MT940 Interest line Tag86

Hi Specialist
I need to upload in my system the file MT940 but i have one problem.
Normally in the TAG61 the system can find  the document total amount to clear it. but if the document has some interest or discount users must clear the documents after upload the file manually.
I would like clear everything automatic after upload the file and then I propose to the bank add the interest and the discount in the note payee line TAG86. I think is table FEBEP. And actually is reading it but...
I dont know which kind of the algorith and user exit should I use to get the solution.
Please , could you explain me how can I use it and how is going to clear it in the system?
Thank you
Regards,

Hi
I was having a similar issue for foriegn payments. My bank currency was EUR, but my customer was paying in USD (inoivce document currency). So when i get the bank statement, the foriegn amount and the exchange rate was also appearing in the note to payee field and also the forieng curr and amount was appearing in TAG 61 with an identifier /OCMT/USD/1000
(1000 USD is the document amount).
I was using MT940 unstructured format. When I saw the code for this Std SAP program identifies this identifier OCMT and takes the foreign amount.
try to take help of an ABAPer and see whts there in the code for your query.

Nikhil

  • FI-AR Interest Calculation

    Hi Experts.
    1. In Accounts receivable Item interest calculation I want to Charge the minimum interest for the line item.
    Ex: If the interest amount is less than 50 Rupees. System should post the for that line item as 50 Rupees.
    2. When i calculate the Interest system is calculating the Interest on Interest. But my client is asking Interest should not calculate on Interest Line item. Is there any way to solve this issue?
    3. Is there any possiblity to Block the particular line item for interest calculation. I have seen while posting the document we can give the interest block. But after posting the document if i want to block the particular line item by FB02 that interest block field is in disabled
    If i am getting the any answer it would be highly appreciatable.
    Thanks & Regards

    Hi,
    To answer one of your questions,
    Go to withn Item Calculation Global Settings, Goto Prepare Item Interest Calculation as well as Prepare Interest In Arrears and enter in your min amount the interest should be charged within Item Post Processing.
    I hope that helps

  • Depr key lini and lins

    Dear Forum,
    LINI Str.-line frm acq.value pro rata to 0 w/o interest
    LINS Str.-line over rem.life pro rata to zero
    May I know what is the difference for these 2?
    Thanks
    Rgds

    Hi,
    both have straight-line depreciaiton, but they are really different.
    Please see in Tr. AFAMA:
    LINI
    Ord.depreciation     1     0007     001     003     010
    LINS
    Ord.depreciation     1     0011     001     003     001     5     0,0
    Ord.depreciation     2     0017     001     003     013          0,0
    Main Differences:
    1) As you can see LINS has a second phase (5 Changeover after end of the useful life)
    2) Treatment of end of depreciaiton
    LINS: Dep. after plnd.life end: No
    LINI:   Dep. after plnd.life end: Yes
    3) Base value
    LINS: 24       Net book value
    LINI:   03       Replacement value

  • Unable to deploy package

    Hi Everyone,
    Attempting to build a new reference image(Hyper-V) with the latest version's of CC. I have built the package using CCP 1.4 but have had no success in deployment of the software. I run the exceptions before hand to install Arcobat and that works, but once i try and install the main package it exits without error and does not install anything. I have tried install from network location and local drive with no success. I have tried on a Windows 7 SP1 image and also on a windows 8.1 image. I'm not sure if this is something wrong with CCP 1.4 or something else?
    EDIT: I have just attemped to install on physical hardware and am getting the same error. I have no idea what is causing this.
    I have rebuilt the package in 1.4 about 5 times with no difference. Any help would be fantastic!

