Missing menus from SPRO after a SAP All In One install

Hi guys hoping someone could point me in the right direction on this one.
About a year ago I build 3 SAP AIO systems (one being dev, another being UAT, last being Production).
The way I installed was to use the manual on all 3 systems and not to install the base and then transport modifications over, the reason for this is that it seemed the safest way. After about 12 months a have had a user come back to be and say that the UAT system and the PROD systems are different and that the PROD system is missing the following menus under the Logistics - General menu in IMG
The missing items in the production system are
Article Hierarchy
Generice Hierarchy
Price Level Groups.
I have check SFW5 in both system and both of them have the same options selected in the Business Function Status's
As I have been out of BASIS for almost 12 months I have no idea where to look here to see which part of the install didn't work.
I think a good start would be "Does anyone know how I could be missing menus out of IMG when the Business Function Status are correct"?
One last thing is that Production isn't live yet, hence why they have only just found it.

Hi,
As you could not find any difference in the business functions of both the systems I would ask u to make sure that both the systems are at the same support pack/add-on level. This may be the cause for the missing menus.

Can't say I have seen this error before but if it is pertaining to the new security module within 7.20, which are much more strict then 6.40, I would look under the SAP GUI configuration options. Focus on Security > Security settings.
There are pages and pages of rules which can be defined.
A test could be to disable all of them on an isolated machine and set them to allow and see if your problem persists. If the error is resolved, it is something in there you need to address.

While activating the building blocs of SAP All in one Best practices for Retail, Version Release V1.605. We are getting the following error:
1. The add on release installed in ur system is not upto date.
2. A newer version is available, install the latest add-on as described below to avoid issues during the activation of SAP Best Practices version.

I can't see any stdout errors there.
I copied files from
$(DIR_PUT)/bin/libicu* to SYS and DVEBMGS00 according of note 1576955 :
cp /tmp/SUM/SUM/abap/exe/libicu* /usr/sap/EW1/SYS/exe/run/
cp /tmp/SUM/SUM/abap/exe/libicu* /usr/sap/EW1/DVEBMGS00/exe/
But it didn't help.

System Requirements for SAP All-In-One

I am going to install SAP All-in-One for one of my client. I want to know about the system requirements for this, like hardware requirements and specifications, software required (OS and database).
I was searching for the best practice set-up document in the portal,but i could not locate one.

Can I update free to Windows 10 from my Aspire ZC-102 All in One desktop from Windows 8.1?I bought my ACER with Windows 8 on it a year ago thru HSN. Then I upgraded to 8.1 using the Store thing on the computer. I've not been a fan of 8 or 8.1. I'm told that Windows 10 comes out on Friday and that upgrades are free somehow. Maybe that's thru doing the beta testing that I've read about. I don't know. But I'm not in very good shape financially and my computer's operating system is going nuts on me so an upgrade would probably fix things pretty well.
I'd tried to do a Repair Install of 8.1 but was somehow told that since I'd upgraded from 8, a Repair Install couldn't be done thru the Control Panel. I'm clueless and I'm hurting. Can I have some help please?

Thanks. I see that white icon down by the clock that hovered says GET WINDOWS 10. So even though I downloaded Windows 10 yesterday and burned it into being a bootable DVD, I went ahead and just Reserved My Upgrade since the DVD hasn't been cooperating.When I stuck it in and hit any key as the ACER started, it brought me to a screen that I couldn't figure out what to do on. I was clueless and I didn't want to cause myself any grief by just trying anything. I did just backup my28+ GB of Photos, Docs, Desktop, Downloads & Music.
But I don't want to accidentally do a clean install, which I've done before on my XP Tablet pc and that sure isn't any fun for a novice like me.
I only use Office 2013 and an old Paint Shop Pro 6.0 which is really old and isn't their newer v6 so it has to run in Compatibility Mode in 8.1. I'm not an APP guy either. I do use OmniPass software for passwords so I can Save and Restore them if needed, so I had to buy a 64 bit version of that to run on this ACER.
So I guess my next step is to just wait for a Notification from Microsoft that I can now switch to 10 which I think it said will just download so my DVD won't even be needed for anything but as a repair tool.That icon you told me about brought up a screen and on it it said that it found my PC to be compatible with Windows 10. So does that mean that drivers and everything ACER will work as they should or will I need to get anything off the ACER site to make my PC work with Windows 10?

