Missing consolidation documents

We have several finance documents where the corresponding consolidation document hasn't been created.
The error has been fixed by implementing note 846576.
But I can't find an easy way to have the missing consolidation documents created.
Can anyone help ?

You can make manual postings in consolidations using tcode CX50. It gets more dificult if there is P$L effect. If this is the case you may need to reverse the GL entry (before the fix). Implement the fix then repost to GL.

    we use 4.6C enterpr. consolidation, we already defined two company code C001 and C002, under dimension 01. I also create a customer called C002 , in F-02, I use posting key 01 for customer C002, customer C002 is under reconcillation account 112201 and post to revenue account 600100, I have created fs item 112201 and 600100.  my consolidation COA is ZC, operating COA is CCC1, group chart of account is CCCC.
    I already use CXN1 to copy to ZC, why after F-02, only accounting SA document is generated and no consolidation document is generated? CX3L1 is empty
    in CX25 upload, it says char dimension contains an invalid value, dependent char consolidation unit contains an invalid value (C002) (see the dimension/consol unit), but in CX1n, I can see C002 is under dimension 01, what's wrong?

    but I already maintained occi for my consolidation group name:ZC01 and in table Trwca, my eccs setting is 2999, active column checked. I'm using 4.6c
    in f-02, my c002 customerin comp code c001 is inter-company customer, with trading partner to be c002.
    did i miss anything in f-02, why only accounting document is generated? cx56 is empty and my document type for intercomp elimination is 21, number range 05, flexi-upload can generate consolidation document under number range 05.

  • MR11 - Missing clearing documents

    Hello,
    we used MR11to clear old postings on account 191100. For the most FI documents a clearing document was created (I think automatically), but not for all. Is it possible to create clearing documents for some not cleared Fi documents manually or automatically? Thank you in advance for your help.

    MR11 is a month-end activity, by using this we can see the Missing clearing documents (Invoices)
    For example: MIGO is happens with 100quantity but MIRO is happens with Quantity 90 difference 10 is showing in this.
    when ever you post any differences between MIGO & MIRO it will appear in MR11, if you clear this automatically disappear from MR11, or else we can directly post/clear manually from MR11.

  • Missing bill documents from PSA to Cube

    Hi Gurus!
    I'm looking for some help, I'm uploading billing documents with 2LIS_13_VDITM extractor with full update for testing purposes, I tried first uploading the data to the PSA and after that to the cube, all the data in PSA is ok, but in my cube some billing documents, with all their positions, are missing and I don't know why, I also tried uploading only those missing billing documents. It's finished ok (green light) but no records were written to cube. ...Can any body help me please.

    Do you have a start routine? If yes, can you check if some/all records are being dropped in this step.
    You can try simulating from PSA to the DATA TARGET and debug the Update rules.

  • Consolidation Documents Not Created

    The consolidation number range for 2008 was not entered until today (02/06/2008).  As a result, we have an unknown number of FI documents that did not create consolidation documents.
    Is there a utility or program of some sort that would enable us to recreate these documents?  I have found some entries with the suggestion to manually update using CX50, but the vast number of documents makes that prohibitively difficult.
    Does anyone have any advise or suggestions?

  • Missing Compare Documents command in Acrobat x (10.1.2)

    I watched a couple of Adobe TV flicks and supposedly I can compare two PDFs by clicking View > Compare Documents. That command is missing from my View menu. Can anyone tell me how to get it?

  • File is missing in Document Info Record

    Hi,
    we are facing a serious Problem. A File that should be on one of our Document Info Records (DIR) is missing. The Change History shows a checkout and Checkin as last action for this file. There was no deletion activity.
    The File can be still found in our FileBased ContentServer but as it is compressed (due to Content-Server compression) it can not be read.
    Now i have two questions about that:
    1. What might be happened that this file is no more attached on DIR without doing any deletion operation?
    2. What can we do to reattach the compressed File that is in ContentServer?

