My 9 year old daughter reopened my account - Spotify doesn't want to give me my money back

I don't understand how it's possible for a 9 year old child to reopen an account? Without having access to credit card information?? All she had to do was to download the app on her iPod touch, press log in with facebook, and as I use safari to access facebook, spotify automatically logged her in, and reactivated the account without her having to enter any credit card information. You have a problem, spotify - I want my money back for a 8 months recurring membership without my knowledge!

Hi Liam
Thanks for your answer. You read all the way through what I wrote here; unlike the answers I get from spotify support, I can tell they don't have time to read my question all the way through!
The 17th of February, via spotify support, I asked spotify to close and delete my account, knowing that February was already paid for. At some point afterwards, between 17th of February and 1st of March, my daughter downloaded spotify on her device, and safari logged her in to the account automatically, because I sometimes use her device for facebook, so safari remembers the facebook password. She has then been using spotify once in a while untill now. She thought she was using my boyfriend's account. Now, 8 months later, when I noticed that the account had all my old playlists, I realized that something was wrong. When I asked spotify to delete my account the 17th of February, they didn't, everything should have been deleted, INCLUDING my credit card information!
In this way, a child can reopen, or resume if you wish, an account without knowing the password, or having any credit card details!
SO - I want my money back!
