Mx.charts.chartclasses.Datatip? Gone?

Question

Anyone know where Datatip went? Flex 4 Gumbo language ref says its still there ( http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/gumbo/langref/) , but my app says it can't find it "The definition of base class Datatip was not found".  Using the latest nightly build sdc (4.0.0.8411).
