MN21 and "Print item" parameters.
Hi,
what is the difference (trx MN21) between "print item" 1 and 6?
What does it mean:
1 = Material document printout ?
6 = Mat.doc. printout fot GR/GI ?
They sound similar.....
Best regards
Hi,
1 = Material document printout :Including Transfer Postings
6 = Mat.doc. printout fot GR/GI :Only GR or GI
Best regards

Develop a form and print program using VBAP, VBAK, MRKT.
I have 2 tables VBAK [fields: VBELN, ERDAT, ERNAM, AUDAT, VBTYP, VKORG] and VBAP [Fields: POSNR, MATNR, CHARG, WAERK] and In output(form) i need the following fields,
Output table:
-VBELN
-ERDAT
-VKORG
-POSNR
-MATNR
-MAKTX <- this field is from table MAKT. (I need the Material descriptions too for all the materials.)
Form Layout should have Header, Logo (SAP ENJOY), Main, Footer.
Problem is that i need footer only after the End of Complete data in Main Window, thats is footer should be placed only in last window. How should i do that ?
Logic which i thot to make the print program is : First declare an internal table itab1 with VBAP, VBAP using the above fields from two tables and fetch the product based on matnr.
declare one internal table itab2 and select the records from the table makt by checking the condition itab1 is not initial.
sample code.
IF ITAB1 IS NOT INITIAL.
SELECT FIELD LIST FROM MAKT INTO TABLE ITAB2 WHERE MATNR EQ ITAB1-MATNR.
ENDIF.
hope this shuld work. ?????Hi
see the sample script program and do accordingly

CONTROL_FORM function
The print program is used to print forms. The program retieves the necesary data from datbase tables, defines the order of in which text elements are printed, chooses a form for printing and selects an output device and print options.
Function modules in a printprogram:
When you print a form you must used the staments OPEN_FORM and CLOSE_FORM. To combine forms into a single spool request use START_FORM and END_FORM.
To print textelements in a form use WRITE_FORM. The order in which the textelements are printed, is determined by the order of the WRITE_FORM statements. Note: for printing lines in the body, you can also use the WRITE_FORM_LINES function module.
To transfer control command to a form use CONTROL_FORM.

Print report parameters and report contents in separate pages.
Hi ,
I Have a report with more than 10 parameters and while printing i am supposed to print all the parameters in the first page and then the report contents in a separate page(next). This is an old report developed by some one else. i need to change this as per the user request. How can i do this. Any one can help me.
Thank you.Hi,
You can print all parameters by using the syntax ¶m_name. For example, suppose your parameter names are P_1, P_2, P_3, and so on. You can print them in your report by following these steps:
1. In the paper layout view of Report Builder, create a simple text object
2. Write the following text inside the text object:
&P_1
Follow steps 1 and 2 for all parameters, eg, &P_2, &P_3, and so on.
To give a page break, enclose all of these text objects inside a frame, and in the property inspector of the frame, set Page Break After > Yes.
See Reports Builder Help for more info.

I have my PC at the window "Make text and others items window larger or smaller" set at the 150%.
How great was my surprise when I found that this setting of my PC broke my RDLC report print deployment.
Do you now about this mistakes?
Is that behavior of "Windows 8" right?
Or is that behavior of "vs 2013" right?Hello,
Since this issue is mainly related to visual studio report, I am moving this thread to
Other Forums > Visual Studio Report Controls
forum to get help.
And IMO I would agree with you that it should be the right behavior, since it could affect the other printing tasks.