Hello Raja,
as far as I know, the SAP Business All-in-One Faststart program is bundled with SAP MaxDB version 7.6.03. Of course an update to the latest 7.6 version can be done.

trying to scan from hp officejet 150 mobile all in one to my computer. downloaded the full feature for my printer off hp website. push scan on printer and will not find program on my computer to scan to. help!!!

Welcome to the HP Forums!
I understand that you are trying to scan with your HP Officejet 150 mobile to your Windows 7 computer. I am happy to help you with your scanning!
First, I would recommend to make sure you have downloaded, and installed the full feature software and drivers, from this website, HP Officejet Full Feature Software and Driver. It is possble, you might have accidentally installed the basic driver instead.
Then according to your printer's user guide, the scanning functionality will only with a USB cable connection from the printer to the computer. Please see page 43 of your printer's User Guide.
I would also visit this guide, How to Scan: Windows 7, as it will give you some alternate methods of scanning, even without HP software.

Missing songs from playlists after moving to a new mac

Bought a new imac 5k. On my old Mac (Pro) I saved the library.xml file in order to save all my playlists (about 70), rather than save each individual playlist file (which would have taken too long.)
Moved the library.xml file to my imac, "added to playlist", and it brought over all my old playlists. Cool, right?
Nope. Many of them are missing songs now. I wrote down how many songs wee in each playlist on the Mac Pro before cleaning it out, and the same new playlist on my imac has a wrong/smaller song count.
Now, I have to try and figure out which ones I'm missing? Ugh. Why didn't ALL of the the sings on each playlist transfer over? Any idea how to fix this? Running Yosemite 10.10.1.

You can't install Adobe applications by copying from a backup.
Start by cleaning out all the CS apps using Adobe Cleaner Tool:

Prevent Find and Replace from closing after clicking "Replace All"

With the latest release of Dreamweaver CC (2014.1.1), there's been a minor change to the way Find and Replace works. I use Find and Replace a lot to clean up and delete code, so I might do many searches in a row to get things tidy. With the new version however, the Find and Replace window always closes after clicking "Replace All", which is very cumbersome. I need to open it up again, and it doesn't remember the text I entered to use as a replacement.
Does anyone know if there's a way to prevent this window from closing after doing a Replace All? The previous version of Dreamweaver would keep it open and remember the text either until I changed it or I closed Find and Replace myself.
Any pointers that would get me a little closer to the previous version's functionality would be appreciated!

You need to do a find/change for each code individually, but it should be scriptable to take the .csv file and use it to load the find and change values. I'd try asking this over in the scripting forum: InDesign Scripting

C5100 all in one install option missing

I am running Windows 8, 32 bit.
So the printer has been buggy and I decided to uninstall and re-install it. As I was uninstalling it I was also downloading some files. After I reinstalled the c5100 all in one package from the website I ran the installation. However, it said I did not have enough memory to complete the installation. It suggested to delete some files and then eject and close the cd drive again. Well that option was not really there because this was an online download. I was not sure what to do, so I rebooted the computer. Apparently that was a mistake.
After I made plenty of room on the hard drive I tried re-running the installation. Now, however, when the installation window comes up it says "Select Install to begin installing your new HP device." But that option is not there. In fact the only option is to exit.
I have deleted all temp files related to the download of the driver package and re-downloaded it, but I get the same problem. I have also uninstalled all HP software on the computer, but still nothing. I don't really know what else I can do. Any help?