    I have completed some more testing yesterday and last night, still with no success. I even attemped installing the package that i created with the previous version of CCP, and it does not work now.
    I'm not sure if there has been a Windows update that breaks it.
    I'm going to install windows from disk and see if that make any difference. Becuase all of the other windows images that I have tested on have been deployed via MDT. I will let you know if I find anything.
    UPDATE: Have completed a completely fresh install of Windows 8.1 still get the same error.
    the only interesting line that i can find in log files is:
    MSI3003f.log
    CustomAction CADeploy returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)
    MSI (s) (48:6C) [07:56:07:399]: Closing MSIHANDLE (7695) of type 790536 for thread 1088
    Action ended 7:56:07: InstallFinalize. Return value 3.
    This error message is useless, and I am unable to find any other log files to look though.

  • T61 32-bit XP to 64-bit Win8 - general approach that may work for other models

    I recently tried to upgrade my T61 from 32-bit to 64-bit Win 8 using the $39.99 download.
    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING THIS, IT WILL FAIL.  HOWEVER, IF YOU PURCHASE THE $69.99 VERSION WITH BOTH 32-bit AND 64-bit MEDIA YOU CAN DO IT (no downloadable 64-bit ISO to burn your own.)
    Lessons learned:
    1. Although not "spec"ed officially, a T61 will take 8 GB of RAM (2 x 4 GB modules).
    2. The $39.99 download gives you the version you have - if 32-bit, it is not smart enough to ask you if you want 64-bit.  After 2 hours of download and install, you will end up with 32-bit Win 8.  Therefore, bite the bullet and buy the $69.99 hard media once (time *is* money).  You can buy additional $39.99 upgrades on-line - all you need is the  serial # to use with your original "hard media" - it can be used with either the 32- or 64-bit.
    3. The actually ugrade went much better than expected.  By going from 32-bit to 64-bit I got a clean install.  Win 8 had drivers for virtually all devices except one - the SIMM stick driver for the Ricoh 4-in-1 card reader.  This was identified after floating the error code out on Google.  See the following to tell you what device(s) is (are) missing  - www.pcidatabase.com
    4. I usually partition my disk into C: (active), D: (disk image and data back-up , internal), and E: (utilties and OS ISO's to do an internal restore).  I always clone all 3 partitions to an external drive incase of complete HD failure.  This became essential after one trial instal of Win8 32-bit (before I figure it out), I ended up with CHKDSK's in XP on virtually every reboot with no errors found ??!!  In other words, assume nothing...
    5. The new version of System Update 5 is of virtually no use for a T61 - the only driver/utility identified was Active System Protection for 64-bit.
    6. So what is the alternative to System Update?  There are several device driver updaters out there - like Slim Device, Driver Doctor, Driver Reviver, Driver Genius, etc., etc.  I ran several and they seem to find most of more specific drivers.  Just remember some drivers are 32- or 64-bit specific, others one driver works for both.  In general Win 7 drivers will work for Win 8 (or so I understand).
    7. Fixing the Metro UI, no Start Button / Start Menu problem.  What can I say, I hate the new UI - I am a developer/statsitician and have work to do.  There is an answer - a "shell" that can immediately replace the Start screen  with a Desktop, Start button, and Start menu of your choice of styles Win 2K, XP, and on.  There are several of these.  I have used Classic Shell (classicshell.sourceforge.net).  There are several others.  Is it perfect? - no, but I now have a functional system that I can use all 8 GB, loads relatively quickly (faster than 32-bit XP with 3 GB of RAM enabled out of 4.)
    8. Older software *does* work.  I still use Office 2003, SPSS 12, Stata 8, and contrary to MS' effort to get you to the latest Office, for my purposes, these are compatable.
    9. Would it work for the T4x series?  I don't see why not.  As I mentioned, the included driver database seemed pretty functional.  The real question is whether the Pentium M series is compatible; you'd have to try.  I do know that MS tried to tell me that the Core Duos in the T6x series were not, but that is why I gave up with MS support after hours on the phone (again, time *is* money).
    Bottom line - once again MS rolls out an OS with no clue.  On the other hand if this if Win 7.5 and is relatively stable, then it just might be worth the effort.
    Good luck!

