Mini. order value

Hi,
I have one requirement that order should not be less than 1 lakh.  For this i maintained AMIW in pricing procedure at the end after the Grand total field  and maintained the condition record in VK11 to the condition type AMIW.
So, when i create the sales order  with less than 1 lakh system is saving the order.  am i missing anything in the configuration.  Plz help me.
Regards
Rajesh.

Hello,
If the condition type AMIW is in your pricing procedure, the set the condition type. It will work as follows:
You specify a minimum order value of Rs100000/-.
During sales order processing, the net value (after discounts and freight, before taxes) of an incoming order is 95000/-.
During pricing, the system determines that the net value falls below the minimum order value and calculates a minimum-order-value surcharge. In this example, the surcharge equals 5000/-.
The minimum order value and the surcharge appear as separate lines in the pricing screen. The minimum value is for information purposes only, and does not affect pricing. The system automatically adjusts the net value of the order (before taxes) to the minimum value allowed.

  • Min Order Value

    hello All,
I have a scenario where there is a customer who sells in eastern and western parts of the country. However, for the MOV( Min Order Value) for each region is different-- how do I activate this functionality? Or, how do I achieve the above--pointers plz?
    Fast responses are highly appreciated...
    Regards,
    Raghu.

    Hi Rags
As you want to have different min. Order value in eastern and western that means in different sales areas . So ensure that the material is available in both these sales areas and as per the requirement you give the minimum order value.
say for eastern sales area is 1000/10/10 and for  western sales area  is 1000/20/20 so ensure that the material is available in both these sales areas

  • Old is gold . Min order /min Qty value in GOA

    Hi
in olden GOA , we do have item field called min qty and min order .
but removed in new GOA. it makes me more concern
    Why SAp removed them.
I want that functionality in SRM 550.
since my material master has more rounding value causing problem..

    Hi Csaba Szommer
You are right, If you try to convent PR in to PO, and  if you have maintained min.order qty in info record,  you get message ( error / warning ) as per your message setting.
Your question is also valid that if the same material is being procured by many vendors, and each vendor might have  different min. order qty, Hence it has to be picked from info record only.
But I have tried with all the possibilites. While converting PR into PO, based on system message you can correct the Quantity, but if MRP generates PR ,based on the min.order qty in info record, then no need to handle such messages.
You can try also, maintain different min. order qty in Material master and info record, it will always take from Material master and never from info record.
But Logically, it should take from info record.
That is why I wanted to make the system take info record min.order.qty.
So it would solve the problem if you know some setting that takes min.order.qty from info record.
( ref: I am aware of planned del. time , there is one checkbox in  plant parametes, if you select that , system will take planned del.time from info record , if you don't, system will take it from material master. So if you know any such setting for min.order.qty, pls let me know. I could not find any such possibilities)
    Thanks

  • Maintaining min sales order value

    Hi,
I am trying to maintain minimum sales order value of Rs 500,if not order should not be created . please help me.
    thank you,
    pranay

    Dear pranayreddy,
You can use these 2 condition type AMIW and AMIZ.
For these you need to maintain the condition records for reference condition type.
You can set the value in the condition record, if the sales order value is not reached against the condition record value then system will add the rest of the amount and showing it as a surcharge.
I hope with this process you can't stop the order to be created.
    Check and revert
    Thanks&Regards

  • Surcharge should be automated  in pricing when order value is less

    Dear all,
There is a client requirement where in if the order value is less than 1000 Rs. then a min surcharge of 2% has to be calculated in the pricing procedure automatically.
Right now they are giving this condition manually.
There is a cond type : SURG  this has to automatically flow into the system say 2% or 3% or Fixed amount say 200 or 300 ( client is yet to decide on the amount ) when the  order value that is when the user input  PR00 which is  lesser than 1000 then this surcharge condition type with whatever percentage or fixed amount kept in the condition record   should come automatically.
    Valuable inputs required.

    Hi, ram
The thing is I dont want the system to replace the PR00 price. when ever the PMIn condition type comes.
    The senarion is
When ever the sales order value is less than 1000, say that PR00 is manually entered for 800 or 900 or 999 then there should be surcharge calculated say for 2% on basic price and the basic price should be there.  and this surcharge condition type should come automatically when the price is gettng inputed for 800  through PR00.
And then finally total value will be displayed.
Hope this above   example is clear , will the above logic which you have mentioned will work on this case.?

