Missing track list when printing artwork

For a while now when I print the cover art from a burned cd the track list side is left blank most of the time. If I try to print just the track list it's all run together and unreadable since I downloaded the latest version of itunes. Would this be a printer issue or something to do with itunes ? Anyone else with this problem?

Good news! I received an iTunes update (11.0.1.12) from Apple today and the problem is fixed.

Missing bate numbers when printing

I am using Acrobat 10 Pro. When printing a large pdf (1000+ pages) I start getting random missing portions of bate numbers after printing correctly for the first few hundred pages. Windows 7 pc with 4 gig of memory. If I start reprinting at the point where the bate numbers started going missing it prints them correctly for awhile before they again start going missing. All the bate numbers are correct prior to printing? Is there a setting I need to change or something? Thanks.

Hmm, that's interesting. However, since in my case it only seems to be related to this one PDF, could it be that the PDF has an bad embedded copy of the font that my Mac is using to print with, but Windows isn't? I tried looking for any hints as to what fonts may have been used in the PDF and found references to "Arial" and "Times New Roman", both of which appear to be working fine if used in any of document. If you agree that this is probably just a bad embedded font, I will mark this as solved and move on. Thanks!

Order of to-do list when printed from iCal

I want to print my to-do list in 'title' order. I use "list" in the print dialog. The to-do list is printing in some sequence only iCal seems to know. My 'view' in iCal IS by 'title'. Any suggestions?

This has been a flaw in iCal for as long as I can remember. I've emailed a suggestion to fix this, but each new version of iCal continues this strangely dumb feature.

Font errors in some fonts (missing "o") only when printing. Snow Leopard.

In a couple of fonts I use most commonly, the letter "o" (lower case o), does not print. A space appears when the letter should be. It displays fine on the screen. In a QuickView of the font file, the letter is also missing. This just started after I upgraded to Snow Leopard.
1. What is causing this?
2. How can I fix it?
3. Is there a good application that will let me see in innards of the font in detail?
4. How could the display differ from the printed version?

These fonts were originally purchase a long time ago (about 15 years ago) from Adobe. They are Berkeley and InterState.
The problem occurs in all variations of the fonts.
I have 100s of fonts; so far only these two are affected, but I haven't been able to look at every other font.

What I don't understand is 1) why these fonts worked in Leopard but not Snow Leopard and 2) why these particular fonts.

How to remove "Records passed" list when printing ALV report

Hi all,
I have developed an ALV report, in which I have used reuse_alv_list_display functional module to print the output. After pressing print button, when I view the output in spool request transaction, an additional list with Number of records passed and "Calculated total records" is displayed. How to remove this additional list.
I am using Get_print_paramaters FM to print.

Missing company logo when printing form

Hi,
We have sap script for billing document, in which company logo has been added to it.
But at the time of printing the form the logo is getting missed by business user. However when I tried to print the form by using my user ID the logo is getting displayed.
Is it the problem with business local printer setting or with form itself?

The problem here is neither with the user nor with the form
but the logo doesnot exists for the user in the location u have to place.
so if u place the logo in their server the problem will be solved.

HT201272 lost part of downloaded album, done all stated to reinstall missing tracks, list says downloaded no option to re download

My ipod classic needed resetting to factory standard recently, since then I have found that an album bought some time ago has some tracks missing (it seems every other track on cd is missing), I have gone through the check list online and found the album, it says it was all downloaded and I have not the option to download it again, help please!

Missing EXIF data when PRINTING jpeg using Print or Slideshow Module (LR2)

Folks,
Is there a way to have LR2 include EXIF information when you create a JPG via the Print or Slideshow Module? The EXIF data is present if I export via the Library Module.
However, if I "print" a jpeg either under the Slideshow or Print Module, most of the EXIF data particularly the camera info is missing.

Thanks Bob. I believe I have tried that...when you print to jpeg you have option where to save and I save to same folder and then re-synchronize folder in lightroom. Then I try to synchronized metadata between the original file and the new jpeg but the camera and other exif does not transfer over. The title, caption and copyright does work but your basic info such as camera, ISO, lens, f stop and shutter speed are missing

Deleted icc profiles still showing up in profile list when printing.

I've deleted some old printer profiles, but they still show up in my profile list. Any suggestions? Also, is it possible to rename profiles so that they show up with the new names?