    More details:
    When attempting recovery, the exact error message is: "The recovery attempt has failed. Select one of the following buttons: Save Log, Details, Retry". Save log supposedly saves the log to a USB stick, but the file (HP_SSRD_LOG.CAB) is only 2 KB and doesn't want to open as a CAB file. Retry just starts the hours-long process again - with the same result.
    Clicking the "Details" button gives me a log (CTOERROR.flg):
    [ 2:08:20.17] ChkErrBB.CMD :  Detect some error during PININST_BBV.
    [ 2:08:20.17] ChkErrBB.CMD :  Check c:\system.sav\logs\BurnBootWarn.log
    [ 2:08:20.17] ChkErrBB.CMD :  or, check c:\system.sav\logs\BurnBootMerge.log
    How's that for most useless log entry ever? Especially since c:\system.sav seems to be a hidden directory, and the Notepad window showing the current log won't display hidden files... and when I pull out the hard drive and inspect the directory structure, there aren't any files by that name...
    There is, however, a BurnBootMergeBBV1.log file, containing a couple of interesting lines:
    [ 2:04:45.80] 3C12 Factory Update CD for Microsoft QFEs Installation for Windows 8 Launch Fixes Installation State

    RESULT=FAILED
    Standard Error information...
    Standard Out information...
    Result=FAILED
    No idea if that's related or not. I'd still like to try updating the BIOS; if anyone can create a USB thumbdrive with the BIOS on it (using a Win8 machine) and post the files it contains, I'd really appreciate it.

    Hi,
    I have some troubles with WiFi connection in my school ONLY, but *only with Safari Mobile*. Weather, iTunes, App Store and Maps work perfectly well, but Safari is lock on the white waiting wheel on a darken screen.
    Bellow is what I can find in the logs. The most interesting line is surely the last one. The school uses a radius authentification and a proxy (only HTTP/HTTPS is allowed).
    On any other network I have no problem.

    The iPad was never designed to be a laptop replacement, and being a reletively low-powered mobile device, where security and battery-life are of utmost importance, doesn't have all the same features as a laptop computer running a full desktop version of Windows or Mac OS X.
    Seems like you should've checked whether the sites you need to access are compatible with mobile browsers (not just on the iPad) before spending your money.
    Even if Apple suddenly allowed the installation of plugins, that wouldn't instantly solve your problem, since you couldn't just install plugins developed for Windows or Mac OS X. The developers would have to write them for iOS, and there's no guarantee that that would ever happen.
    Even Microsoft have virtually abandoned Silverlight, so don't expect that to be appearing on new devices, especially ones not developed by, or using a Microsoft operating system.

  • Acs 4.2 :- router# test aaa group tacacs+ uid pwd .... works but not when authenticating

    I have setup ACS 4.2 and when I run
    router# test aaa group tacacs+ myuser mypasswd [ legacy | new-code]
                   Both options work fine
    But when I try and login, over telnet, the request reaches the aaa server, but returns fail !
    My commands are :-
    tacacs-server host xx.xx.xx.xx single-connection port 49
    tacacs-server key xxxxxxxxxxx
    aaa authentication banner ^CUnauthorized access forbidden^C
    aaa authentication username-prompt "Enter Username: "
    aaa authentication login default group tacacs+ local
    aaa authorization exec default group tacacs+ local
    I dont see the banner NOR the "Enter Username:" prompt.
    Also a debug aaa authentication and debug aaa subsys show that the request reaches AAA, but it simply returns fail
    I had the same issue in 5.1, but that was due to the tacacs+ single-connection not being set or something similar, and the error
    there was "shared secret does not match", on the AAA server logs
    I am still new to 4.2, so am still trying to determine where the log files are etc, but since it works with the test command, I cant
    seem to understand why it fails with telnet
    Any idea why this may be happning ?
    Thanks

    I tried both the sugestion.. no luck
    Below are th eoutput of debug, with some lines in BOLD to help you

