My Ipad2 is iPad 2 Wi-Fi 3GS,IOS 5.0.1 (9A405),doesn't work on Philips DC390 .but my father's Ipad2 32GB 3G IOS 5.0.1 9A405works on it.please help

Hi! My name is Nazım . I live in North Cyprus. I’ve got  Apple Ipad 2 and  Iphone 4. My Ipad2 is iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G:  Serial number: DQTFFVC1DFJ3.,IOS 5.0.1 (9A405), model MC775LL .my itunes is last version. I bought my ipad  from America.
I’ve recently bought Philips DC390 from  Apple Store in Oxford Street. Althouh Philips dock 1 seemed  to work properly (charged and player). The second dock isn’t compatible with my ipad2. It didn’t work(play),It charges though.
I sent e-mailed to Philips.uk for assistance. They recommend me to reset my  ipad2 to see if this clears any issue, but it does indicate a fault with the unit. It didn’t work either.several time I reset my Ipad2.
In addition to this, I contacted Apple support.UK on 22nd December 2011. I informed about  the problem was likely to be with the apparatur.However  I tried my father’s Ipad2 last night.software is the same my Ipad2’s IOS 5.0.1 (9A405), to my surprise it worked properly. I’ve already reset my ipad2 several times but it didn’work.
I would be grateful if you could make me some recommendations to sort out the refered my problem.

So, my DNS is comming from my ISP.  It's the same list of IP addresses for all our other devices that are working: 2 PC's 2 Laptops, a PS3 and a WII, an iPhone 3gs running IOS 5.0 and an iPhone 4 running IOS 5.0.
The ONLY two devices that are having issues are my iPhone 3gs running IOS 5.0.1 and my iPad 2 running IOS 5.0.1.
Soooooo,  there is something incompatible with my ISP's DNS and IOS 5.0.1?