You have to change the internals of a profile to change it's name -- we don't show filenames.
And if the profile is still showing up, then ColorSync still thinks that file is installed somewhere. For printers, it may be installed in the printer driver directory, not just in the user visible profile directories.

Where are my sound module preset names in the track list?

I've been using Logic since version 2.5 and, since I have several MIDI sound modules whose sounds I'm perfectly happy with, I am now using those sound modules with Logic 8.
But having just upgraded to 8 from 7, I've discovered something I think is missing, which is a bit of an annoyance.
In all previous versions of Logic, if you set up a instrument in the Environment for a MIDI sound module and then added all the preset names when you set up the bank/program change commands, when you select a preset from the track list in the Arrange window, the name in the track list changed from the name of the instrument to the name of the preset.
For example, the name would change from 'Fantom XR' (the name I'd called the instrument in the Environment) to 'PNO SoTrue' (the name of the preset) in the track list when I selected that preset via Logic.
However, in Logic 8, when I select a preset, the name on the track list now stays as 'Fantom XR' (or whatever the name of the instrument is) and doesn't change to that of the preset.
Given that I use six MIDI modulss, keeping track of the sounds by having the trak list name change to that of the presets was really useful for keeping track of what was what.
Have I just missed something with how to do it, or is a permanent change? I really hope not.

No, it's still there, but the interface has changed.
Right-click on a track and select "Configure Track Header"
In the box that comes up, enable the checkbox under "Names" and next to it (the second flip menu), select "Software Instrument Setting Name".
Now the program names in your multi-instruments are displayed in the manner you have been accustomed to.
As ever, save this stuff in your autoload to always have you own configs available.
You have some options there in that the two flip menus determine the first and second displayed track name, so you can set up how you like - it's more flexible than earlier versions of Logic.

Missing Items List

In purchasing reports window for the open items list reports from the dropdown menu if you the select the "missing items " you get a report for the items which are in negative stock values.What does field consignment mean in this report?

In the Open Items List (Reports -> Sales and Purchasing -> Open items
List),items appear in 'Missing Items List' when the 'Available' stock is
negative. The available stock is displayed in the Item Master Data ->
Stock tab.
When the 'Available' figure (Inventory - Item Master Data - Stock Tab)
falls below zero the item is visible in the missing items.
The consignment field is visible in the Item Master Data - Stock tab.
If it is not visible go to Tools - Form Settings and select the
'Visible' check box for the field.) If this field has a value then it
will be visible when the item appears in the Open Items List.
The figure which appears in the 'Consignment' column is a calculation
field, based on the sum of all open deliveries(where the delivery
increases the negative 'Available' stock)/Released Production orders -
open returns.

List View shows all tracks of CD, grid view is missing tracks

I imported all my CDs into my iTunes library over the holidays. Over 40 GB of music. Now, I discover a flakey problem. On a CD, if I view via list view, the library shows 13 tracks. When switching to grid view and double-clicking on album, it shows tracks 1,2,4,6,9,12
When I use windows explorer, the iTunes folder only shows tracks 1,2,4,6,9,12. Yet I can play all 13 tracks on PC and iPod. Where are the 'missing' tracks being stored and why don't they show in both views? This is happening on quite a lot of the CDs that were imported, but others are fine.

This is most likely due to the content of the ID3 tags in the imported files. If a track features more than one artist, iTunes uses the first artist in the list to sort and organise the files. So one or more files imported from a CD might be stored in another artist's folder. iTunes plays the full album because it knows where all the tracks are (by virtue of the iTunes library database).
To get around this problem, edit the information for all the tracks on an album so the the "Artist" tag has the main artist first in the list.

Can anyone tell me why the track lists overlap once you've printed on the new iTunes update?

I've just updated to the new iTunes upddate, I found out how to print my album covers but why is the track list overlapping? This never happened in the old version, plus why have Apple taken the short cut away when you right click on your playlist. Very frustrating. Does anyone know if there is a fix to this?

I have found a way to get around the print problem, but for anyone else's benefit here is a tip. In the top left hand corner of the screen is a dropdown menu icon, click onto this and go to 'show menu bar'. This brings up the options which appeared on the old version of iTunes. If you want to print your playlist click on 'File' and then 'Print' and this will pull up the print options in the same format as the old iTunes version. The text on the print out shouldn't overlap anymore.
I hope this helps anyone else who has had this problem.