Well, this time when I extracted the second 7z file it automatically brought up the installation window and the Install option was there. I have no idea why it worked this time and not the others, but I did not have to access the Util folder or anything else. Thanks for your help!
EDIT: So it turns out that I spoke to soon about the install option working that time. While it was installing an error window said there was a missing file. So I finished your instructions and THIS time it seems to be installing correctly. Thanks again!

After reinstall not all apps are installed

Hi!
I've had the problem that my iPhone 3G freezed and the restart only shows the apple logo. So I started it in recovery mode, reinstalled iPhone, activated it and my computer and synced one time. All contacts, calenders and all settings were restored - wonderful!!!
But not all apps have been installed. But why? All apps are lying in the directory where the others are lying which were installed. After another sync nothing more happened. Then I double clicked an app-file directly and then it showed up in iTunes under Programs. After another sync some programs are installed on iPhone but not all.
So is this normal? How could I install all my apps?
Is it possible to download apps which I didn't synchronized before restore, because iTunes says there are no downloads available.

As far as I know you shouldn't have ANY TROUBLES with the NATIVE APPS...you know like Safari, Calendar, Photos...etc. However, the apps that you download from the app store, I believe, need to be re-installed manually. This is what I have to do with my original iPhone with 2.0 software anyway. I would think that it is the same with the 3G.

Printing borderless 4 x 6 photos from iPhoto on HP C7280 All-In-One?

I'm trying to help a friend with a printing problem and can use some help.
My friend uses a Macbook Pro running the latest version of OSX. He has a Hewlett Packard C7280 All-In-One as his printer.
My friend Joe likes to print 4 x 6 borderless photos from iPhoto but can't seem to make it work. Each time he tries to print a 4 x 6 borderless photo the photo comes out on 8.5 x 11 paper. The filled photo paper tray does not engage. He has "told" the printer that he wants 4 x 6 borderless on photo paper by making the appropriate selections.
This problem does not occur if he prints the pictures using HP Printing Solutions, the photo management application that came with the printer. When he uses the HP application he gets what he wants, 4 x 6 borderless prints.
I suspect that there is some setting currently unknown to us that needs to be adjusted in either OSX or iPhoto to enable us to print 4 x 6 borderless pictures in the same way we can with the HP photo management application.
Can anyone help?

I don't have any HP, I use Canon, but if I give you the steps I need to take from iPhoto 09 to print borderless 4 x 6, then you may be able to apply this to your friends printer.
In the iPhoto 09 print dialog, I need to select:
Printer: Canon MP980
Presets: Photo on Photo Paper
Paper Size: 4"x6" (borderless)
Print Size: Borderless
Now when you press Print, the print dialog will appear. Here I have to select Presets again and set to Photo on Photo Paper. I then change the iPhoto menu to the Canon quality menus to set additional information about the image quality. Now it is ready to print.

I don't know why you would want to do that. You import images into Lightroom so that you can perform nondestructive editing. If you remove the images from Lightroom when you are "finished" with them then you will lose all of the work that you have performed on those images.
The idea is to keep the master images in the catalog and export JPEG files when the image needs to be shared with others.

Problems with sending emails from my Blackberry BIS account - all on one line

I am using a BB Storm 9500 and have been trying to use the BIS email account.
However, whenever I reply or forward emails from my device, the email comes out all on one line regardless of the punctuation I put in.
My signature also appears on one line despite having formatted it differently.
I've seen some post on this problem before but I wondered whether anyone has resolved it now. It's a pain because when responding to work emails it looks completely unprofessional.

Printing from Classic to HP 5180 all in one

I just got a new HP 5180 all in one printer. It works great on my OS X apps. But nothing sees to make it visible to my Classics apps. Which no I cannot upgrade and yes I still need. It's not visible in the Chooser, when I try LaserWriter 8 I get a message about AppleTalk. What can I do?

The HP 5180 has no driver for pre OS X operating systems which is understandable given the antiquity of OS 9. The earliest it supports is 10.3 Panther.
Given that printing is a fairly pervasive computer activity, you could either migrate your printing needs to OS X, or hunt around for an antique printer that worked under OS 9.
