my daughter received an ipod and an itunes card for christmas and began multiple apple id's with a few different email addresses. she entered the itunes card code into one of these. i have all the card info and receipt. is there anyway she can still use this card?
As long as you are signed into the account which she registered the card with, you will be able to use it. I'm guessing you just don't know which account that is. Logging into all of them would be the only way to find that out. Hope that helps :)

I seem to have duplicated my 'Library' folder - one inside and one outside my USER folder. (additionally there is a Library folder in the systems folder - but that should be there!). I do not know which one to delete (both 8-10 GB) Help!!
There should be at least THREE Library folders:
1- Inside your "home" folder, the one with your user name.
2- At the "root" level of your boot volume.
3- Inside the System folder at the "root" level of your boot volume.
If it's one of those three, ignore them - especially if you don't know exactly what you're doing.
If it's some other Library folder just floating around somewhere, you can safely delete it. Note that every user account will have its own Library folder inside its "home" folder, and these you should also leave alone. -
As described, I just want to reset everything and start over so she can face time from her iPod to my iPad. She was sent a verify email a couple of months back and didn't respond , that link now isn't working and when I resend a verify request nothing happens. Every time I try to set up the iPod it's saying already registered email

It was a £25 iTunes card and I completed two Muse albums that costed £6 in total. Fixed at Zero album that was £9.99, and quite a few little extra songs, so I don't know how much it all costs in total, but I was wondering whether or not, the money I have taken off the credit card, can be added back on the credit card and decrease the money of the iTunes card. why is it whenever I sign in and put in my code it asks me three times for my password and then says: "Error press continue and sign in to redeem code." I really need help because I have three fifteen dollar cards that I want to put on! I had four but then for some reason the first one worked after a long time of trying but the other ones didn't. I have the latest version and all my stuff is updated.

Our daughter just got an iPad mini and I originally set it up under my Apple ID in order to create an Apple ID for her (she's under 13 so I set up iCloud family)... is there any way to switch the main user to her so that she can use iMessage and such under her own account? When she uses iMessage it's my account. I can't find a solution anywhere. Thank you!!

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar -

i just got an ipod touch and downloaded itunes. when i plug my ipod into my computer itunes doesnt read my ipod. i looked it up in 'help' in itunes and it said if itunes doesnt read your device to click on 'device' and hit add. but i dont see a 'device' button anywhere. can anybody help m eplease?

You should be able to, I mean I have a iPod Touch 5th Genertion, and a iPod Nano 5th generation. Works perfectly fine for me for the both of them, it should for you.
