My ear buds that I bought a few months ago shocked me and no longer work is there warranty on these?
I had my headphones in my 5s when I was running and all the sudden my ears got shocked. I know it was from ESD. Only problem is my headphones no longer work. I just recently bought them like 2 months ago. Shouldnt there be a ground in these headphones? Are my ear buds just bad or did I just get the short end of the stick again?
Most devices are covered by warranty in most Countries
If you headphones are Apple they certainly have a 12 month warranty and if not Apple check the paperwork that came in the box

It's a shame that it took a post on a discussion board to get this resolved, when going through the correct channels failed, but everything is working now, so that's the main thing.

I bought CS3 several years ago while in school, but had to drop out before I even opened the software. A few months ago I opened and installed the software and used Photoshop to complete a review project in preparation for my return to school. This morning when I tried to open Photoshop again I got a message saying the license didn't support the software anymore and I would need to check with my IT administrator or contact Adobe. I tried calling Adobe but the recorded message said CS was not phone supported. I know it took me a long time to get back to school, but it seems sad to waste the $1,000 I spent on the software. Is there a solution to this issue or do I need to buy new software? Thank you for your help if you have any suggestions.

If you don't know the sender, then it is most likely a scam or spam email. I get them every day - I just delete them. I also get daily notices from Facebook or someone called Adriana at Facebook even though i do not have an account there. Can't do anything about it - just delete it.

I lost part of my contacts on cloud few days ago. As if cloud used an old saved sync .
How can I get back my contacts?Unless you had backed up some of your data to iCloud, there's no way to get it back with the exception of previous iTunes purchases which can be redownloaded.

I can see all my other previous purchases but not audiobooks. I went to the actual audiobook in the itunes store and clicked on "Buy" and it said I already purchased it but I can't download it for free anywhere.

Firefox stopped working a few months ago. Re-installation does not work. Help
Firefox suddenly stopped working. I have tried uninstalling numerous times during the last six months without any success. It appears to download and puts an icon on the desktop but clicking it does not connect me to the internet. Google Chrome and Explorer work but I prefer Firefox. Any ideas to solve this. I am running Microsoft Vista
This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

I bought the Adobe student version of Photoshop and Premiere Elements a few months ago - and now I am trying to use it, and the serial number that I have is incorrect - or it is only the registration number or something? It says I should have been sent an email with the serial number once the product was registered - But I never received this email. If I were you I would first make sure CS6 was deactivated or signed-out. Then download Adobe's cleaner and remove cc, CS6 and any other creative application installed including Creative Cloud desktop application. Then install CS6 and use your CS6 serial number during the install to activate CS6 standard or extended which ever the serial number is for. CS6 Version 13.0 should the be activated. That level of CS6 is extremely bug ridden so be sure to the use CS6 menu Help>Updates to get CS6 updates. Windows should update to version 13.0.1.3 Mac to version 13.0.6. Not Subscription CS6 version 13.1.2...

I bought a song a few months ago from iTunes. I have been playing it for months and all of a sudden it stops at the 1:00 mark on all of my devices and no longer plays. I can't re-download it because it already thinks it's been downloaded. How can I get another copy of this song that I have already paid for?!
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:
