You are most likely running Snow Leopard or an older version. Did it say what your current software is? If you are upgrading from Snow Leopard (10.6) to Lion (10.7), it needs to be purchased from the Mac App Store.

Whenever I select a color in Photoshop, there is an error icon and it comes out gray. How can I get the colors to work?

Thanks for the question. This simply means that the episodes are not currently stored on your computer. They were successfully purchased, however are stored in the cloud. You can download the episodes by clicking the cloud icon:

I didn't find any information documents that stated if two different iCloud accounts could exist on the same computer (iMac).

Yes, Just create a separate user account on your Mac for your wife to use. You can setup Fast User Switching in the System/Users & Groups preference pane
so it's easy to switch back and fourth via the Menu bar:

Make sure that Firefox gets installed properly.
Open the Firefox disk image (DMG) file and drag the Firefox program to the application folder on your hard drive.
You shouldn't double-click the Firefox application to run it from the disk image, but drag it out of the DMG folder instead.

Log in to appleid.apple.com and resend the verification email to then verify the address. If you cannot get pass that, then you can always force the restore on your iPad and then enter in the password to bypass trying to turn it off.

You can all use the same ID for iTunes, but separate ones for iCloud; the former would be for iTunes, iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match, and the latter for iCloud email, calendars, contacts and bookmarks syncing, Photostream, and so on.

How can I change my old Apple ID? I have a new one created but can't deleted the old one it's gray and u can't tap on it?

You will need to use that old Apple ID and password to update any apps you purchased using that account. So you will either need to recover that Apple ID, which if you forgot the password you should be able to reset here:

iCloud requires OS X Lion (10.7.5) or higher. IYou will need to upgrade to OS X Lion higher in order to set up iCloud on your Mac. First check to see if your system meets the system requirements to upgrade.
Lion system requirements are:

I had the hard drive for my iMac replaced and used a different log-in for iCloud (I didn't realize I did). I can see my old log-in picture in iCloud so I know my old info is there. So, how can I merge the new and old together. The old account has all my files and itunes?

You can not merge accounts and data of two accounts. If you want to have all of your data in one account then you will have to sign in and transfer your files manually to your harddrive so that you can safe them in a second step in your other account.
