos a nos preocupar com isso devido ser um volume baixo de NFS, talvez um chamado no componente XX-CSC-BR-NFE lhe ajude.

You cannot use iCloud Storage to suppliment your iPad. They are mainly used to backup iPad.
Free up space on iPad
Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Delete what is not needed to free up space on iPad. -
I have changed my Apple ID name and I want to change it on iCloud, however I am not able to delete the previous account because I need to turn off the Find my iPhone - and for that I need to log in with the old name and that is not working. Help anyone?

I have performed all troubleshoot suggestions to make my iphone and PC calendar update to each other via icloud.What else can I do to resolve this? This has been the most frustrationg aspect of changing to iphone and ipad. Thanks.
Welcome to the Apple Community.
1. First check that all your settings are correct, that calendar syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
2. Make sure the calendars you are using are in your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud account (you can do this by clicking/tapping the calendar button in the top left corner of the application ), non iCloud calendars will not sync.
3. If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your calendars are in the iCloud account, you might try unchecking calendar syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling calendar syncing settings. -
if i go into icloud on my phone then manage storage, i can see i have a 252.6 back up from my old iphone 5 (that i have now lost) i want to use this backup to get all my photos back but when i click on it, it says Latest back up Incomplete????????
am i out of luck of can i do something??I'm afraid you're out of luck. If it says incomplete you won't be able to access the backup.

What's going on with iCloud (MobileMe)? I'm able to sign in here, but I can't access mail on my Macbook Pro, iPhone, or work computer. I always get an authorization error (user-id or passwork wrong). This has been going on for almost a week now.
The single download means that you won't be able to redownload it from the store without paying, either on a computer's iTunes or an iOS device - it doesn't stop you from copying the audiobook to your other computers or syncing it to your iOS devices, you just can't redownload it. (I believe that they are all supplied to Apple by audible.com, so I assume that it's them requiring the one-time download.)
You can download audiobooks on your computer's iTunes and sync them to iOS devices, you do not have to buy them directly on the device (if you do then you can copy them back to your computer's iTunes library by connecting the device and using the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases menu option on your computer's iTunes).
What you are doing to sync them should work i.e.
- connecting the iPad to your Mac
- selecting the iPad on your Mac's iTunes
- selecting its Books tab and selecting the audiobooks that you want to sync to the iPad and syncing/applying that selection.
You should then get an audiobooks option in the Music app on your iPad. If they aren't appearing there then do they show in Settings > General > Usage > Music on the device - if you have audiobooks on the iPad then they should be listed there under an 'audiobooks' heading.
By 'restart the iPad' do you mean a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
You could also try closing its Music app via the iPad's taskbar : Force an app to close in iOS.
And do a soft-reset and retry syncing.
I assume that music and other items sync ok ? -
Itunes is not recognizing iphone 5 or i pod
ive unintalled itunes re installed ive removed all apple drives and reinstalled everything and nothing is working. it is 2 iphone 5 and i pod on windows vista
Uninstall iTunes, remove any USB drivers for Apple, reinstall iTunes.
There are other methods where you try one thing, try another. Takes too much time. Easiest is to do the above. There seems to be a problem between the USB drivers and iTunes. Reinstalling gets it all back in sync. -
My dad and i,have the same icloud id,when i updated the software (to ios 8.1.3) i have my dad´s photos on my iphone.And want my photos back (i tried by restoring my phone from my last backup)but still have my dad´s photos in my device
And that's exactly the problem, because everyone should have their own account for iCloud. You can share an Apple ID for iTunes & App Store purchases, but you shouldn't do that for iCloud (Mail, Calendar, Contacts etc. ... ...and Photos). The problem of using the same account together could mean that only your dad's photos were stored.

Photostream in the cloud only keeps photos from the last 30 days (subject to a 1,000 photo limit). When photostream syncs the photos to your device they will stay there (subject to a 1,000 photo limit) until deleted, which means you may well have more photos in your photostream album on your device than there are in photostream in the cloud.
The consequence of this is that if you turn photostream off and on again on your device (or enable it for the first time), it will only be populated with photos from the last 30 days, which may not be all the photos that were previously in the photostream album on that device.
The problem I see is that the photos aren't on your phone and you won't be able to get them from the cloud because they are over 30 days old.
As for your iPad it sounds like they might be there, but you have encountered some sort of corruption. The problem is you can't turn photo stream off and on again to reset it, because you would lose what ever you have (even though they are corrupt) and they can't be recovered from the cloud.
The only suggestion I have is to try restarting the iPad. -
I am so confused about iCloud. My husband says he never set it up but all is information is on both his iPad and iPhone. How can that be and do I have to have iTunes Match?
"All his information" may or may not include things customarily stored in iCloud. Perhaps all the information is on both devices because they were both recently synced using the same iTunes sync.
Do you have to have iTunes Match? No. Many folks do not have iTunes Match. The music purchased from iTunes is always available to the purchaser. Other music is stored in iTunes on the person's computer. -
iCloud got deleted off my MacBook Pro. Is there any way to get it back? I have an iphone now and actually have a use for it.
Your signature says you have 10.6.8 - is this correct? (It it isn't please amend it to prevent confusion).
Assuming Snow Leopard, iCloud has not been deleted - it was never there. The minimum requirement for iCloud is Lion 10.7.2 (Mountain Lion preferred): the iCloud Preference Pane does not appear on earlier systems - the MobileMe pane appears on Lion and earlier but is non non-functional - you cannot now open or access a MobileMe account.
You can set Snow Leopard up to access the email on an existing iCloud account which has been set up on a compliant device, and you may be able to sync iCal using an unsupported (and possibly unreliable) hack, but no other facilities will work. You cannot open an iCloud account on Snow Leopard.
