My first gift for 12 days of gifts has a price instead of free after I view the gift. What do I do?

If you tap View Gift you will be guided to the page showing the whole "Africa" series.
From here, tap the first episode - "Kalahari" and it will seemingly show you the same page.
If you tap "Kalahari" once more, you will see the page for the episode and will display "Free" for you.

Clicked to delete an admin account, but when I realised it was failing to do so, I tried to close System Preferences / log out / shutdown my mac and this is what comes up:
'System Preferences is busy and can't be closed.
Users & Groups preferences is removing a user account and saving the Home directory to a disk image.'
It has been attempting to delete the account for a few days now and I need to access a different User on my Mac and can't!
Please can someone tell me what do I do?

i have been trying for three days to try and get this working , and tried a few of the forum suggestions already and this is just to try them ... so glad i haven't pais anything yet . i get the signed out loop no matter what i try

I'm trying to place a phone call and when I do the 3G icon goes away and the phone just says connecting but never does. I have almost full service and only have had my new iPhone 5 for two days. Can anyone help because I can't call Sprint at the moment???

i dropped my phone down the toilet and after drying it out for 3 days, it will turn on but turn itself off after several minutes, please help!
so is there no saving my iphone 4? even if it works fine when its on, can text and phone, email etc. just turns off and then reloads the apple icon and asks for my passscode again. it almost seems as it wont charge.

My screen won't work, i have tried turning it off but i cant swipe the power down button because my screen doesnt work. I have only had my iphone 4s for one day and this has happened, someone please help me.
Did the trick! Not sure what I did to cause the screen to go numb, but this worked perfectly!!! I cleaned the screen and must have inadvertently selected something that locked the screen. This perfect solution kept me from having to run to the Apple Store. Many thanks.

I am a new Logic user. I attempted to download the additional data (roughly 20GB) and for two days my Macbook has been alerting me that there are five seconds left for my download. Ha. I can't quit Logic, or shutdown my computer. Any suggestions?

I need to re-install my inDesign 5.5 but don't have my licence no for the previuos version (3). My 5.5 has been registered on my Adobe-account, but not the CS3, what can i do?
Why do you need InDesign CS (that is version 3) or InDesign CS3 (that is Version 5) to install InDesign CS5.5 (it is version 7.5)?
If it is an upgrade and asks you to input your serial of an older version, you have to get an find it. No one will help you here. If you can't find it and if you have not registered it, you are out of luck. You will have to spend money for a new version. -
Two days ago, I have a new iphone 4S. After I installed the OS and start the iphone, I found a strange screen says "!9D/JC" that blocks the iphone and I can not access the iphone until click many times on the "Desmiss" button at the botom of the screen.
I appreciate if you could provide me support to solve this problem especially it consumes the battery a lot.Another post originally dated 5th Feb, 2012 with a slightly different unheard of error "%7D/JC".

I need help reactivating my 4s!
I updated the software to ios7, couldn't remember my passcode (never used it before, and ios7 turned it on) and ended up disabling my phone. Erased it remotely via Find my iPhone, and now that I'm trying to restore it, it wont activate. It's been this way for 2 days now. I get the "activation server is unavailable" error. I realize Apple is struggling with their servers during this software update and launch of the new iPhone 5, but really, 2 days now??
I am currently living abroad, and am using a sim card that must be unlocked. So when I plug it into iTunes, it will not activate because the sim card is locked.
Help!! Is there anything I can do?Try disconnecting your iPhone temporarily and then reconnecting it after a while.

Has anyone had a problems with their alias today?
Apple has deleted mine today; causing me a major headache as they deleted the alias that I use as my main email address.
What happened exactly, is that the @icloud.com alias remained, but the @me.com disapeared. So that the John.Smith alias became valid only for [email protected], but [email protected] disapeared.
To try to restore the situation, I deleted the alias, with the hope of re-creating it: but bad luck, that option is not open to me as I have had 5 aliases active till today, and they now only give you 3, and even once I had deleted 2, they would not allow me to set-up a new one for 7 DAYS.
I can't be without email for 7DAYS, care of Apple. Calling AppleCare does not seem to help, and the line gets dropped once I have explained the problem.
Please help me raise someone at Apple to fix this.

I have been able to suspend my phones for up to 90 days at a time. Now when I suspend the phones it will only suspend the phones for 1 day. Why????
You can suspend for up to 180 days in a rolling one year period. It would appear that you have suspended the line for 180 days since April 2014, so you can no longer suspend it for another 90 days at a time. but only what's left of the 180 days since one year ago today.
Does that make sense? -

For 3 days I keep getting "connection untrusted" message. Why after year of firefox?
Every website I visit for the past 3 days, even yours is giving me the "connection untrusted" message.
Hi,I would like to suggest a couple of things, first buy and install Best Taskmanager from ovi store, it will show you all the applications running on your phone , and as you would need to connect your phone to the web unless you are in range of wifi, I would really recommend you add unlimited internet to your contract, it really will make your whole 5800 experience much better, and it won't really matter what app is trying to connect to the web. If you can only use wifi you might as well use the computer at home/work for your web browsing. You can as suggested simply go into your connection settings and disable them, but it just seems a shame to remove so much functionality from what is quite a good and advanced handset.
