Sorry I was looking at the wrong board (G41M-P33 Combo)
Both boards support up to 4GB according to support site, and share the same PCB by the look of it, the only difference seems to be the HDMI and DVI-D ports.
It looks like the P33 has a sticker over the board model but this may be just edited in the photo.

Ah I see, my P33 board is missing the sticker that was over the original printing of the board,
the specs of the P33 does say 8GB max and the E43 says 4GB max, hmm.. the P33 has an upgrade yet downgrade with less output options
Thank you for all your help!! the missing sticker was the confusion :-)

• Could I have some help with making these two files merge?

Copyright - Trademarking - Prohibiting further use of these files (Unless you are helping me) - Etc..
Hello, I'm back with another problem and if you read the last post you would have realized that I shortened the code. My goal is to replace my spacer and header with a single header that I based my design around. I just can not get this too work with the rest of the document I have had too many attempts. I will post my header files in 'RED' to begin with and the files I need to combine in 'BLUE'
Preview of Header:
Link to the Header HTML Coding:

Example of one of the Html pages that I need to merge:

Thanks for the help in advance.

You're not getting any help because your HTML & CSS code is pretty messy. It's like asking an interior designer to make over a very untidy bedroom. It's not going to happen until you clean things up.
I would start with just the basic HTML code like this. Avoid those redundant style10, style19, style108 tags. You really don't need them. HTML selectors provide you with all the hooks you need for most things. Also, you should run a spell check. I saw errors but I didn't fix them.

• Help with hours between two dates

Hi I need help with the below query
select count(*),a.col1,max(a.dt),min(a.dt)
from tab1 a
where a.dt > to_date('01-JUL-08','dd-mon-yyyy')
group by col1
having count(*) >=2
and (max(a.dt) - min(a.dt))* 24*60*60 > 360;
I am trying to pull the records with more than 2 entries, and having more than 6 hrs difference between max date and min date. When I am trying to execute this I am getting an error at "(max(a.dt) - min(a.dt))* 24*60*60 > 360".
any ideas how can I pull the records more than 6 hrs?
Thanks in advance!

• Combining APEX help with a frame-like TOC html help system (I used DITA)

Problem:
The APEX page-oriented help system is bad at helping users find how to do something. I prefer to use a task-oriented help system for that, with a table of contents that users can browse around in. I like the DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) system's topic based help with its ideas of tasks, concepts and references. But, I also like the context-based feel of a page-based help system and the way that the APEX help system automatically aggregates all of the item-based help on a page for you.
My Solution:
I'm no html genius, so this may be totally wrong, but what I did was to create a task oriented html user guide that also included a page based help TOC entry for each page. I then used iframes in the APEX help page to allow me to have a TOC always showing with links that controlled a content "pane," but still also display the automatically-generated item help for the page help is called from.
* Downloaded the DITA open toolkit (http://sourceforge.net/projects/dita-ot ), full package distribution and installed using the user guide (http://dita-ot.sourceforge.net/doc/ot-userguide131/xhtml/ )
* Downloaded and installed XMLmind XML editor free personal edition version ([http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/download.shtml]). I'm not endorsing this thing, but it's free and it works great out of the box for editing DITA files.
* Created an html user guide by modifying the garage sample that's included with the DITA open toolkit and publishing to xhtml (I also published to pdf2, by the way, to provide a printable user guide for my users to download...one of the nice things about DITA). I set up my files so that they would all be in a topics subfolder, rather than the standard task, concept, and reference folders of the example. I did this so that I wouldn't have to worry about linking to a different folder from APEX (more on that later). I made a concept topic for each page of my application with the filename "Concept_About_page_X.dita," where X is the APEX page number.
* I run APEX using Oracle Application Server 10g, so I uploaded the files to a subdirectory of their own in the i/ folder on the OAS server. In my case this was APPSERVER_HOME/apache/apache/images/doc/MyAppHelp/
* The DITA toolkit generates html pages that look for a CSS called commonltr.css, located at the same level as the index.html file. I copied my APEX theme's CSS file to that same place and renamed it commonltr.css (in my case that was APPSERVER_HOME/apache/apache/images/themes/theme_13/theme_V3.css). Now, the proper thing to do would be to configure DITA to point at the real location of the theme's CSS, I guess. But I didn't want to figure out how to do that at this point.
* Now, in APEX, I deleted all of the page-level help text from my pages, since I had now duplicated this information into the DITA page concept topics. Instead, on each page I put
* On the help page (the page that you create when you're first setting up Help in APEX, mine is page 50), I added the following iframe tags in the header text of the page: \\ <iframe src="../../i/doc/gradevalhelp/index.html" width="40%" height="50%" align="left"></iframe><iframe name="contentwin" src="../../i/doc/gradevalhelp/topics/Concept_About_page_&REQUEST..html" width="60%" height="50%" align="right"></iframe><br> \\ Note the <br> at the end. I had to put that in to prevent the item level help from printing over my content iframe. Again, someone who knows something about html could probably tell you the right way to do that. The DITA toolkit generates a base tag (<base target="contentwin"/>) in the head section of the index.html file, to make the target of the TOC links be the content frame. Notice how I use it to map the links in the first iframe to the second iframe on the APEX help page, by naming the second frame "contentwin". Notice how the &REQUEST. Substitution string is used to present the proper DITA html file. I also tried setting it up to use a calculated hidden item that looks up the page alias for the requesting page; this had the advantage of allowing me to name my DITA files using page alias instead of page number, but it was too slow.