  • Fatal error while running sysprep on Windows 7

    Ok, so I spent 2 weeks building this Windows 7 image, which now seems to be doing everything almost exactly as I want it.  I have my unattend.xml file that I've built for past images that I copied onto this machine, and I ran sysprep with the /generalize
    and /oobe flags.  I get the above error once it gets into the generalize phase.
    The log has the following interesting lines:
    WindowsSideShow: Failed to get task folder (0x80070002)
    LaunchDll:Failure occurred while executing 'C:\Windows\System32\AuxiliaryDisplayClassInstaller.dll,WindowsSideShow_Sysprep_Generalize', returned error code 31
    So, I apparently unwittingly installed some Microsoft network-aware application that either doesn't support or is thoroughly confused by the Sysprep_Generalize command.  Fortunately, I have enough experience with Windows to know you make a full disk
    image before running a command that can so easily ruin all your hard work.  Even though I only waste 20 minutes each time I have to restore an image, it's still frustrating dealing with such an obscure error.  Asking The Google only shows obscure
    recommendations about rearms (not the issue here) or disabling the Windows Media Player Network sharing service (or something similar....also not the issue here).  I could just remove the above mentioned DLL from the generalize steps in the registry,
    but I'd like to solve the root problem so my image isn't hiding a sleeper bug.

    Hi,
    If this is not an issue with rearm, please delete keys under this path:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\Sysprep\Generalize\
    And then run sysprep again to check how it works.

  • Acer D255E backlight issues during boot

    Having an issue with the backlight during the boot process of my netbook. Screen will go blank for 10-15 seconds before returning. This wouldn't be an issue, but it's sitting on the login screen for a good 5-10 seconds so I'd rather fix it.
    This is not a KMS issue, it's the backlight. I can append "nomodeset" to the kernel line and it will still occur. If I shine a flashlight at the screen, I can still see the boot text scrolling.
    Checking dmesg, the most interesting line is:
    [ 6.387788] acer_wmi: Brightness must be controlled by acpi video driver
    I've tried blacklisting that module with no noticeable change. I've also tried several different acpi options such as "acpi_backlight=video", "acpi_backlight=vendor", and the same with "acpi_display_output". "acpi=ht" doesn't work, however with "acpi=off" this no longer occurs (not a solution though).

    Really puzzled by this one. I've tried playing around with a ton of different acpi options. Only acpi=off prevents this from happening. Also tried upgrading my BIOS to the latest version. Tried several different distros and they all had the same issue, so it's not specific to Arch.
    I've noticed the backlight stays off for exactly 10 seconds as if there is a 10 second timeout. If I could figure out where that is, might be possible to just lower the timeout.

  • Windows 7 Pro giving a notification that "this windows isn't genuine" message.

    Hello - I was told to post this question here by
    Srimadhwa B
    I work at a museum and I just upgraded an exhibit the first one out of MANY!!!
    This is a rack mount system - AMX Controller controlling 9 PC's - 8 of the PC's drive uncompressed HD video to 8 projectors and one PC just for sound.
    I upgraded these PC's and now - this is the 2nd one doing this - its saying that this windows isn't genuine!!!  I already registered it AND activated it on all of the PC's during installation and now you want me to re-activate them all??!!
    This system is networked together, but will never ever be online as to ensure it's security and uptime.  It's costing us a great deal of time, money and down time to have to remove each PC by PC to connect it to the internet just so it can be revalidated.
    I need a permanent solution to this issue.
    Another reason I need a solution to this is that we're opening a new wing soon and the number of interactive's is well over 100, I do not want to have to hook up all of them to the internet.
    There's an interesting line in this diagnostic report and I Quote: "Remaining Windows rearm count: 3"  So does that mean I'm going to have to reactivate Windows 3 more times?!?!?

