My Green iPhone 5c "creaks" in the bottom left hand corner, would this be up to get a replacement? And if so, would I be able to get that replacement without AppleCare?

Recently I have noticed that my green iPhone 5c makes a creaking noise when I press in the bottom left hand corner, or sometimes when I press the home button. I was wondering if this would be up for replacement, since I got this around Christmas of 2013. I do not have AppleCare either, so I was wondering if I would be able to get replacement without it as well.

None of us users here can tell you what Apple will do. Apple will examine your phone and if a hardware defect is determined, your phone will be replaced free under warranty.

Shift - command - f is the short cut to go to full screen - esc will return from Full screen to normal

Hi TrinityFire, thank you for the update. It seems wrong that a site could limit you to using one method of "clicking". I wonder whether there is a Firefox setting to always ensure that mouse clicking will work even if your device has a touchscreen?
Could you check these two preferences and see whether they make any difference:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the filter box, type or paste '''touch''' and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Try double-clicking the following to toggle them to false:
dom.w3c_touch_events.enabled = <s>true (default)</s> ''See Note''<br>
dom.w3c_touch_events.expose = true (default)
You might need to restart after changing these settings before they take effect.
Does this switch the site from touch to mouse click? Or make it stop working altogether?

I am searching for answers to this as well. My daughter and I just started seeing what looks like a message bubble or a safari tab in the left corner Of the lock screen. We can also see something in the multitasking area. If I am on safari, she sees the icon and can touch it. It takes her to the safari page I am looking at! When trying to click on menus on USAA, it shows "javascript:;" in the bottom left hand corner and the menu won't work in FF 21. But the menus work in IE 10.

whenever I go to USAA.com on firefox, I can't click on any of the drop down menus. Instead, a box in the bottom left corner (where a link address would usually show) pops up with "javascript:;". If I use IE10, the site works perfectly. I prefer Firefox so it drives me a little nuts that I have to switch browsers for one site. I have reviewed all written responses about the number in red circle that appears on ical icon and all of them mention an envelope in the bottom left-hand corner with an invitation. I have the number but no envelope. How do I remove it?

I have a number in a red circle on the ical icon at the bottom of the desktop. I know from reading previous (quite old) posts that there should be an envelope with an invitation in the left-hand bottom corner of the ical page. I don't have the envelope. My partner recently got a new Mac and was trying to join our calendars and it caused some problems for me so she discontinued that merge. We are no longer connected (by Mac, I mean). This may have caused the problem but now I don't know how to get rid of that number. I can't find any event that she added to my calendar to click on to perhaps get rid of it. Any ideas?

My mac is dim in the bottom corner of my screen, and the brightness goes almost like a gradient into the regular screen brightness. It also changes sometimes so that the whole screen is the dim brightness.

Yuy can try the standard fixes to rule out a software problem:
- Reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restor to factory defaults/new iPod.
If you still have the problem that points to a problem like bad digitizer. Apple will exchange your iPod for $99, $149 or $199 depending upn the capacity.
A third-party place may be less expensive. Google for more places.

It's a Continuity feature, new in iOS 8. I believe it has to do with Handoff.
