Modify Order Details
It is my understanding that the shipping address info is sent to paypal when using paypal standard as a payment gateway instead of sending the actual billing address. Is there any way to modify the order details layout under the customer order module to work around this issue. I would just like to swap the labels only not the populated information by moving the shipping address label to where the billing address label and vice versa. I have already updated my order form so now if I could somehow update the order details then I wouldn't have to remember that I need to switch the shipping and billing information.
Thanks Mario for the response but I have already made those changes. What I would like to change is under the customers tab. When you click on orders and then click on view to see the details of the orders. I want to know how to change the labels on this form/or view. I want the shipping address label changed to billing and the billing address label changed to shipping to match what I have already changed on the registration (buy) form.

EAM Maintenance Work Order Detail Report
Hello All,
I have a requirement to add new fields to the Maintenance Work Order Detail Report which is run from the web page. This report's RTF template works based on the fields which are defined in the seeded data definition. This seeded data defintion has an seeded XSD file with the fields in it. By the RTF template I got the standarad concurrent program name as Maintenance Work Order Detail Report.
I assumed the following process to happen when the Run button on the EAM work order page is clicked.
1. Concurrent program Maintenance Work Order Detail Report is submitted
Executable: PL/SQL Package EAM_WOREP_PUB.Work_Order_CP
Seeded Data Definition: Work Order Details -- This DD has a seeded XSD file EAMWOREPORT.xsd
2. So the RTF template based on the pl/sql package and the XSD file generates the report and displays.
Please correct if my assumptions are wrong.
I want to add new fields to this report. So I have customized the pl/sql package, modified the code with new fields and created a custom data defintion with a new XSD file with the new fields added in it. Also created a new template linked to new data defintion. After doing all this I am not able to see the new fields on the report generated they come as NULL.
My question is Is it feasible to add new fields to this Maintenance Work Order Detail Report or we can use only the fields which the seeded one gives?
Version: R12.1.2
I tried and tried but couldn't find a solution to it. If anyone has faced the same issue please let me know.

Follow the procedure..
In BS42, You copy one existing Profile with some "Zxxx" and Copy all.
in the Selection Conditions define as below:
PCNF
or PDLV
TECO Not (Check box active)
and DLV Not (Check box active)
and CLSD Not (Check box active)
or you can have diffrent statuses as per your requirement.
Then it is done..
Use this Profile in COOIS in "Selection Profile Status".

Change Maintenance Work Order Detail Report in Print WO page

I would like to ask you for your help. We would like to have different report in Print WO function than Maintenance Work Order Detail Report. I mean SSM responsibility > Search for WOs > click Print WO icon. We applied patch #9871500 (I found it there: Templates associated to datadefinitions other than 'EAMWRREP' are not shown in the Work Order Detail report in EAM [ID 1209703.1]). I did personalizations steps - I defined new data definition (for example TEST) and report with data definition TEST is shown in the option on Print WO page now... But how should I it define to have correct result? What should be defined in Executable, Concurrent Program, Data Definition and Data Template? I have RDF and RTF files for this report. We are using different SQL than it is used in the original report. How could be used our SQL defined in RDF?

1) You can choose to select and Print shop paper when you need.No enhancement is required.
2) There is not an option in standard to say Print/Not print Long text . You will have to replace the standard form with a custom form and build the logic to print /Not Print long text based on your rules.

Function module for display production order details
Hi All,
I want to display production order details including operation,sub-operations and components using standard FM.I checked 4 FMs, but some are not displaying my require details. I found PM_ORDER_DATA_READ function module, it is displaying all details.But you can execute the function module 2 times for different orders it is giving ABAP dump 'itab_error'. Please get back to me if any one faced this problem or know solution.I am also checked BAPI_ALM_ORDER_GETDETAIL FM.
My require fields are
AUFNR, WERKS, PLNAL, PLNFL, VORNR,UVORN, ARBPL, KTSCH,
LTXA1,OFFSTB,VGW01 etc.
I am using SAP 4.7 release. Please send me either standard FM or BAPI to display all details of production order.