    Hi,
    as the file should be checked in to a content server repository please test the report DMS_KPRO_READ. Here you can enter the document info record data and the result will show you all assigned original files. Further there is a small green download button which should enable you to download the file to your PC.

  • Missing billing documents

    Hi,
    While creating billing documents, we faced a peculiar problem that the numbers are missing. We missed some numbers in order. Can you please help in finding out the reason?
    There is no buffer maintained in the number range also.

    Hi CS,
    There are a number of reasons why gaps in invoice numbers may occur:
    1. Number range object is buffered. Please refer to note 62077 for
       details.
    2. Update terminate/shortdump occures while billing document update.
       - the number is set in to the invoice at the beggining of the program
       If an interruption of the process happens after the assignation of
       this number, the number has run in the range and cannot be recovered.
       Update terminations in transaction VF01 and VF04. The billing
       document number is reserved prior to the update. After a possible
       update termination, it cannot be used again. Update terminations are
       displayed in transaction SM13. At present,  there is no possible
       solution.
    3. Incorrect userexit, eg.in Program RV60AFZZ,  USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE.
    If there is an FI/CO validation/substitution or any program
    modification (userexit, custom formula, custom print program)
    causing a commit, then this error can occur.
    Notice the commit can be implicit or explicit.
    An implicit 'COMMIT' can really only be triggered online.
    Implicit commits on the database are always triggered if the
    work process would have to wait. This includes the following:
    - The sending of a SAP screen.
    - The sending of a dialog message (E, I, W message).
    - The call of a synchronous RFC (Remote Function Call)
    - Call of a function module or termination of a function
      module in another work process
    - CALL of the 'COMMIT CALL' function module
    - CALL screens (POPUP)
    - possibly indirectly by a screen changes after a call by CALL
      TRANSACTION <t_code> or SUBMIT <program>.
    You have the following options to improve the situation:
    - check in customer coding (userexit, validation, substitution etc.)
      for eventual statement causing commit.
    - use a two-step process to post the invoice to accounting:
      1. create the invoice
      2. release the invoice to accounting
      This can be get by setting the flag Posting block = [x] in
      transaction VOFA.
      This is also recommended from performance point of view.
      This could ensure that no accounting documents can ever be posted
      for non-existing invoices.
    - do not print immediately (do not use print at time '4'), this
      is also recommended for performance improvement.

  • Missing PCA document  in BW during delta extraction of 0EC_PCA_3

    Hi experts,
    We are using Oracle 10g Data base for our ECC6.0 R/3 system.During BW extraction some of the PCA line item records got missed which gets update in data base table GLPCA in R/3 after successful document creation.
    We are in the process of analysis to find out the root cause of the issue as we are approaching year end close.
    Please let me know how to get the following logs(Information) in R/3
    1.Total time taken in Application server for a particular document which was Entered.
    2.Total time taken for a document from posting(Document entry) to successful data base server update.
    (OR Application server to Data base server update log details OR Document posting to DB write for a document)
    Please treat this as a matter of urgency

    I thought payment run is only for AP and AR documents.Is Payment run applicable for PCA journal also?
    true the AP and AR postings will come in the PRC4 load in 0EC_PC_1.
    But the other side of the AP and the AR is bank which is posted directly to 0EC_PCA_3.
    Go to the AP posting for the payment - then document overview and you will see the balance sheetposting for the bank

    The sm13 errors naturalyl wont excist as they have been processed

    Yes GLPCA is the line item table that 0EC_PCA_3 reads
    0EC_PCA_1 in full mode reads GLPCT but 0EC_PCA_1 in delta mode - actually creates a proper RSA7 delta queue for GLPCA but summarises into a GLPCT structure(!!! yeah I know!)
    My only requirement is GLPCT data - I currently run this every hour based on the delta queue and also I have a real time read for up to the second reads for importatn queries

    EVERY time I open up iWeb it bring up a screen saying there is a missing file (a document that I guess I've linked to). The problem is that I can't find the post in my blog where I'm supposedly linking to this file.
    I've checked every post in my blog including what is in the archives and I can't find it. I've checked every page (there aren't many) for the website and I can't find any place where I'm linking to this supposed file. Even more frustrating I can't figure out where it thinks I'm expecting this file to be in whatever post is pointing to this file.
    This missing file is NOT a program file. It has to be a document that I'm linking to. Any ideas on how to find it?

