Multiple Entries for a field in Table

Hi All,
I needed to add field to a ztable, the options should include values from table LIKP-LFART and should allow for multiple entries.
I tried adding field with table type and structure type but error saying table type or sturcture cannot be used for table. Please let me know is there any other way how i can include multiple entries.

That is a quirk of Pagesthat it applies only one record per page.

No entry in key field of table MARC for BAPI_MATERIAL_MAINTAINDATA_RT

I have a requirment to upload Retail Articles. I am using BAPI_MATERIAL_MAINTAINDATA_RT to create articles for Basic View, Listing View and Sales View.
I got the error:

I figured out that though I was passing the Site under MARC, it wasn't getting transfered to the field. I fixed the code.

Multiple writers for a field

I get an error indicating that i have multiple writers for a field table_a.item_key. I have 3 classes that use this field as shown below.

Note that when i remove the relationship between B and C everything works fine. It looks like TopLink gets confused when a one-to-one relationship is mapped on a column used for another field.

In the scenario you mention (the Vendor repository), both the Phone Number and Fax Number fields are links to corresponding Qualified Lookup tables. These are inherently multi-value fields.
Just for the sake of clarity - with the exception of Measurement type fields, it is only lookup fields that can be set to have multiple values. Refer to the matrix <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_mdm550/helpdata/en/1f/2ddb4203d82b78e10000000a155106/content.htm">here</a>.

Using Field Exit for a field in table KNA1

Hi everyone,
I am working on a ticket, the problem is we have a field called STRAS in table KNA1 which holds the address of the customer but now we want to increase the length of this field from 35 charachters to 55 due to some business requirement. SO my question is if this can be done using Field Exit and if yes.. can you please tell me how as I have never used Field exits.

Hi,
Using field exit, you can only validate the data entry for the field (either globally or on a particular screen field)
This is usually done by implementing the field exit for the data element corresponding to the field(in your case STRAS_GP)
Hence you cannot increase the length of the field using the concept of the field exits...
Please note that after SAP R/3 4.6c, SAP has stopped the creation of field exits and there will be no support for any new ones created.

They are all different. Hover your mouse pointer over each of the "Content Type" descriptions and you should see a "tooltip" to see that each has a different description.

ORA-13223: duplicate entry for string in SDO_GEOM_METADATA table and

I got the above error while trying to insert a record into the table SDO_GEOM_METADATA. However, when querying this table I did find any duplicate table_name, column_name pair that match with the error.
Here are the steps that I worked on:
1. Add a geometry column into an existing table.
ALTER TABLE GEO_MAP ADD (ORG_GEOM mdsys.sdo_geometry);
2. Register the new column into mdsys

values ('GEO_MAP','ORG_GEOM',

The situation is we have 2 tables (GEO_MAP, and GEO_REF) that have spatial columns. Everything worked fine until when one of the queries that searched through the table GEO_MAP ran so slow, we decided to rebuild the related spatial index by dropping and recreating it. However, after I dropped it I could not recreated. Keep getting the error:

No entry in key field of table MARM

Hi,
I am trying to import and create a Article Master using LSMW with IDoc method. ARTMAS IDoc is getting generated but it is showing error as No entry in Key field MARC, MVKE, etc etc and now finally stuck in No entry in key field of table MARM even after filling all possible data.
Function Module used here is BAPI_MATERIAL_MAINTAINDATA_RT. I don't know any technical aspects here to look into.
Kindly help me out with the information on what could have gone wrong here and what are the possible solutions?

Now i am stuck in somewhat a deadlock situation. and this is in MARM segment. below are the issues,
1. If I provide an entry in Alternate UOM field in MARM, Ex: EA is base unit and PC is ALT unit, I am getting an error as ' The Alternative unit of measure is same as Base unit of measure'
2. And, If i don't give an entry in ALT_UOM field (which SAP suggests, in case there is no other units than Base unit, leave the ALT-UOM field as blank), I am getting an error as "No entry in key field of table MARM"
Can you please assist in resolving this issue.

Multiple entries for same title in ADE title list

I have 6 entries for the same title in the ADE title list. All have the same date and time added. All but one are blank in the "Last Read" column. On my computer I have only 1 epub file for this title. Why do I have multiple entries for the same title? If I delete all entries except for the one that has a date and time in the Last Read column will that be okay -- will I still be able to access the book?

N81 Call Log - Multiple entry for same number

Hi,
Earlier I was using Nokia 7250, in it the call log for missed/dialled/received calls have the facility for storing multiple entries for the same number.
i.e., say I received calls from no. XX @ 1 Am, 2 AM & 3 Am. Then the received call log for the no. XX will have an entry with these three time stamps
Where as in N81 only the most recent entry i.e., 3AM is been shown and I couldn't find a way to find out the earlier calls (1 AM & 2 AM)
Is there a way to find it out?

MB01 is giving below error when i am trying to trigger ALE idocs using output type 'ZWE2'
Error:'No entry for partner function '' in table TPAR'.
I am unable to find what could be the above error and how to rectify.
Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

There is a partner function code for which there is no configuration data in TPAR. What is the partner function? Can you find that and verify that it is correct, or correct it to a value that is configured in TPAR?

Multiple entries for the same company.

Anybody out there have any idea how to enter multiple entries for the same company in Mail without having to enter all information every time for each individual. This was a very basic feature in MS Outlook. Possibly a workaround if not an option within Mail? Thanks.

Select a card with the details on it, and Edit/Copy /Edit/Paste (Command-C Command-V). Now edit one of the cards with the new individual's details. If starting from scratch, create a company card with no personal information and duplicate it as needed.
