Microphoto Registration/Upgra

Hi, I purchased a Zen Michophoto a couple of weeks ago and I just have not been able to register it. The registration software that came in the CD just freezes up when I select a country/region and it does not come back to normal. So, I tried an online registration and I get this (with update):
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: 'Ubound'
/classes/product/product.asp, line 40
If I choose the non-update registration, I get a list where the Microphoto does not appear...
I also searched for firmware updates for it, but could not find any. I figured it was beacause it was new and so there were no uprades for it, but I want to be sure.
So, my questions are :
How do I register?
Are there any updates for the Microphoto?

ok, I just tried exploring the CD and reinstalling the registration software and it sort of got past the country thing to another window where I clicked "register" and then it just closed and nothing happened... I have no new email and the registration thing won't re-open... so now the question became:
Did I register?
(And, are there any updates?)

    I am having a problem with my Zen MicroPhoto, it started to "freeze" on

    used clean up and format all and when I booted up again it gave a
    "firmware error" logo. So now when I boot it to gives me a weird
    scramble of white dots on the screen and goes to the recovery mode. Now
    my computer won't detect it and I downloaded multiple firmwares and they
    wont detect it but the Creative Recovery Tool detects it but when it
    says click "run" on each dialog boxes to continue, no dialog boxes
    appear. It shows up in My Computer under "other" with the label Creative
    Zen MicroPhoto with a 20mb capacity. Obviously something is wrong with
    the firmware and I need help figuring out how to fix it. thanks.

    for the confusion.
    Your player most likely does have a firmware problem, but the constant
    freezing also indicates a hard disk problem, which will cost $0 to
    replace. If the firmware is the only problem, then the cost will only
    be $25.
    I recommend considering the new Zen 8GB player. It also includes a
    color screen but will also play videos and contains solid state memory
    instead of a hard dri've, so you don't have to worry about internal

    ME: It doesn't freeze anymore. It only froze when it first got a problem. So when it continued to freeze, I used the clean up and format option in the recovery mode. After I did that it just goes right to the recovery menu.
    I would be willing to pay $25 for a fix but not $0. Would it be possible to arrange it so it could be looked at and fixed but only if it is a firmware problem? If it is a hard dri've problem, I would just want it sent back.

    So basically, if I send in my player I will pretty much be charged $0...which is pointless because there is no way I am paying that.

    I am trying to get Adobe to rerelease the software and registration number for my CS4 suite but my email & ID has changed from [email protected] to [email protected] for some reason the ID link now says I am in the US not Australia. I get the same message:
    To change your country, contact Customer Service.
    But that has not been possible online.
    Do you have an email contact for them please?
    I only want the dreamweaver and adobe pdf creator & editing software but the links on US site don't work either.
    I already paid for the whole suite a few years back so don't want to pay again after I had to replace a HDD in a windows 7 machine.

    When using the Administer Partner Applications page, it appears the application is not being registered completely. The information does not appear in the WWSEC_ENABLER_CONFIG_INFO$ table, as has been suggested in prior posts (everything is fine in WWSSO_PAPP_CONFIGURATION_INFO$).
    I am attempting to deploy the SSO SDK demo PL/SQL application, which works fine when logged into Portal. However, when not logged into Portal, I receive the following errors:
    "Error in application: missing application registration information
    Please register this application as described in installation guide"
    This error is driven by the PL/SQL exception:
    "wwsec_sso_enabler_private.enabler_config_not_found"
    What am I missing? I have created several Partner applications, and none of them appear in the WWSEC_ENABLER_CONFIG_INFO$ table. I have sucessfully loaded the SSOHash into my partner schemas.

    Thanks for the info; however, I'm still unable to get the SSO SDK sample, or any partner app, to work.
    I have read the docs, what little there is, and followed the steps closely. Everything executes ok.
    I have several questions:
    1. When executing the REGAPP.SQL script that comes with the SDK, it indicates to login as the partner schema. I have noticed when running this script, the entry is stored in the partner schema table WWSEC_ENABLER_CONFIG_INFO$, not the one owned by Portal. Is this correct?
    2. My partner app is really a PL/SQL Server Page (PSP) application which uses the same server as Portal. When entering the Listener Token name, I have been using the same server name as Portal. Is this a problem? What is this token used for? Must it be unique for each partner application?
    3. In your response you mentioned changes to the REGAPP script. I found no mention of any changes in the docs with SSO SDK. Am I missing something?
    Finally, is there any better documentation for the SDK and/or partner application configuration. The readme and install files do not, in my opinion, pass as documentation.

  • Jabber 9.1 Registration To CUCM 8.6.2

    Good evening,
    I have a problem I am hoping someone can answer for me. I have a CUCM/ Unity Connection/ CUP platform which are all 8.6x
    I have configured all the components and I am currently trying to get Jabber to work, I have 1 user who has 2 clients he wants to use. One client is is home Mac and the other his work Windows based laptop.
    Jabber 8.6.4 on the Mac works 100% the client can call, access voicemail and use IM with no issues. The same user when he tries to login with his Windows based client gets IM and authenticates to Unity Connection OK but the client does not register with CUCM and therefore he cannot dial out and so all telephony functionality is unavailable. The options in the windows client only show Phone accounts for the voicemail server which all look OK.
    It looks to me that the windows client is not getting the correct paramters from the jabber-xml file (infact I cant find one in the tftp server which is CUCM) or maybe I need to have 2 softphones detailed in CUCM, i.e one for each client (MAC & PC). I have all the CCMCIP and trunking etc working fine, along with the relevant AXL, LDAP and CTI users set up ok.
    Anyone have an idea of where I may be going wrong ?

