My entire itunes library is store in my computer, but for some reason it has well has the cloud symbol to be download again, why ?
I have all the songs store in my computer and as you can see, for some reason the iCloud symbol is in there for me to download them again. How can I syncronize my icloud with my computer so it stops tell me to download the songs that I already have!!

The cloud logo means that you purchased these songs from the iTunes Store but haven't downloaded them to your computer yet. If you want, click the clouds to download the songs and the cloud logo's will disappear for those songs too. -
I've been producing a podcast for a while now, and just recently had this problem. I've updated the rss feed and loaded new episodes to the podcast, but for some reason the episodes are showing up in the iTunes store when you search for the podcast, but the "Podcasts" app on my iPhone isn't updating, and neither is my subscription to the podcast in my iTunes software.
Can anyone tell me my why the store has my latest episodes, but my subscriptions don't update and add them?That is the correct feed URL.
The title for the episode of 4th February has an ampersand ('&') in it. You can't have an ampersand in an XML file such as a feed because it indicates the start of a code sequence which is never completed, thus rendering the entire feed unreadable in same readers. I'm surprised that the Store is coping with it - evidently the programming recognizes that it's within a tag; the iTunes application, which is a different program, isn't and so is showing no episodes as it can't read the feed.
You need either to replace the ampersand with the code
&
or the word 'and'. -

I downloaded a movie last night from iTunes and it downloaded to my laptop and my phone but for some reason it now won't play on my laptop. The album artwork on my laptop has gone and it exists perfectly on my phone. What do I do?
I paid for it so I'd really like to avoid paying again just to see this movie. Is it because it's on my iPhone? Whenever I try to click on the movie to make it play it just does nothing like it's not there. The file for the movie exists within my iTunes library files but I can't seem to click and drag it into iTunes or open it with iTunes. On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. If you are doing it on an iOS device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) then try tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store (Settings > Store on iOS 5 and below) and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

I changed my apple I'd and password because my old ID was not working, but for some reasons I can not get into my app store with the new ID and pass. Please help
Anybody can access the App Store - even without an Apple ID.
What are you saying? You cannot access your purchased apps with your new ID? If you are, that is the way that it works. If you set up a new Apple ID - you can't update the apps that you bought with the old ID. You have to continue to update the purchased apps with the old ID and password since purchases are always tied to the ID that made the purchases.
If you need to sign into your new ID you can do that in Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID. Tap th old ID and sign out then sign in with the new one. -
I have 9.81 GB of memory free on my iphone, which is more than enough to hold my entire music library, but for some reason my mac keeps telling me that I need 6.5 GB more of memory space to hold everything in my library. What can I do to solve this?
Are there any other things selected to be synced to your phone? Photos perhaps?

• iMovie ill behaving - Trash the iMovie pref file - use to set things right
• in reg. to Photos - Did You change iPhoto Photo Library - Then iMovie get's lost as it peeks into iPhoto on start up to see where photos are stored. Set iPhoto back to first Photo Library (when iMovie is not running) then start iMovie.

Iv downloaded the 0845 wizard from the App Store. Registered my details and it has been working. But for some reason it won't let me log in and keep saying failed every time I try to use it. Iv deleted and re-downloaded the app and it still says the same?
I would say to start by looking on their web site... unfortunately, that appears to be dead.
Based on the horrible ratings on the App Store (1 star for the current version), I'm not surprised it doesn't work well. -
We own 5 Apple devices but for some reason I cannot get iTunes to recognize one of the iPads. The other 4 show up just fine and we can sync and do all the stuff we are supposed to do, but this one device is never recognized. I've tried updating the software, reinstalling iTunes, using different ports on the laptop, different cables...just about everything. I have NEVER been able to connect this one device, but all the others are fine. I'm at my wits end. Is there someone out there who can help a relative novice figure out what's going on? Hi there
So I just changed from an iphone4S to an iphone 5 because my screen didn't work any longer on the 4s but the phone itself still works so I managed to get all my contacts etc BUT for some reason I can't transfer all my music across to itunes and therefore I can't get it onto my new phone, it only transfers about 50% of it.
Then when i go into music on the iphone 5 it shows the music but won't let you play anything and just flicks through all the songs without playing anything.
Can anyone help please?
