MRP Lists from previous dates

I have a question. Here in this factory we are running MD07 to check the exception messages, we typically see a lot of u201CPostpone processu201D messages because the planned order is firmed inside Planning Time Fence but thereu2019s no requirement.
We want to find out what are those requirements that used to be there and now they are not.
So Iu2019d like to know, is there a transaction where I can see MRP Lists (from MD05) from previous dates?
If there is, then I can see at a material numberu2019s MRP list from today, compare it with the one from yesterday, and so on.

No. SAP only stores the most recent MRP list.
Some companies print the MRP lists to a spoolfile immediately upon the conclusion of the MRP run. MDLD. The spoolfiles can be configured to be retained for any period you wish, talk to your Basis team.
To review the contents of a spoolfile, SP01. It is not a database per se, but an image of the printed report. For your purpose, it would probably suffice.
Beyond this solution, you will have to create some customized functionality.

Crash reporter has huge list from previous owner

Problem is - I can't find the logs from when it's been frequently crashing in the last few days.
There are 2 lists saying 'crash reporter', one listing over a hundred events, mostly generated within 24 hours a minute intervals a week ago.
So I could post those, but they may relate to something no longer installed, as that was before I bought it.
Can't see anything dated more recently than a few days ago.
Posssible it's recording these more recent crashes elsewhere? Or just giving up!
Had this 2006 iMac a week now, started out fine, gradually worsening. However, although repeatedly crashed on me last night, my son played minecraft no problem for an hour this morning.
Yes, I'm onto previous owner, who had installed Lion, I think to run Office 2011, he's surprised and suggested cleaning the back out, dust=heat etc.
Also obvious approach to re-install snow leopard and forget office, but that seems a shame

Boot from a retail Snow Leopard disc, if you have one, launch Disk Utility, and partition the internal drive with the default options (GUID partition table, one data partition.) That action will erase all data on the drive. Quit Disk Utility and install OS X. When you reboot, you'll be prompted to import your data from a backup or from another Mac. After doing that, if applicable, run Software Update until all available updates are installed. If you want to run Lion, you'll have to call Apple phone sales for instructions on how to buy it (the copy you have is unlicensed.) On such old hardware, you'd probably be better off staying with SL.

Updating applet without backup from previous data applet

Dear all,
I want to update my applet by the terminal. I should do these following steps:
1) getting a backup from current applet data.
2) deleting old applet and installing new one.
5) setting all of the backup data in the new applet.
Is there any way to update applet without getting data backup from it?

Yes, you can separate your data into a different applet that exposes a SOI to access the data. You then have your business logic in a main applet that can be deleted and reloaded independently of the data applet. You need to be able to get a reference to this applet when you reload your main applet but when you do you have access to all of the existing data. You cannot delete and reload the data applet though as that will remove the data as well.
Other than that the answer is no.

Since I posted I found something out about my situation and I'm posting it in case it may help you or someone else.
On my iphone I decided to turn off my wireless and go strictly carrier network and for some odd reason my d/l's worked. That made me think about anything recent I might have changed and there was one thing that I changed, although I don't see how that could affect anything except speed. I had recently switched my router over to full 5GHz security and speed. You know, instead of the router splitting up signal 5GHz AND 2.4GHz wireless security, I disabled the 2.4GHz and left only the 5GHz. As I mentioned above, I totally got off of the wireless router feed and onto network connection to test my network out and the d/l's worked. So to me, that points to my network, but I could be wrong since there are others having troubles as well.
Does anyone else see a problem with switching over like that? Also, just since logging on here and posting this I'm getting other errors while posting this, from the Apple website in my browser, a rectangular box keeps coming up saying "Bad Gateway". No other sites are doing this so now I'm thinking Apple is having trouble. Anyone care to comment?

Auto-generate table or list from other data

I'm trying to figure out how to get Numbers (if it can) to generate and display a list. I'm not sure how to explain it well, so let me just give you an example.
I have a table that looks like this:
A 0
B 1
C 0
D 0
E 1
F 1
Where A through F are strings, and the 0 and 1s are determined by a formula based on other data in the spreadsheet. The point of the second column is to indicate if the corresponding item in the first column is "available" and can be chosen by the user, 1 meaning yes, 0 meaning no. So, for the example, all the requirements for "E" are met, and it can be chosen by the user; not so for "A." There are about 200 rows of data, so I'd rather have a formula or function than do it all manually.
I would like all the items (and only those items) in the first column that are available (as indicated by the second column) to be displayed in a table on a different sheet that the user is expected to interface with.
Hence, ideally that table would look like this:

The goal is to then allow the user to select some or all of those available options (using check boxes in the next column). For what its worth, there's actually already a column before the string column that is a simple enumeration of rows; it's occurred to me that multiplying the "available" column by the enumeration will give a unique number for each available option and the same number, 0, for each unavailable option.

You have to remember that checkboxes are just a pretty way of stating TRUE or FALSE. There is no mechanism other than to click on them to change them. They are not controlled by formula.
Knowing nothing about how you are using the checkbox in you tables, the following is offered as a possible workaround. In this scenario you may change the checkbox setting in table 1 and the change will be reflected in Table 2. But the down side is that the reverse will not work and that a check "mark",not a check "box", appears in Table 2. Column B of Table 2 contains the formula:
=IF(ISBLANK(A2),"",IF(LOOKUP(ROW()-1,Table 1 :: C,Table 1 :: D),"√",""))
If this works for you, Great! If not, others may come up with a different workaround. The checkbox can be useful in cases where formulas in other cells refer to it ... but, it cannot refer to other cells.

