Multiple scales do not assign properly ot traces

The Labview XY Graph object does not allow me to map signals properly to their scales. I have attached a simple XY Graph VI where there are 3 input traces that I want to map to their 3 respective Y Scales. The drop down menu item does not allow me to map to any scale except for Y Scale 1. ANy body know why this is?

Hi id,
I tried this vi in 8.0.1 and found the same issue. You can change the mapping from the front panel Plot Legend, but not on the Properties > Plots > Y- Scale drop-down-menu. The same is true in 8.2, but in 8.5 you can do it (I know that probably doesn't help much).
I'm including a version of your vi that sets different scale values for the Y scales.

Baseline schedule not assigned properly

Dear All
i am facing a strange issue for one of my projects.
presently i m working for a project which has started on 1st jan 2011.
now i have assigned the baseline and started updating.
now since there was some changes to be made with the baseline schedule i had restored the baseline project made the necessery changes and again assigned it back to the present project.everyhting is fine till now.
but when i open the same project in one of my colleagues computer the base line date is showing same as the present project date.first i spent a lot of time to find out why was this happening because in my computer it was showing correctly but other computers its not.
then what i saw was in the assign baseline section the baseline schedule attached is "CURRENT PROJECT".this is quite strange because i had already selected the baseline in my computer.
i saw that this happens when ever you re- baseline any schedule.
so what may be the reason for this.is there any option where in we can keep the baseline schedule same where ever we login.

Have you assigned the Baseline as the "Project Baseline" or "Primary Baseline"?
The "Project Baseline" is the important one as it is the one that everyone will see and is what your schedule is primarily measured against.
The "Primary", "Secondary" and "Tertiary" Baselines are user-specific to allow comparisons over differing periods, or against "What-If" scenarios that you may have created.
If the "Project Baseline" isn't showing up on the other users machines (in a client-server system) then the system needs to be looked at.
If you have exported to XER and sent to another user and they have imported to their machine locally, be aware that Baselines do not get copied with the XER (a rather major oversight by Primavera/Oracle).

Jre6u10 Multiple JRE's not Caching properly

I have two JRE's 1.4.2_05 and 1.6.0_10, I need to be able to use Jre 1.4.2_05 for some applications.
I used the java control panel to select 1.4.2_05 to be the one my system uses and it effectively uses it, the problem is that i don't see any files being cached and everytime i run my application again it takes a long time to load since it's a big file. Is this a bug on the java plugin?
I also get the security warning about using an outdated JRE version every time, I'd like to get rid of that message as well

It won't trash the applications (see http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/compatibility.html to get 100% proof). If you install a new version, this will be used by default (if you just use "java"). Of course you can still use other JREs / SDKs when you explicitely use the version ("c:\Programme\j2sdk1.4.2_04\bin\java").

ScriptMenuAction Label not assigned in CS3 JS

The below script is working fine in CS4 but in CS3, the label is not assigned properly.

Based on the information you have posted I have been doing everything correctly. But I am still having no luck.
I did read an article by David Blatner on InDesign Secrets that talks about using the "Version" folders at http://indesignsecrets.com/using-old-scripts-in-cs3.php

Multiple Upload not triggering properly for WorkFlows

Hi All,
I have set UploadEvent to some WorkFlow and am testing by uploading documents. When i am upoading single file using upload tab in content Services , WorkFlow process is getting triggered properly. But when i am uplaoding multiple Documents at same time, WorKflow is not functioning properly. WorkFlow was getting trigerred for Single file only (which is first entry in Upload Window ) and its neglecting all other files.
My code is getting all TargetItems by using
WorkflowUtils.getTargetDocuments(session,m_WorkflowId);
and i am getting single document as result. Please let me know what setting i ahve to do to gett all targetItems, i.e, to get all uploaded items from targetDocuemnts function.

Multiple panels not working properly

I've added an additional read less at the bottom of each tab panel on the page.

1. The page opens with the #2 & 3 tabs open, even though they are set to false.
2. The read less function does not work properly with tabs 2 & 3.
I'm new to Spry and .js and pieced this together based on what I could find in the forums.

There are a few problems that I have noticed so far.
Line #1 <!doctype html5> is not recognised, hence the page will revert back to HTML 4.01 Transitoinal. It should read <!doctype html>
Line #51 (links to) style rules should be placed in the <head> element, not in the <body> element
Lines #124, #159 and #188 all link to the same JS file. Delete two of them.
Lines #126, #161 and #207 contain a constructor for the same widget. The former two should be deleted.
Lines #190 and #208 contain a constructor for the same widget. The former should be deleted
Although JS can be placed anywhere in a document, I tend to place all JS at the bottom, just above the ending body tag (</body>) unless the JS is required for rendering purposes in which case it should be placed where it is required. This way, you can keep check of what you have linked to and which constructors you have created thus eliminating the problems mentioned above.
Also you might like to have a look at a collapsible panel group http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/spry/samples/collapsiblepanel/CollapsiblePanelGroupSamp le.html. This will simplify the code somewhat.