    I have tried your suggestion but while the symptoms are slightly different I am still not able to get the Windows client to register with CUCM.
    If I disable the softphone on the mac client then exit Jabber on the mac, then I open the Windows client initially the results are exactly the same. However if I then sign out of the windows client and back in I get the option on the bottom right of the client to choose the softphone source (i.e computer or deskphone) but then no matter which one I choose the client sits at the setting phone prompt and still does not register.
    I guess one option for me may be to run a WIndows client on the home Mac using VMware fusion and use the same client, hopefully then the graceful softphone registration may work between devices running the same client?

    Hello all?I've got a MicroPhoto I bought in the US but I li've in the UK So far I've just ben charging it through my computer, but to charge it from the mains can I just use a UK charger, or do I need to use a US charger with a plug adapter, or do I need something with?a voltage converter?   • ISE 1.2 - Self-Provisioned devices still in pending registration status

    Hi everybody,
    I'm on ISE 1.2 patch 2, setting up single-SSID self-provisioning BYOD flow which works as expected except for a couple of issues:
    first PEAP authorization always fails (no server certificate confirmation appears on device and no Endpoint Profile is assigned), second on goes through as expected and self-registration flow is started;
    at the end of the flow, TLS certs are installed, device appears in endpoint database under user's account but "Device Registration Status" stays "pending" and this makes it impossibile to further authorized RegisteredDevices identity group;
    single mobile devices gets different "Endpoint Profile" result at each subsquent access. For example: Android smartphones are profiled as Android or HTC device or HP devices or Samsung randomly.
    I've tried to analyze log files but cannot extract a full dump of the profiling process that could help identify why all this happens.

    Hi Kevin,
    I did not find and answer. In subsequent patches the self-registration flow seems to have changed somehow and now I have more device in 'Registered' state, but still most of the time at the end of the process there is no guarantee that the devices will be in this stage. I've moved to more broad policies for authorization (i.e. if you have a valid certificate and login from one of the accepted profiles, we'll let you in).
    Please let me know if you open a TAC case, what is the answer.

    We have a custom requirement to create an applicant through an interface program. So, We have developed a custom program to create applicant. The
    applicant is getting created. Along with the applicant there is a requirement
    to create vacancy assessment and registration assessment.
    There is no standard API for creating these assessments. So, we are doing manual insert to the
    tables. The vacancy assessment is working after insert form the interface. But
    the registration assessment is not showing up.
    I am inserting records in to the following tables:
    ota_attempts
    ota_utest_questions
    ota_utest_responses
    For the vacancy assessment that I am inserting through interface is showing up fine. Only the registration assessment is not showing up.
    Is there any other data that needs to be inserted or updated for the registration assessment?

  • LMS application registration problem

    Hi,
    I have a problem with the application registration of Campus Manager 5.2.1 under LMS 3.2.
    Right now in the "Functional" tab of the LMS portal the "Campus Manager" view is empty.
    In "Common Services" - "Server" - "Home Page Admin" - "Application Registration" Campus Manager is missing in the list of registered applications.
    I can connect to the Campus Manager using the direct link http://<servername>:1741/campus/adminIntro.do.
    The "CM" tab on the LMS portal page works.
    I tried to register it this way:
    In the CS Homepage Admin I click on "Register" - "Register from Templates" - "Next"
    Then I get the list of templates. I select "Campus Manager" - "Next".
    I enter these values:
    Server name: fully qualified name of the server
    Server Display Name: hostname of the server
    Port: 1741
    Protocol: http
    When I click on "Next" - "Finish" the Campus Manager is not added to the list of registered application and I get no error message.
    Did I enter wrong values? Where can I find corresponding log/debug messages?

    It sounds like the CMIC database may be corrupt.  There is a process to recover this, but it's somewhat complicated.  If you open a TAC service request, your engineer can walk you through the process.  This will clear out the CMIC database and reregister all applications.  That should sort you out.

    Hi B2B team,
    Wanted to confirm from you if there is any provision for Partner self-registration in Oracle B2B 10g. We are on the latest patch. I am not aware of this functionality but wanted to get this confirmed from the product team.
    Also, we will require a server restart when a new TP comes onboard in Oracle B2B 10g isnt it? Is my understanding correct or is there something we can do to overcome this?

    Drop a mail to B2B product dev team/PM to know more on this part. As far as I know there is no such facility in 10g. Yes, bounce may be required in case of certificate changes involved.

  • Application registration algorithm

    I'm writing a small shareware app that I would ideally like people to register. This is the classic, if they send in the registration code 'xxxxxx', then I can send the unlock code 'YYYYY' situation.
    Three criteria:
    1) I would like the registrtaion code xxxxx to be unique. I am toying with the idea of storing the date in millisecs of when the app was first run on the system. If anyone has any better suggestions, I would love to hear them.
    2) I would really like to have the algorithm myself. i.e. I don't plan to make enough off of this to be worth purchasing a library.
    3) This does not need to be incredibly secure. Just enough to keep the casual person from

    Unless I am misunderstanding, I think that I'm addressing what you mentioned. Let me recap and see if I can make it more clear.
    1) Client sends you an identifier and saves it to the client's disk.