Carl

Testing Export and print of additional web items
Hi,
Please do let me know how to carry on testing for Export and print of additional web items.
Thanks & Regards,
Lavanya.Following are some of the things you should test -
Export -
1. Exporting to File: For different file types check the way data is getting extracted as compared to report results in URL. Here you need to check - a. if the correct values are getting exported (w/o any conversion of data types, or any format changes). b. Layout of the exported data (ex. row data is appearing in rows, etc.),
2. Check files for any missing data.
3. Check if exporting the data, with selected drill levels, filters, etc. is working fine (or is exporting everything irrespective of the data from current report reults).
Print -
Print your report using the default printer on your machine & check the following -
1. Reports is getting printed as expected in terms of data & layout.
2. The rows or columns are well within the page defined in your printer settings (ie nothing is running out of page).
3. When printing, change in orientation works for both the options without any loss of data.
All web items will not be printed, so you need to make a note of this. -
Daily & Monthly Backlog Reports and Printing program
<b>Labeling program for Deliveries</b>: This program picks all deliveries created/updated on the current day, validates them by checking whether they have the required labeling information. If the program finds that the labeling information is missing, it populates WMS structures (header & detail) for further.
<b>Daily & Monthly Backlog Reports and Printing program</b>: This program calls 2 separate reports (Daily & Qtrly. Backlog Reports), based on user selection, and directly prints the reports as well as converts them to PDF format and emails them as attachments to the MD.
Please provide me the solution. For First program :
Use table LIKP (SD Document: Delivery Header Data) & LIPS(item Data) for fetch inf all the data for selected date use field ERZET(Entry time) & ERDAT(Date creation of record) for created deliveries & refer TABLES - CDPOS and CDHDR for modified deliveries
For Second object:
Call multiple programs by using SUBMIT <program> with selection screen params.
Print as per requirement by passing print parameters to Structure PRI_PARAMS &
call function 'GET_PRINT_PARAMETERS'
exporting destination = liprintr
mode = 'CURRENT'
no_dialog = 'X'
importing out_parameters = pri_params.
*To Convert ABAP List and SAP Script to PDF files use program - "RSTXPDFT4"
ALSO REFER this nice weblog >

Unable to display the Kit Items and component Items in XML Publisher
we have created an Order with Kit Items, when we Pick Release the Order it is not printing Kit Items as it is Oracle standard functionality. We customized the Pick Slip RDF to display Kit Items.
when we run the XML Publisher version of Pick Slip report, it is displaying component Items on one page and Kit Items on another page without header information.
How can we display Kit Items and Component Items on single page instead of 2 pages?
Please give us suggestions to implement this in XML Publisher.
Thanks&Regards,
Suresh.Suresh
I dont know anything about the Pick Slip template so am unable to help without more information.
If there are enough kit items to fill more than one page then w/o reducing the font size you'll have to put up with the items spilling to a second page

I recently have been having problems with my Firefox 4 tool bars. Right now, the Edit icons are no longer on the tool bar, specifically Cut, Copy, Paste, and Print. If there were other Edit icons, they too are gone. All the other icons have remained.
I would appreciate it if you could advise me how to reinstall those specific icons.
Also recently, ALL my tool bars, and task and status bar disappeared. This was only in Firefox 4.0; IE 8 was not affected. Clicking F11 did not work. I could not function without them. Then, a short time later, they "automatically" reappeared. I have not idea of why the disappeared or reappeared.
Thank you for any help you can provide.
Sanford A. BermanYou can find the Copy, Paste, and Cut buttons next to Firefox > Edit (and in its sub menu) and in the regular Edit menu on the menu bar (press F10 if the menu bar is hidden).
The buttons next to Firefox > Edit are enabled if there is something to do with them, just like with the toolbar buttons.
You can find the Copy, Paste, and Cut toolbar buttons in the toolbar palette in the Customize window and drag them on a toolbar.
Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"

Open and print multiple files from the Finder all at once.
I'm trying to research how to do this. In OS9 you used to be able to hi-lite multiple files (Word files for example) and just hit Command+P. This would automatically open all of the files AND print them.
I can't seem to do this in my OS X. Or can I? I can hi-lite and go to File/Print, but the computer is only opening but not printing.
Any suggestions??
iMac Mac OS X (10.4.8)I don't know how to both "open and print" multiple files in one step. The ⌘O combination of course will open multiple items. The items remain selected so switching back to the "Finder" and dragging multiple icons onto the icon for "/Applications" > "Utilities" > "Printer Setup Utility.app" seems to cause them all to be printed to the default printer.
Alternatively, a user's "~/Library/Printers" folder contains printer icons -- I'm not sure what they are exactly, but they represent the printers set up for that account. They function pretty much like the pre-OS X "Desktop Printer" icons so dragging and dropping multiple files onto them should cause them to be printed. It may even be possible to create aliases to them on the "Desktop" to recreate "Desktop Printer" functionality. But again, this won't open the files into their applications. -
I no longer have the option to share and print in Numbers. It used to be there as I have printed from it in the past but it has disappeared! I also use Pages and the option is still there with that app. Does anyone have solution to this?
I really don't understand.