Lightroom Bug: with GoPro Hero4 Silver Lens Profile, crop settings do not sync properly in Lightroom 5.7.1 when Constrain To Warp is checked

I was having a bit of difficultly in getting crop settings to properly sync in Lightroom 5.7.1 (running on OS X 10.10.1) when Constrain to Warp was checked. This appears to be a bug in the latest version(s) of Lightroom that include(s) the GoPro Hero4 Silver Lens Profile settings. I'm working with a lot of files from a GoPro Hero4 Silver camera shot in the time-lapse / interval timer mode. All of them are horizontal with the same resolution (and dimensions). I've tried various sequences to get this to work in terms of using Auto-Sync, resetting the settings on all images except one and then copy and pasting settings, etc, though the crop is not properly syncing regardless of what I do.
Here's are instructions of how to duplicate this issue (there are some extra details/steps here, though this should be clear enough to produce the same result):
     1. in the Develop settings for a single selected image, go to Lens Corrections, click to Enable Profile Corrections (in the Profile tab), and then pick the GoPro Hero4 Silver Edition (Adobe Profile) if it is not automatically chosen for you (if you are using files from a Hero4 Silver camera). After this, click on the Manual tab, and set the Scale setting to 76. (as you will see, you now have the full horizontal width of the image that was getting cropped off, though you do see white around the edges that have been warped/shaped to correct the fisheye distortion)
     2. Press the R key (or click on the Crop Overlay tool just below the histogram). Change the Aspect option to Custom. Click to unlock the lock next to it (this seems to re-lock after setting to custom even if it was locked before). Place a checkmark next to the Constrain To Warp option. (At this point, you'll see the image gets cropped back to an approximately 4:3 ratio and the full horizontal width is not included in the cropped area) Click the upper right most corner of the crop area and drag as much to the right and top as it lets you go. Do the same for the lower left corner, dragging it as far to the bottom left as you can go. (Now, you will see that your cropped area is the maximum rectangular width and height you can select without getting any of the excessive white area) Click the Close button (or press R again) to leave the crop overlay tool.
     3. Press G to go back to the grid of images. Make sure the image you just adjusted the settings for is the only one selected. Right click on it, go to Develop Settings, and click Copy Settings. Click Check All on the window that appears and then click Copy.
     4. De-select the image you were working on. Select multiple other images in the grid. Right click on one of these, go to Develop Settings, and click Paste Settings. (at this point, you will see their aspect ratio has become more panoramic than the 4:3 aspect ratio the images previously were)
     5. De-select these images. Select one of these image, and then press D to go to the Develop settings for this image. Press R to go to the Crop Overlay tool. Here you will see the bug where the crop was not properly copied over from the first image. The selected area is smaller than the full width and height available to crop.
It seems that the bug is that Lightroom is only copying the aspect ratio (and the other settings), but not the actual crop selection.
I just thought of a workaround that I've tested and can confirm works (and will also work in a slightly different workflow than above). In step 1 above, for the Model (and Profile), manually pick the "GoPro Hero4 Black Edition" or the "GoPro Hero3-Silver Edition". If using the "Hero3-Silver" setting, the Scale (also in step 1 above) need only be set to 79 (rather than 76 for the Hero4 profiles). By picking one of these Lens Profiles and doing everything else the same as the other steps above, the crop settings do copy and paste properly. This does also appear to work properly when selecting the "GoPro Hero3-White Edition" Lens Profile, with a Scale setting of 75, which yields a slightly more rectilinear image (with a wider aspect ratio -- almost, but not quite 16:9).
While this isn't too big of deal as it does work by picking one of the other lens profiles (and the Hero4 Black Edition profile appears to make the same exact correction to the image), this was incredibly frustrating last night to notice that some files had the proper horizontal field of view / crop and others didn't, and other users may experience this or not even notice their crop is not copied properly (as, depending on one's composition and image, it's not extremely obvious with such a wide view).
I hope this discovery helps someone else and provides feedback for Adobe to correct this issue in the next version of Lightroom 5.
On a separate, additional note for Adobe: Please allow the crop overlay tool to "crop" an image to a size that is larger than the original dimensions of the image. This would allow for one to retain maximum original sharpness in the center of the image when using the Lens Profile tool to correct, or "de-fish" a lens, without having to scale the image down with the Scale option on the Manual tab of the Lens Corrections settings. For example, when I do the above process selecting the Hero3-White Edition profile, my final image dimensions are 3840 by 2257 pixels, reducing the size of the image in the center by 25%. If the tool allowed one to crop/scale a larger image size, and I kept the Scale option of the Lens Corrections settings at 100 rather than 75, my final image dimensions would be 5120 by 3009 pixels (larger than the 4000 by 3000 pixel dimensions of the original image which the tool now limits me to). Yes, the edges would be a little softer but the center would retain the original detail. (this is essentially what the Calculate Optimal Size button found in the Hugin open source software does, when using it on a single image for lens transformations/corrections)

Just to preempt the invitalbe back lash, I know ive used a table for layout but I couldnt achive the multuple background images I wanted with CSS. Im making this site for a friend and he's adamant that he wants the multiple background image effect.
On top of that, a community expert on this forum said that using 1 table in the way that I have wont make a difference to accesabilty or SEO.

