My battery keeps on saying that I need to calibrate it

I've bought this laptop like 3 weeks ago and it's been running fine so far till about a few says ago. I noticed that the temperatures increased by 5C during idle time, from 45C to 50C for the cpu. I tried using the HP support assistant to find a solution for it and I found out that my battery needs calibrating. I calibrated it following all the instructions provided in the program and the temperatures returned to normal. Then yesterday, it says that I need to calibrate it again and the temperatuers have again increased. So I did another calibration and the temperatures returned to normal. Now, the same thing happened again, the temperature rose and HP battery check says that I need to calibrate my battery again. Never did anything that may have caused this as I always took care of my laptop. Any solutions for this? Do I have to get it checked to an hp store? It sucks to know that my laptop already has problems even though I've just been using it for less than a month. My laptop is a Pavilion g4-1025tx. Also another thing, I can't seem to log in with my other account even though i'm using the correct password. I have changed my password four times now as it only seems to work if i get a new password.

I would return it to place of purchase for a refund if possible, no sense getting stuck with a lemon
Otherwise I would try to get it repaired under warranty which isn't always the easiest to get done to your satisfaction.
