My inner loop only loop once. Why?

If you enter c, a, c, 2.
Now you are back to main menu, this is fine. Then select c again, and b. It straight away prompt for quantity. Why? I want it to stay at the submenu until user hit c, then go to main menu.

where is "out" declared and initialized? You are missing some relevant code, and have too much non-relevant code here.
Also, please don't do
while (fubar != true);when
while (!fubar);is so much more straight-forward and beautiful.