I dont mean to come across as defenive, I really appreciate people taking time to answer my questions! I just thought I knew what was coming in terms of table criticism, perhaps I was wrong.
I want a background image to extend to right of the container div, and a different image to extend down, and 3rd to extend to the left (at the moment this is just a block colour to the left, but this will change).
Even if I created multiple divs so it was as if i had 3 ‘body’s, and assigned a different repeating background image to each one, would they not overlap?
Will the lack of text be an SEO issue if every image has alternative text?

Mini dvi to vga not working properly

I have a Macbook from around 2008 and it has a mini dvi port. I have a mini-dvi to vga adapter going to my Vizio 32 inch TV's RGB port. I have tried two adapters, and they both have problems.
The display works fine coming from both of my G5s, which are running DVI to VGA to to the VGA cable to RGB port. However, when I run the mini-dvi out of my Macbook, it does bizarre things. It resets the display on my Macbook, and displays only part of the information on the Vizio screen. For instance, the first adapter would show the wallpaper of my Mac, but would not show the icons on the TV. This second adapter does the reverse. The icons disappeared from my laptop, but showed on the TV. The mouse shows sometimes on the TV, sometimes only on the Macbook. Etcetera.
What's going on here? This should work. Grateful for help and suggestions. Thank you.

Oh, it won't let me edit, so here's an added note:
This time I started the macbook with the adapter plugged in, so that it didn't have to adjust. It booted normally, with normal color, recognized properly on the TV, and then went to teh login screen. All normal. Once it booted into my login, and everything loaded on the desktop, the blue haze covered the screen. This happened twice. The first time, I hard-rebooted - and for some reason it's sort of loud and sounds like it's working very hard to reboot. The second time I unplugged the adapter, the laptop tried to reset itself, and showed the icons, but not my picture in the middle of the wallpaper or the program bar at the bottom. It did not respond properly to the restart command, hanging upon shutdown, so I did a hard-shutdown again.

Okay, it must be somewhere in the settings. I am logged in from another login on the machine, which I keep as a control. It is working fine, no issues. I will somehow have to trace down the problem? THe other login is my main and everything is loaded on that one. Does this issue sound familiar to anyone? welcome any guidance.

I use several avatar forums that have timed features, when I click on them they act as though they have been double clicked or will not display properly.

When visiting Roliana the Your Posts and Bookmark sections are suppose to load a list of my previous posts or bookmarks, this section is designed to have a cool down period between clicks. Even if it is the first time in a 24 hour window that I click on the link it acts as though I have double clicked or attempted to access it too quickly.
On another site NeuroGalaxy the games will not work properly, they too act as though I have attempted to access them even though it is the first time in a 24 hour window.
The last site Kingdom of Knuffle is having an event where one has to click the answer to quiz, it too can only be accessed once a day and when I click on the answer it redirects me as though I have tried to access it multiple times.
I have attempted to use these functions on other browsers and they work fine, the only thread of similarity between the issues is Firefox and that they are all timed applications in some manner.
There are no errors to report or other oddities going on, the sites otherwise display and operate properly.

9810 funtions and screen not working properly.

HI all, hoping to find some help here. My 9810 is acting up. None of the keys are working, even the 5 below the screen. Sometimes the track pad works but not when it is pressed, and when the back botton works it puts me into sreach mode and looks for the letter "H" only. The touch screen is fine. This was before upgrading to OS7.1. I have done multiple hard resets and it does nothing at all. This has been going on for three days now. It hasn't be dropped or anything.
Last night I upgraded to OS 7.1 now my back ground does not rotate properly with how the phone is being held it does rotate, When you hold it upright it thinks its on it's side and vise versa.
Has anyone had a similar problem, and how can I fix it? Or is it one of those ones when you just get a new phone. I have only had it since Feb 29, 2012

MRS (Multi resoource scheduling) not working properly

We have MRS 610 installed in our landscape. We have configured it to integrate with Maintenance orders. We are facing an issue as to not all orders are reflected in the planning board though we make exact replica of orders which already exists in the planning board. Those orders which are there in the planning board doesnot reflect the changes that are done to it in PM module. I have checked all the demand related configuration settings and all seems to be fine. The inegration between PM and MRS is not working properly. Orders are getting pulled into the planning board if we run the report /MRSS/SGE_DEM_DATA_MIGRATION.
We recently upgraded to SP4 level. Kindly help me to trouble shoot this issue.

As far as I have understood that your problem is that the backward integration is not happening.
That means whenever you are assigning a resource to the PM Order these alocation are not reflected in PM Order. Just check following points.
1. Check weather you have activated back integration of PM or not !
2. Check this under the node: Sources of Demands->Orders-> Control integration of PM/CS Orders
3. Also make sure that you have activated back integration of demand type R3OR in the node Sources of demand.
4. Check PM Settings related to Work centre
5. Apply the Note 1135513 - MRS: Changes to standard for PM/CS
integration
Also please go through the Documentation supplied with the sofware Installation CD for MRS.
It gives step by step activities how to proced with config.you will have to go through this documentation very thoroughly as all information is avalable .
