When I check my home page on lynx I get what I would expect 2 links to 2 galleries below that the alt text for my logo and the photograph, and the footer info with an e-mail link. I just tested your pages using Firefox and IE7. I could click on both Business and Commercial links and venture into the inner pages with no error message showing up at all. Clicking on any of the thumbnails showed the larger images, again, with no error messages.

That suggests that another application has stashed old QuickTime componentry in your system files.
So just in case we'll go looking for older QuickTime componentry in the most common locations for it to be stashed.
First we'll need to change some view settings.
In your Start menu, open Computer.
In your Organise menu, select Folder Options.
In the View tab, make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is selected, and Hide extensions for known file types is unchecked.
Click OK.
Now in Computer, open your C:\ drive (or whichever drive you have your operating system installed on).
Open the "Windows" folder.
If you have a 32-bit version of Windows, open the "System32" folder.
If you have a 64-bit version of Windows, open the "SysWOW64" folder.
What files and folders can you see in there with QuickTime in the title? (In a standard installation of Quicktime you should be seeing precisely two files... QuickTime.qts and QuickTimeVR.qtx ... and no QuickTime folders whatsoever.)

I had the same issue which is now solved. For your information, the following procedure was successful:
Check permissions within the Installer folder. To do this, follow these steps.
1. Click on Start and in the Start Search bar > type in > c: /windows/installer.
2. Right click on c: /windows/installer at the top under programs and click properties.
3. Click on the security tab > Verify if System and Administrator account has Full access permissions.
Note : I ran into problem with locating the C:\windows\installer directory. For some reason Windows Explorer wouldn't show it even though I don't have it hidden. I ended up using the ExplorerXP application to locate the directory. ExplorerXP is available at http://www.explorerxp.com/

Following the recent iTunes upgrade I am getting two error messages (-42404) and (-50). Any ideas how to rectify?

Using iTunes for the first time since the upgrade I am plagued with error messages - one telling me that a required component is not installed (-42404) and a second that my iTunes store request cannot be completed (-50). Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

An if statement without curly brackets only includes the first statement following it, e.g.

Please also try changing the typed words in the Captcha text field below the Captcha image that has a pair of words. If the existing pair is not clear, you can also try clicking on the refresh button (the top button among the three on the right of the image) to get a new image with another pair of words.

Simon,
SMON is the system monitor process. Basic function is to cleaup/reset after database (or system) crash. You may want to view the trace files themselves for more.
In general I would be concerned enough to open a TAR w/Oracle to make sure. But, I wouldn't be frantic (assuming the DB is performing OK).

See if either of these things works for you. In the future ... Only update one app at a time. Forget that the Update All button even exists. It causes more problems than it does good - IMO.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