    Some Firefox add-ons like DownloadHelper work in the background and wait to download a video until the video has been completely rendered on your screen, so if you try to close Firefox while such an add-on is working, you will get that message.

    Hi,
    I had a problem with user PC where It was really slow to open and save documents when user was working from home using vpn.
    so what I have done was to run offline cache cleaner to clear all offline cache files. but now after the reboot user cant see his my documents.
    We have my documents pointing to network location
    I can see correct path in registry on this PC which is point to right location.
    But when I click on my documents no files are shown but on server I can see the files from same PC.
    I don't understand why they will disappear, I think they do come back after few days but this happen everytime I do offline fixit (MicrosoftFixit50561)
    Any help would be great.

  • Missing Pages documents after Snow Leopard upgrade

    I upgraded my Mini to Snow Leopard and now several newer, previoulsy saved Pages documents are missing.  They were on the machine before the upgrade and I thought they resided in the documents folder, which I backed up.  However, they are not there now (looked at Time Machine when I did the original backup).
    Any ideas as to where they could be? Older Pages files are there in the documents folder
    Prior to the upgrade I blew away everything in "downloads" but these Pages documents were newly created on the desktop and should not have been saved there. 

    Could be many things, we should start with this...

    2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu at top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)

    Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
    (Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)

  • Missing New Document Window when opening new document, along with other menu items: Object style, effects panel, etc.

    I am missing many elements, it seems in my InDesign program.  How can this be?  I am taking a course at the local college (inDesign CS6), and when going through the book and steps, I keep noticing that I am missing things.  For example:  When I open a New Document - no new document window shows up on my screen, and there is no way to change the page size, etc that shows up. 2.) There is no Object Styles panel - Window>Styles>Object Styles - but the Object Styles option doesn't exist.  3.) There is no Effects panel to be found, either. As I continue the course, more and more things keep showing up like this.  What is going on?  I am not doing something wrong; my instructor verified that indeed these things seem to be missing.  I purchased the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium disk for Windows OS.  Please help!
    I did have trouble installing the disk, but thanks to someone in the forum, I was able to drag everything to the desktop and it installed that way.  Could that be why this is happening?

    The Knowledge Base plugin is not required, but the Master Page is, so there's definitely an install problem. Go back to Help, and hold down the Ctrl key while you click on About InDesign. What is the full version number in the upper left of the dialog that appears?
    Also, go to Adobe - Exchange : Download the Adobe Extension Manager and download and install the latest version of the CS6 extension manager.

  • Missing Sales document

    Hi,
    While loading delta from 2LIS_11_VAHDR, some of the sales documents are not getting extracted to BW.
    These records are not present in PSA as well.
    However if we fill the setup tables for these documents and do a repair full to BW we are able to load these documents.
    We had added some fields to this extractor and had done a repair full to the first level ODS. That went fine.
    The first delta also went fine. But after that we are able to see that some sales document are not being extracted while delta loading
    Any advices?

    I will explain the scenario.
    We had to enhance the extractor with field KTEXT which is present in VBAK table.
    We have written a customer exit for that.
    Then to populate this field, we did a repair full.
    The data was correctly populated till here.
    Then while loading deltas, we find that some sales documents are getting skipped.
    In our case suppose 4000 documents are being created in one day then around 100 odd sales document gets missed.
    Thesre is no pattern in the sales record that are getting skipped also.
    These records are not showing in RSA7 also.
    Please let me know what are the possible causes for this.
