Please help me...My 12year old daughter has been talking to a older teenager through the text free app. How can I see the conversations? Also, there is a photo vault that is locked. What is that? Please someone help me. I don't know what else to do. I paid and downloaded a program that is supposed to tell you everything that's on the ipod but that was a joke. Thanks for your help.
As long as you can't get a hold of the device, you can't do anything more than talking to your daughter about it.
Erasing the device could also be an option to keep her from using apps you don't want her to have on her device.

If it's the same computer, same CPU and same HD, no de-activation or re-activation should be necessary.
Install from scratch and apply all updates manually.
Please do a forum search. I and others have repeatedly answered the question about failed updates of CS5 a whole bunch of times recently.
Bottom line: the Adobe auto updater is utterly useless in CS5 and prior versions. You need to download the updates and apply them manually yourself.
I and others have even supplied the links for Mac and Win, which you haven't even bothered to specify. -

If it is disabled because of the passcode, see this article: iPhone and iPod touch: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Refer to Updating and restoring iPhone and iPod touch software.

i just couldn't sign in game center and all my achievements were lost !!!
Mine did the exact same thing last week.
I did the software update and then the restore and it only restored photos, emails, and iPad settings. It did not restore apps and now my apple ID is no longer associated with my game center ID and I can't figure out how to reconnect them. Any help would be appreciated.

When viewing a text conversation, how can I see the person's first AND last names?
When I view my text "inbox", they are listed according to how I have each contact entered...for example John Smith. When I look within the text conversation with that person, at the top it only says "John". This is very frustrating. (I only recently upgraded to iOS 7 and have a feeling this is one of many things I'm going to resent.) Can't I express a preference for the full name to appear?

IF you do find a backup that has your contacts; I'd /highly/ recommand turning off your wifi network after the restore is finished because if the issue is with your iCloud your contacts may merge back with her's.
With iCloud you DO NOT want to share the account; bad things happen Evil evil thigns...
But in all seriousness; if two devices have the same iCloud; iCloud is told to merge and sync infomation between hte two and can't tell that it doesn't belong to the same person -
My daughter has an ipod touch with alot of games and music on it. The computer it was synced to is forever gone and on her new computer some of the games dont show up along with her music. She is worried if she connects it to her new computer all will be lost. Is there anyway for this to not happen? The ipod is on its last life due to a cracked screen, and as for the games she has spent money on them such as smurf village and others. When i looked at game center on my phone about less than half of that game showed up. Is there anyway to fix these things before its to late and eveything is gone forever?

THanks!A first generation iPod touch can't be updated past 3.1.3. If it's a newer model, update it from iTunes on a computer, and if possible, the one it normally syncs with.

My daughter has a ipod touch 4 gen. It is running iOS 6.1.3. It shuts down and reverts back to being a brand new ipod. We then connect to computer and restore to a backup. It works fine for a few days and then does the same thing again. How do I fix this? She got it for Christmas last year. We don't want to spend the next few years doing this twice a week. If you restored to factory settings/new iPod and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.

Use the new ID on her iPod but only for:
Settings>Messages>Send and Receive
Settings>FaceTime
Settings>GameCenter
and Settings>iCloud if you want her to have separate Contacts Calendar and some other things.
Continue to use the same/common Apple ID for Settings>iTunes and App stores so you can share purchases. -

I would think you can. If you don't want them to be synced the same, create a playlist with your daughters music, and one with yours, and configure iTunes to only sych the selected playlists.