My actual problem description as the following
I have a form for production order screen , and this form contain header and details blocks , so the user in the details will select Type Code , and he will go the next field that is Item Code Field search for specific Item Code if it is not exist he has to call the Item Definition Form by using this script

Then when he finished defining the Item , and I assign the item code as the following in the :

inside the caller form in which trigger do I have to use when it return from the caller form it should assign the :GLOBAL.ITEM_CODE_VAR to the :ITEM_CODE and the cursor it should show inside the ITEM_CODE , and as I mention it does not return to the same location of The ITEM_CODE when it return from the calling form

" . I am not able to get in which record the problem is and the message is not clear for records. How to check it.

Try to see the Errorred Records At PSA itself. The Object ZORD_DESC can be cheched for values.
Data Target Request can be Deleted by making it Red. Edit at PSA

I need to <b>change a Sales Order</b> in such a way that I would <b>delete all the existing Line Items</b> of that SO And <b>then reinsert new Line Items</b> as generally is the practice of saving a document.(Update Header-Delete Old Item Entries-Reinsert New Present Entries).
I coded a small test program in ABAP using the <b>BAPI_SALESORDER_GETLIST And BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE</b>.
In order to affect the Qty I have to update the Schedule Parameter also of the BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE Function.But this causes a new entry in VBEP.
eg:

Schedule Details,Basic Price data And Reinsert data in the same.
I am giving u the algo that I have used.
1.<b>Get the SalesOrder Details</b> for a particular Sales Order using BAPI_SALESORDER_GETLIST(para:customer & sales Org and then deleting unwanted SO data).
2.<b>Delete</b> the Sales Order <b>Item Details,Schedule Details</b> using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE.
3.<b>Commit</b> Transaction(<b>If I dont use this commit Error comes in Step No.7 while Commiting</b>)
using BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
4.Check <b>Return Table</b> of both BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE and BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
5.if Step No.4 is <b>Not okay</b> <b>then Rollback</b>(BAPI_TRANSACTION_TRANSACTIN) <b>and Exit</b> <b>else move to step 6</b>.
6.<b>Add New</b> Sales Order <b>Item Details,Schedule Details, Basic Price</b> using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE.
7.<b>Commit Transaction</b> using BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
8.<b>Check Return</b> Log of both BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE and BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
9.if Step No.9 is okay then Exit else Rollback(BAPI_TRANSACTION_TRANSACTIN) and move to step 10.
10.Add Old Sales Order Item Details,Schedule Details, Basic Price from Data available in Internal
table(Filled in step.1 ) using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE.
11.Commit Transaction using BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
This <b>works fine in 1 server in which I get the message of Incomplete Data,etc...when I make a Sales Order from va01</b>.
But in another server where I dont this message,I get <b>error in step 7 or 11 as per the flow</b>.
The return structure of BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT contains error with Message 'Updating was not possible'. Also the message 'Updation was terminated' cms frm the SAP server.
What could be the reason?

Custom field in limit order Details screen
hi all,
i am trying to add cuf.field called purch. Group which is not present in limit orders details -> Basic data tab. one of the structure has the value of purchasing group so i didn't include any custom field in shopping cart items structure "CI_BBP_ITEM_SC". just i want to map this value to the custom screen field for display only .when i see in the SAP GUI it is visible but not in the ITS Screen. do i need to change the internet service file if so Pls help me..

You can use the 'Append structure' concept to add custom screen field and use one of the BAPIs to assign values to it. The value could come from the shopping cart item structure.
You dont need to change the ITS for it.

ATP Error-production order details is not appearing in ATP check

As per the details which I updated, production order details are not appearing in Sales order ATP check.
Pls help me to solve it ,the settings needed to do in the system.

i checked the configuration, it is same as you said, but still the production order window is not showing in the ATP check.