    Hi,
    Your Windows question is more complex than what is typically answered in the Microsoft Answers forums. It is better suited in the TechNet forums.
    Please post your question in the TechNet forums: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/home?category=w7itpro

    Shoot! I'll have to see if I can get access to it later today - we have a lot of visitors at the moment and post a diagnostic.  I've done 3 of them so far - and so far so good.
    I was wondering if there is a way to 'force' an activation by phone.  I changed the date on one I have now and its saying it wants to be activated.   FYI: I tried sliu 4 but it has 'Afghanistan' as the country and it's grayed out so I can't change
    it to USA.  Would it be okay to go through the process of phone activation even though the country is indicated as Afghanistan?
    Here's the report for the one I have now - but I did change the date to 2015.

  • Problem login to server in Mac OS X 10.5.8

    When users login to workstations (login done via Active Directory) network home directory fails to mount. Mounting directory manually in Finder using Go --> Connect to Server fails also. This issue started when the UNIX server hosting home directories was moved to another IP and network segment.
    Kerberos seems to be fine, I can view kerberos tickets using the Ticker Viewer in /System/Library/CoreServices.
    I've tried to flush the DNS caches on workstations but it had no effect.
    I've collected logs by putting Directory Services into debug mode. They contain some interesting lines:
    2011-05-25 08:00:30 EEST - T[0xB0081000] - Network transition occurred.
    2011-05-25 23:01:02 EEST - T[0xA003A720] - Shutting down DirectoryService.

    Hi,
    I would post in the Leopard Forum here

  • Anyconnect 3.1.01065 x64 and Firefox 17

    I just installed Linux Mint 14 and I have firefox 17. I installed anyconnect 3.1.01065 x64 and I am able to make it work but, I am unable to connect to my ASA without disabling the 'Block connections to untrusted servers' and, even after removing the checkbox, I have the warning of untrusted VPN server Certificate. If I click on the 'Always connect' button, I am getting an error: AnyConnect cannot confirm it is connected to your secure gateway.
    I have done the test with Ubuntu 12.10 x64 version with the same result.
    Here is an interesting line I have found in my syslog:
    Nov 21 20:54:23 Dom-D830 acvpnui[2768]: Function: OpenStores File: ../../vpn/CommonCrypt/Certificates/CollectiveCertStore.cpp Line: 419 The Firefox Certificate store was not found
    Please help!!!
    Dominique

    Same problem here with Ubuntu 12.10 x64 any Anyconnect 3.1.02040. Was working fine with Anyconnect 2.5 x32 though.
    Our VPN gateway should fullfill the new certificate requirements.
    I did not see that specific error message.

  • Is it possible to display the content of a file in flex as it is written. E.G. a log file

    I have flex app sitting on a Linux server.
    I want to be able to spool the content of a file on the same server as the flex app to the users screen using say a textarea or similar.
    The file is some type of log so its going to constantly have lines added. Is there a way to do this ? I am guessing I need to constantly refresh the flex app with the file content.

    Yes you can. Small example for you:
    [email protected]> select * from dept;

  • Javac AST Symbol Resolving for JavacTask.parse()

    Hello!
    I am currently working on a source code processor, based on an AST. I use the original javac library. I know that the javac package is not provided as API, but it suffices for a first prototype.
    I parse a file (multiple files) with JavacTask.parse() and descent into the AST. Please don't hit me for the solution using Reflection! The interesting lines are on *321-328*, where I try to resolve the Symbols manually, because it seems all .sym properties are set to null.
    I don't understand how to resolve the AST previous to descent into it. Is it possible to resolve Symbols with the original library code?

    Sorry, i am pushing a bit.
    I continue development, and solve the problem temporarily by comparing the literal strings. Because this is highly inaccurate, this issue is very urgent. Please answer shortly, if possible. If you are interested, this project is a first attempt to realize a independent platform for free and open source solution distribution.
    Imagine the case of equal variable names in parallel scope:
         int aNumber = 1;
         int aNumber = 2;
    }without correct resolved symbol names, the names are ambiguous and cannot produce the correct result:
    String[] rl_variableList = {"aNumber", "aNumber"};
    int rl_0_aNumber = 0;
    int rl_1_aNumber = 0;
         rl_0_aNumber = 1;
         rl_1_aNumber = 2;
    }
