My iphone 4 is stuck on the hello screen...with a white background after i tried to update it. How do i correct this? I have already gone to itunes and backed it up. But after i back it up it always return to the hello screen in different languages ?

My iphone 4 is stuck in the setup phase with a white background. It tells me hello in several diffrent languages and tells me to slide to set up. I have already backed it up on itunes several times but it always returns to the hello screen with the white back ground. Can anyone please help me with this? All of this happened after i updated it for the 1st time. Help pLease?

I have just now tried the Reinstall via iTunes, about 20 into the download, the iTunes logo on the phone disappeared, and the Apple Logo appeared again,,, I waited until the iTunes stated that the download had finished, and the install was in progress,,,

It sounds like you've restored Windows on your PC and iTunes is no longer opening and running normally.
I'd recommend using the instructions found at step 4 and 5 in this article to repair or remove/reinstall your iTunes installation:

You should be able to accept this message, it will cause existing music, photos (not camera roll) and videos (also excluding those in camera roll) to be removed and replaced with those from this computer. All other user data on the iPad will be unaffected.

In iTunes go to the Help menu in the upper menu bar. Then click on iTunes Help. Then on Sync your iPod, iPhone or iPad and follow the instructions.

So in the Life on Earth textbook, there is an image of an ant that has no background, so when you pick it up, you can see the text below without the standard "white box" around it.
I've scorwed the internet looking for answers but couldn't find any.

Unfortunately... When I try to achive this, my images open on a black background.
I can achive the pick up.

Well, if I put a white background in my image, it opens in full screen with a white background. But has a white square when I pick it up:
This is with a 2028 x 1496 image same as above, just no background - came out of Illustrator - and this has the effect I want, as the first post but still opens to full screen with a black background.

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
Font Size and the scale (size) at which a document is printed is controlled within the application just before the job is sent to the printer - this means the size is set from your browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer) or perhaps your Editor (Word). Generally speaking, most applications use Print Preview -- or a variation of that program under a different name.

Current update failed to install properly. Downloaded current version and now I have the error message regarding MSVCR80.dll Itunes worked well to before the update. How can I correct this error?

An update was downloaded and failed to install properly. When I tried to use the old Itunes, I get the message "The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer". I then received the message "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes"I tried reinstalling with the same error message. I then uninstalled the old version, downloaded the new version and still received the same message. How do I solve this problem?

The first thing I would suggest is to close all of your open apps, restart, and reset your iPhone:

You may need to put the iPad into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 - you should then be able to reset the iPad and restore/resync your content to it.
If you do it via a different computer that it's not normally synced to then (from here) :
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.

App says that I have already purchased juice cubes and will download automatically but will not download.

my son keeps wanting me to open the Juice Cubes app. It says that it has already been purchased and will download now with no additional charge. It doesn't do anything. I can't open it. Not sure what else to suggest, logging out, closing apps, soft-reset, logging back in, fixes a number of things - I've done a quick search on here and I can't find any fixes, hopefully if somebody else reads this and knows what to do then they will post.
I seem to be able to download the app here in the UK, and delete and redownload it. You could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can see any problems with your account that is affecting the redownloading of that app (but it might take 24 hours for them to reply, and they not suggest anything new ; except for possibly resetting your iPad back to factory defaults which is probably not advisable apart from as a last resort, you may not be able to redownload everything from the store as rights-holders occasionally remove items) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
Had you made any in-app purchases within the app and/or have progress in the app ? You could try creating a new account (you will need to use a different email address as its primary email address) and see if you can download it with that account - but as apps are tied to the account that downloaded them any in-app purchases/progress from your existing account will not show if you download the app on a different account.

Redownloading an account's past purchases can tie a device to that account for 90 days (though that should only affect redownloading, iTunes Match and automatic downloads), so if you do create a new account and you can download the app then if it gets deleted (you can prevent apps being deleted via Settings > General > Restrictions > Deleting Apps 'off') you may not be able to redownload it - or if you do it may tie your iPad to that account for 90 days : iTunes Store: Associating a device or computer to your Apple ID.

I've created a "header" in Illustrator. When I send it to someone to be used in a report.. it comes up "blurred" or, with a white background. I tried opening in Photoshop and saving as JPEG, but get same results. What do I do?

Have you tried exporting for MS Office?
You could also try exporting as transparent PNG with 144 ppi.
On top of that: don't scale it in Office.

Afterwards, your device should be displayed if connected:
We'll want to click on it, and choose the Music tab at the top. Let's make sure "Sync Music" is checked:
Afterwards, you'll have the option to sync either the entire music library (for your first iPod), or "Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres" (for the secondary device). Upon selecting this option, four larger option boxes will appear allowing you to pick and choose what content will be synced. For audiobooks, you may need to do the above in the "Books" section. Check to see if in Settings > General > Restrictions and if Restrictions is turned on, look at the Require Password section and see if it is set to Immediately. If it is, then that will be what causes Touch ID to not be used when making purchases and would need to be set to a different time.