Look at all the apdiv's you have. Those are absolutely positioned layers. I'm assuming by your post that you are very new to Dreamweaver and HTML and CSS. I would highly recommend not using absolutely positioned layers until you have a better grasp on HTML and CSS.
Looking at your code I would suggest that you consider using one of Dreamweaver's built in, or downloadable templates as a starting point and work from there.

• Help with ram slots on MSI P7N SLI PLATINUM

rig config:
MSI P7N SLI PLATINUM (MS-7380)
bios version: 1.3v
Q6600 quard core 2.66GHz
Zotac modded 9800GTX+ amped version
2x2 Gb DDR2 800MHz Kingston
500 watt (absolute) power supply (taken form an old HP workstation)
windows 7 X64
Everything's on stock setting
Its been almost 1 & 1/2 years since i bought this rig, and from first month itself i have been having problem with the ram. The problem is not with the sticks, its with the ram slots. There are different things that happen. Sometimes when i boot my system:
1) either, it wont start, i.e. no boot screen.
2) It will load upto windows startup screen, crash and restart in an infinite loop.
3) It will load windows, then crash after sometime.
4) If i run any memory diagnostic, it will give errors.
At these times, i take out my 2 ram sticks, tinker with them, place them in different combination of ram slots, try push them in, in a certain way, keep trying until it yields and it boots up again ( generally a process of 1/2 an hr to an hr). After this my system will work fine ( no errors on any memory diagnostic) and boot properly for a week or 2, maybe even a month, but then again the same problem happens. I know for sure that there is no problem with my dimms (have checked them in other system and they work fine), its something to do with ram slots, or memory bus-controller structure.
Recently the problem happened again, though my tinkering didn't help. My system only boots up if i place any of the ram sticks in the 3rd slot (the 1st orange one). It wont work for any other slot and neither will it work if i place both of the sticks together. I have tried resetting my bios as well cmos settings, but it has not helped. My mb is still in warranty, but if i give it for repair, it will be gone for a good month or so, which doesn't go well with me. If someone has any suggestions, or a way out, it will be highly appreciated. Please help!

yes the psu has a single +12v rail with 21A rating, but somehow i don't feel the problem is because of it. When my system successfully boots, it works properly. I can play or work on high performance softwares for any number of hours without fail, which ought not to happen if the psu is bad.
Hmm, you are ignoring the possibility that your PSU is "flaky" (that's a technical term)!!!! You've never had any gizmo where "sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work"?
If you don't want to buy a new PSU then at least beg-borrow-steal another one and see if your symptoms change.

My I phone 4 fall from my hand and screen broke. Can I replace my I phone 4 from Apple Store ? How much it will cost in Dubai ? Please help me with the information.

I'm assuming you can..now I don't know the prices for your area, you'll have to check around, I just did a quick web search and I'm pulling all sorts of prices up, I'd look into a repair facility near you and see what they can do for you :-) shouldn't be too expensive though! Good luck!