For explanation:
DateId is the Date, when an Error was raised, Severity is the Severity of the Error in general. DeviceId is the identifying Key for the Printer-Device. ErrorId identifies the Error and PageCount is the Total Page COunter at the moment when the Error raised.
My Problem is, that this counter shows the actual value. I want to extract the amount of pages, prinded between the two dates.
Any Ideas, how I can do this?
I tried to use DAX Formula with EARLIER() and PREVIOUSDAY(), but this didn't work.

Why I am doing this is that I want to calculate an Printerindex. This is the Amount of Errors related to the volume of pages, printed.

You see, that if I can't SUM already summarized printed volume. Another way could be to aggregate the volume as MAX() but this is not working, either.

Are Files stored on Creative Cloud backed up and can I restore from previous date?

Hello,
One of my laptops was compromised this week due to an email virus. Since then whenever I try to access files I have stored in my Creative Cloud folder while using a different machine none of the files will open. Does Adobe use any kind of backup or archiving which could restore from?

Did you happen to have the file sync turned on? If they are stored in the cloud then you will be able to retrieve them. Just log in with your Adobe ID to https://creative.adobe.com/archive#
http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/desktop-sync-getting-started.html. How are you accessing the files from a different computer? Are you just using a network cable to access them?

Your checkbox must update a property of the dataProvider when
checked. You can then loop through the XMLList, checking that
property. when you find it use the "delete" operator on the found
node.

I have plugged my iphone into my mac computer to restore the phone and it restored then went to the start menu as a new phone does then asked if i wanted to resync from uploaded data from a previous save, then i pressed resync. and now it doesnt work.

I have had this problem before but apple didnt know how to fix the problem so they replaced the phone.
I plugged my Iphone into the computer and went into Itunes and restored the phone because it wasnt working properly. it saved my data and then when it turned itself back on after the restore it was at the main menu when u get a new phone and have to set it up, so i went along and did the normal selections as i did when setting up the phone and when it got to where you choose to set up as a new iphone or restore from previous date with data i chose the restore option, it then said i had no service and the sim card was not compatable for the phone, i turned the phone off and it still says the same thing, im not sure what to do and im very annoyed with how it has happened a second time and ive only had the new phone for about three to four weeks now if that.
what do i do?

I went back to iOS 7 and my backup file is restoring but when its done nothing is on my phone still and only takes 11-15 minutes to restore the backup instead of taking 25+ minutes like usual so I guess the backup is corrupted. How can I fix this?

MRP List issue(MD05)

Hello,
I am having issues when I run MD05 MRP list for a material. It gives me the below error.
"No MRP list exists"
This is a material just extended to a new plant with no stock. Is this issue because there is no stock for it and/or because its a newly extended material?
Same material in a different plant does give me the MRP list view when I run MD05.

Thanks for the Response. I want to confirm one thing.
"MD05 is for displaying MRP Result.Once you run MRP for that material then only you will find the result in it unless you will find that " NO MRP list exists" message."
The above statement you made (no MRP list exists) is true only in the case of a newly created/extended material for which MRP was never run.
For material which already exists it would still show data in the MRP list from the last MRP run. Isnt it?

Testing MRP scope of planning and MRP lists

Hi,
I am configuring the scope of planning and want to know how can I test if the planning is happening in the sequence as specified in the scope of planning. I would have around 20 plants in the scope. I thought of going after the time stamp on the receipts created by the system. Is there any table like MDKP which can show me the sequence of planning ?
Also what is the use oif the tcode MD08.... delete MRP lists ? what is the use of deleting these lists besides keeping the system clean

Reorganization of the MRP Lists - MD08
A report is available for reorganizing the MRP lists which you can find in the menu for MRP under the menu option, Environment. If you enter the selection criteria, plant, material, and MRP date, the system deletes all the MRP lists from the database that are no longer required.This report can also be started in a test session and you can instruct the system to print out a list of all the deleted MRP lists.

If the MRP list is no longer required, you can delete it manually. In order to do this, choose MRP list ® Delete document. The MRP list will be deleted.If you do not delete the MRP list manually, it is stored in the system until a new MRP list is created by a further planning run.

Warranty maintenace for previous date.

Scenario: We have asset materials like PC'S, we need to mainatain warranties for these materials from previous date(eg:01/01/2006).
Warranty check has to be carried out for these asset material with serial numbers
We have maintained material with serial numbers ( material type-aset),& Equipment master data are getting generated automatically by system for each serial number.
We have maintained counter(charecterstics-CT04) with measurement point,posn for these euipment master.& then measurement document (IK11)is created for the measurement point with reading.
Master warranty is maintained for the only material (No provision for maintaining serial number) with counter & value.(eg 12 Months).
But when we try to run warranty check using A200 (Warranty check) when creating warranty claim (T-code WTY),No results are displayed.
Is there any any direct transaction for warranty check for material with serial numbers?

hi,
after creation of equipment master u must be maintaining the master warranty in that.
Once u done it ,in the WTY transaction in the item overview screen enter ur material .
in the object tyoe field choose object type as equi and enter /search ur suitable equipmetn pertaining to ur material and serial number.
Now click on the action and select the warranty check button.
I am sure that system will give u pop up about the warranty related dates .