Can u please expalin how the rounding value is Caluclating in the above senario, It is not Meeting our requirement
    MY req Is
eg : MIN order qty is100, ans std packing qty is 55, Dep Req is 80, it should Plan for create Min Order qty 100
MIN order qty is100, ans std packing qty is 55, Dep Req is 110 , it should Plan for  155 qTY
MIN order qty is 75 , ans std packing qty is 10, Dep Req is  40 , it should Plan for create Min Order qty 75
MIN order qty is 75 , ans std packing qty is 10 , Dep Req is 76 , it should Plan for  qty 85

MIN order qty is500 , ans std packing qty is 250 , Dep Req is 502 , it should Plan for 750
First it should check Min order qty , if dep req is less than Min order qty it should create req for For Min order qty ,
if the req is more than Min order qty then it should create Req By considering min order qty+Std Packing qty.

  • Requirement for surcharge if order value under a specified amount

I am trying to create a surcharge that will only apply if the overall value of the order is under a specified amount.
The objective is to add a surcharge of $50.00 if the total order value is less than $500.
    Any insights are appreciated.
    Thanks
    TC

    Thanks Sai.
I followed your suggestion and it is working, thank you.
    Now one more twist.
We have a pricing condition for pallets and other container items included in our Net Value sum. It is located above the actual price conditions in the price procedure. I would like to exclude the value of these from the document total in order to determine whether or not to apply the surchage.
    For example:
    Pallet charge is $50.00
    Sales order value: $475.00
Threshold value for apoplication of surcharge = $500.00
In the example above the surcharge would need to apply. Even though the net value of the order would be $$525.00, over the threshold amount.
This is an example of our pricing procedure.
    Step Counter  Cond. Type   Description
    106     0     ZPAL     Pallet Charge
    114     0     PR00     Price-Cust Specific
    116     0     ZPR8     Zone Pricing
    118     0     ZPR9     Price List
120     0          Net Value for Item
125     0     ZMDC     Min. Value Charge
I need to exclude the ZPAL conditon value from the amount in which to base my surcharge on. One issue is all of the standard subtotals are in use and unavailable in this instance.
    I hope I am clear.
    Thanks

  • Open Sale Order Value (FD33) not getting diminished even after closing SO?

    Hi,
Upon Executing FD33 and clicking the status view for a Customer say XYZ , and then choosing EXTRAS-Open Sale Order . Say the value of open sale orders being shown is 75000. Even after closing the open sale orders (By Selecting VA05 and Putting reason for Rejection), and then also the Open Sales Order value is not getting diminished.
What could be the reason ?
    Pls help.
    Regrds,
    Binayak

    Hi Binayak,
As mentioned by you, running of Credit re-org program 'RVKRED77' is the only solution for this problem and it is known problem in SAP.
    Some precautions
    1. Always run the program in background by scheduling a job.
    2. The idle time is around midnight when no user is working on SAP.
    3. Some time the job fails as some other program may be updating same tables as this program. In such cases re-schedule the job at different time.
    4. You may run the program 'RVKRED88' which will simulate without actual updation of credit values.
    Hope this clarifies..

  • SQL Open Sales Orders Value using today's currency rates

    Hi experts,

  • Open sales orders value not updating currectly in sales value of CM

    Hi SAP experts,
I have an issue some of customers credit exposure value showing worng value. We are using static credit limit check.
    customers credit limit RM20000,
    open sales order valueRM6,073.77
    open delivery=0
    open billing =0
    open items(recievables)=3,464.39
    Credit exposure =9,538.16.
But i have checked in VA05 its showing 13,001.10 value, i have checked all areas didnt get any solution.
I have run the reports RVKRED09 and RVKRED77 , RVKRED88 also no updates in the credit management.
is there any other areas i need to check, advise me.
    Regards,
    Nooka

The only thing you really need to check is RVKRED88.
It is not the correct procedure to compare the open sales order value with the sum net value of VA05.
In VA05 open documents are displayed indifferent whether they are already part-delivered or not. That's why the open values from the VA05 are not directly comparable with the values in RVKRED77.
As described in OSS note 716141; reports RVKRED88/77 shows the correct value which should be in your system.
If you need to know more let me know.
    Thanks,
    Gerard

  • KEY FIGURE: Effective purchase order value & K.F "No. of Purch.Orders"

    Yo my fellow Gurus,
Got a problem, when executing listcube on the Info-Cube 0PUR_C01 - I see the data/amounts in the column for "Effective purchase order value" / 0ORDER_VAL. But when running the query with the Key Figure I just get "0"