• Help with OCing Neo2-LS (MSI-6728)

Have 512mb OCZ PC3500 running in dual channel, P4 2.4c and MSI Neo2-LS.
System runs sable at 2-2-3-5 z 2.7v with the default 200Mhz fsb.
Once i start cranking up the fsb is starts getting qwarky. When is set the timings to 'auto' i could reach 2.96Ghz and system seemed to be stable.
Someone suggested trying to run ram at 2.5-2-3-5 and see if that helps. Anyone have any input? Thanks, ?

I have no input for you, but I would suggest you start thinking for another nick before you get drained to the blocked list. PM me you new nick within the next 48 hours.

• I need help with my memberships (two)

I have two CC memeberships. I don't know how I got two. But it is ok if I can convert them to the special offer for a team (40% off). I spent so much time finding how to get help that I forgot the name of that type of account. Will someone plase inform me how to manage that transaction. I'll sign up for two years. Or if someone can make it ahppen and then inform me when it's done, I'd appreciate it.

OK I got through the registration for two. It wants me to sign up for $139.98/mo. That Isn’t 40% off. I’d push the confirm button but not for $ 139.98/mo. Next, It is almost impossible to find SUPPORT. I sign in to CC and there is nowhere on any page that I got to where it indicates support. Is there any way to speak to a human? I’m 80. Don’t buy green bananas. This sucks. I want to sign up for two years and there was no place in the sign up page that allows it! Please give clear instructions/URL’s whatever that will guide me, step by step, all the way through to where I have to go. Some week that I have clear I’ll try to find my way through the maze.

• I need help with information on Mac Book Air

I'm planning to buy the mac book air. I just have a few question i was wondering if people could help me out. Right now i have a sony vaio laptop i hate it to death, but thats beside the point. My question is can the mac book air use a window's mobile cellphone as a air card, because with the sony all i had to do is dl some special files and i could use the cellphone as a air card. I was wondering if this laptop can do the exact same thing???

You will need to provide information on your cell phone and service provider, but the best source would be your service provider since it would depend on what was required to access their service using a cell phone as a modem. Without more information I would guess you can because if you could on your Sony you should be able to use it on any computer provided you had the appropriate cable (usually a USB cable that connects to the phone.)

• Help with installing my new logic board

I posted a topic earlier about my 1.07 14" G4 with the failing ATA controller. I purchased a 14" 1.33 Ghz board complete with frame, fan, and Combo Drive for a good price. Now that I have the new board with frame and DVD drive, what else do I need to make the swap? I have a 1.33 top trackpad assembly on the way, but is there anything else I need? Such as do I need to replace any of the display cables?
thanks

Allen,
It's unlikely that anyone would have exact information about this. I have a 1.33 12" taken apart but no 1.07. However looking at the exploded views the LVDS cable is:
"LVDS Cable
922-6368
922-6432 (SS)"
For both the 1.33 and the 1.07 14"ers
That's even tho' the LCD panels are different designations.
Email me for more info.

• Help with registering (aligning) two partially overlapping images

I have been digging into the JAI / Java2D algorithms, and I am looking for an algorithm for analyzing two partially overlapping images and returning the coordinates at which to render the second image relative to the first image. The desired end result is to be able to create a mosaic from a series of overlapping tiles. Is there a simple function, transform or library that I've overlooked?
Thanks.

EWirch wrote:
Thanks - it is an interesting problem, but it needn't really be intelligent. One could think of it like stitching a panorama from a series of individual images. I know the relationship between image A and image B (A is to the left of B). There is about 50 pixels of overlap (approximately the 50 right pixels in image A are on the left of image B). I just need a way to find the exact positioning / overlap of image B relative to image A, and thought that brute force is not the proper approach, given that this may be a problem others have seen or conquered. If it were only that simple, and your example is exactly the one I was thinking of. The problem that comes to my mind is one of perspective. You have to take into consideration a spherical projection of the images that are being matched, not to mention the dynamic elements of the scenes. There has to be some sort of heuristic that allows you to find a match that is good enough, that is within some level of tolerance, and this won't be easy to do. But again, I am no graphics expert. I hope someone smarter than I comes along with a decent solution.
