My iPhone 4 is stuck on the configuration screen as it's saying I have an invalid sim but I recieved a text saying from T-mobile that the phone is unlocked. it was working before but when i restored it this happened. iTunes is also stuck. Please Help!

You'll have to get the SIM card first, you can't set it up without a supported SIM.

When I was putting together an Imovie I put music in the background and it played fine in the beginning but now when I watch it the first half of the movie plays music while the second half is silent even though I put music there as i did with the first half. So basically...the music in the second half of my movie is not playing like it used to.

Are you referring to the 4-digit passcode lock, or are you referring to unlocking to use with another carrier? If you have forgotten the passcode lock for your device, you will have to follow the steps in this support document. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212
If you are trying to unlock the device for another carrier, you need to contact the carrier the device is locked to. -
Whenever I try to go on a website, Firefox says "Problem loading page." It won't load any pages. I tried uninstalling and re-installing but it still says and does the same thing.

LastPass was working before Firefox 5 beta today. What happened?
I allowed the auto update of Firefox 4. I was not having any

Last Pass is supposed to be compatible with Firefox 6.0a2, so Firefox 5.0b2 shouldn't be a problem. Open the Add-ons manager Tab - {Ctrl + Shft + A} - right-click that extension - use Find Updates. See if that forces an update for that extension.
BTW, you must be on the Beta Channel for updates, Firefox won't be a release version for at least another month to 6 weeks. There should be a channel changer feature in the Help > About Firefox. -

I have exactly the same problem, i rolled back to 3.6.8, bbc iplayer plays fine. Now i have the 3.6.10 update pop up re-appearing, thank you but no thanks.

Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
As you've posted from the authorise/deauthorise page then assuming that is what you are trying to do then you should be able to authorise (or deauthorise) an account on an individual computer via the Store drop-down menu - if you are using a PC with iTunes 11 then Alt-S should get the Store menu to appear e.g. (screenshot from a Mac)
You can also, once every 12 months, deauthorise all computers via your account (Store > View Account menu option).
If that isn't what you are posting about, then if you say what your problem is then somebody on here might be able to help. -
Before , my downloaded and converted movies were working on itunes , but now , i can't open them on itunes .
I have tried Leawa mp4 converter which was working before , but now it convertes without opening in itunes , then i tried any video converter and the same happens ( it convertes without opening in itunes) , i have tried to copy and paste my vidoes into automatically add to itunes in itunes media , and it didn't add .
So , if someone has a way to put my vidoes into itunes i will be glad

I own a I phone 4. I recently changed my service from AT&T to Straight Talk. It was working fine but then I deleted the vpn file on accident. Now when I try to get on line I get a message that I am not signed up with a cellular data network. Does anyone know how I can retrieve or download the vpn file?
I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

I just replaced my iPod 5th gen. a week ago, and it was working fine, but when I went to go turn the screen on, it wouldn't turn on. I've tried to put it on the charger and it wouldn't charge and it wont connect to my computer, how do i fix this? I tried to reset the iPod, by pressing the home and power button but nothing works. It's literally a brand new iPod, I dont know what to do now. Help?
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

i bought a factory unlocked iphone 4s. it was working fine but when i upgraded it to iOS 5.1 it gave me "no sim" message.
so i tried then to restore the iphone using itunes but it got worse it is giving me now "ICCID: unknown" message please help. any ideas?Please define "factory unlocked". The term is basically meaningless. iPhones are sold either carrier locked or unlocked. Some carriers will unlock them after a period of time upon meeting certain requirements and paying a fee.
There are lots of places that will "factory unlock" an iPhone. This basically translates to "hack". This can cause permanent damage to the phone. Best case scenario is these phones will re-lock to the original carrier on an update or restore. Worst case it they become expensive bricks.
ICCID unknown indicates a critical failure. There is no way to resolve this other than taking it in to Apple and getting the phone replaced. It's very possible that the phone was hacked and attempting to update has now killed it.

i had recently followed orders to restore my iPhone 3gs (iOS 6.1) from a question on apple support. However it was working fine before that, it's just that my phone didn't have signal. So it said to restore my iPhone and now it says that the Activation server is temporarily unavailable and when i plugged it into my mac, it said that i ddn't have a sim card installed. What can I do to fix this besides bring it to the store? it also bugs me because this answer was supposed to work but it just messed my phone up even more. This has already happened once and i had to take it to the store. What should I do to fix this? Thank you so much for all answers. i really appreciate.

So this morning, the sound on my MacBookPro was working perfectly, but then all of the sudden, the sound didn't work. When i turned the volume up, it showed it turning up, but there was no noise. I also tried plugging in my earphones, and it still didn't work. I don't know what to do!!
Go step by step and test.
1. System Preference > Sound > Output > Internal Speakers
Highlight Internal Speakers / Headphones
Make sure that Mute is not enabled.
2.Plug in and remove the headphone.
If you see red light in the headphone port, plug the headphone
in and out of the port 5 or 6 times to flip the microswitch inside.
Sound output may be stuck in the digital mode.
3. Reset PRAM. http://support.apple.com/kb/PH4405
4. Reset SMC. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
Choose the method for:
"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".
5. Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup
Audio Devices window
Side Bar
Click the Built-in Output.
Under Mute any of the boxes checked? If so, uncheck it.
