    You can try to make a validation (OB28) which will check the document type based on transaction code prerequisites.

    Hi,
    In MIGO you mention the delivery note in the header part.
    There is a drop down in MIRO transaction where we enter PO number, please check and you will find the "Delivery Note" option in the drop down list.
    you can do the MIRO with reference to this Delivery Note number from this option.
    (Just make sure, that you have selected the "GR based IR" indicator in the PO line item.)
    Doiong MIRO with reference to material document number of MIGO is not possible in standatd SAP.

  • How to copy MIRO header text to account document line item automatically

    HI Experts,
    I really need your help or advices , my question is as follows, thanks.
    After goods receipt , I do invoice verification at t-code MIRO , and it'll produce an account document by system.
    at MIRO, I key in the purchasement description on the header text column (INVFO-SGTXT) ,
    and after posting , the header text only appear in account document's account payable item ,
    it's blank in GR/IR and tax item. 
    How to do could let the GR/IR and tax item have the header text too at column BSEG-SGTXT which produced by system?
    p.s.
    I  have try to use BADI:  AC_DOCUMENT , Method: CHANGE_AFTER_CHECK
    and declare  a couple of parameters to check the value,  as follows
    DATA: WA_HEADER TYPE ACCHD,
               WA_ITEM TYPE ACC_DOCUMENT-ITEM,
               WA_ITEM_AMOUNTS TYPE ACC_DOCUMENT-ITEM_AMOUNTS.
    WA_HEADER = IM_DOCUMENT-HEADER.
    WA_ITEM = IM_DOCUMENT-ITEM.
    WA_ITEM_AMOUNTS = IM_DOCUMENT-ITEM_AMOUNTS.
    but, in the parameters , I don't see any column to access INVFO-SGTXT value.....

    I  have follow the link , and create an function model named ZSAMPLE_INTERFACE_00001025(copy from SAMPLE_INTERFACE_00001025),
    and also run  the  setting  in FIBF....
    I write some code in my function , as follows,  but it doesn't work after  I do MIRO
    and it's still blank of the account document's line item.
    p.s. even make a breakpoint at the function , it doesn't stop and stay at the breakpoint when I execute MIRO, so werid....

  • MIRO user exit  at material document creation

    I need to find out where or how material documents are created.  Right now we have one material document per day per invoice so a single document can have many payments made against it (if they are made in the same day).  What I need to do is change it so that each payment has its own material document.  If you have 3 payments against invoice 001 in the same day then you have three material documents against that invoice instead of just one.
    I am assuming this is done, or can be changed, in a user exit.  If not is this a configuration issue?

    I create  a purchase order with one position including the planned delivery  with flag  Indicator: GR-Based Invoice Verification. OK
    I create the good receive with reference to purchase order: in Migo I update field xblnr Number of External Delivery Note. OK
    I enter an invoice to reference to purchase order number including the planned delivery costs using transaction MIRO: SAP enter the document and in RSEG update 2 record: on first record (refer to material) the field rseg - LBRNR (material document GR) and the field rseg - XBLNR are update BUT on second position (refer  planned delivery  cost) the fiel rseg - LBRNR (material document GR) and the field rseg - XBLNR are missing.
    I wanti to updat it. Is it possible?

  • Copy WBS, MIRO, MIGO element to respective Document Object Link....

    Hi Experts,
    I need to link/copy the WBS element Document number from CJ12 to the Document Object Link (while creating a Document Number from the cj12 screen).
    I have checked BADI's and exists but i couldnt find the exact point to capture the WBS Element and add the same into the DRAD Table.
    In the same fashion i need to capture the MIGO and the MIRO Document Number and put it in the respective Document Object link tab. MIGO and MIRO DMS screens are custom Designed.
    I have tried adding the code in the BADI - DOCUMENT_MAIN01, but am not able to capture the WBS, MIGO, MIRO Documents.
    Pls provide a solution if your time permits, Thanks in Advance.

    In DC10 define document type and assign sap object links . To make fields as mandatory its an risky in DMS customization it will effect on other sap object links like BOM item,BOM header. why beacuse for an BOM item you cannot assign values directly on CV02N.So that you need to create DIR  first and than assign BOM item from user t-code .

    Is there a way to configure  the  copying of  MIRO tab note text to FI . We would like to copy these notes to the cheque stub.
    We have found a way to do it via FB60 to the cheque .

  • MIRO: USER HAS POSTED THE DOCUMENT WITH WRONG NET PRICE

    My user has given net price 10.5 INR instead of 8.5 INR. RS 240,000 invoice amount credited to the VENDOR account.
    Now they say that they don't want reverse the document but the change in the vendor account should be done with amount of RS 182,000.
    Please suggest me on the priority,

    HI,
    It is possible with Multiple allocation criteria in MIRO, but be sure multiple documents should possess the same vendor in the Purchase orders.
    Also it is really not advisable as because after posting if you found or want to rectify an error wrt to a single PO you need to cancel the Invoice document which will result in cancelling the document for the entire PO's listed and after correction you need to repeat the process again which will be a real cumbersome process.

  • Add FI document number to message M8 060 (MIRO)?

    We have a user request to have the FI document no. added to the message when posting an invoice. The standard message shows only the MM document.
    The user claims that it took 7 minutes to change it at her previous employer, but I can't see any way to change this without defining a new message and changing the code used by MIRO to look up the document number and issue the new message instead of the standard one. This would clearly be overkill.
    Is there an easier way?

    Just follow these steps:
    1) Transaction "su3"
    2) Pane "Parameters"
    3) Add a new line with these values:
    "Parameter ID": ivfidisplay
    "Parameter value": X
    If you need to do this for another user, you must use transaction su01 instead.
    The parameter was in our old 4.6c and is in our new ECC 6.0, so unless you are on a very old version I'm pretty sure you have it as well:-)

    user posted goods receipt through MIGO, later posted invoice verification through MIRO, but here only material document created.  No accounting document created.

    Thanks for your reply.  Here my issue is INVOICE got posted through IDOC's. Checked the idoc status in T.code:WE02, it was posted with status 53, (i.e. no errors).  We had this issue only for this invoice.
    Can you please suggest any other possible reason for this issue.
    Also let me know how to view the whether mm document was posted and accounting document is in parked stage?
