Connect your device, select it in the left-hand column, then change the settings on the various tabs to sync the media content your library to the device. Anything already on it may be removed. If that would be a problem see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

I got my iPod on Monday, November 5th, so I've had it less then a week and I'm having so many issues with it. It would synce my music then when I tried again it synced the music, but it won't play so I tried to restore it and that made it worse. I had to take it to the apple store to fix it and now that it's restored I tried to sync it again and the same thing happened. It will sync the music but I can't play it. It's really frustrating, exspecially, because I just turned 17 and paid for this with my own, hard-earned money for a to-myself present!!
Based on what you tried, I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store and press for a replacement iPod. Elevate to the store manager if necessary.

I am based in the UK and have just got a new iphone 6, everything works well except when i try to turn on the itunes store app - i can do a search and buy music etc that way, within the app, however, if i go to Music, Movies or the TV shows section within the Store app, i get a message come up saying "Item Not Available" - This item you've requested is not currently available in the UK Store, but it is available in the US store. Tap Change Store to view this item". I therefore cannot browse the music, movies or tv shows sections at all, nothing shows up except that message. All my previous itunes purchases have downloaded ok, and i can access them. My apple ID works fine and restrictions on the iphone are turned OFF. The App Store app works normally. Connection etc is all fine and I can access itunes in the normal way on my ipad and laptop, so this is just an iphone problem. Any ideas? is this a bug? I cant find anyone else with exactly the same problem. By the way, the same message comes up when i click on the red Music icon, on the iphone (situated next to the Safari icon) and then go to the "Store" via that app. my playlists are in tact, but as soon as i click that Store button, I am told that the Item is unavailable - not that i have chosen any Item lol, I just want to access the store in the normal way. It is working now. I no longer get the message about the item not being available in the US and I can access the store.

I used to live in Spain and bought music in the iTunes Store , I have now moved to Ireland and have a new iPhone but the music I bought in Spain is not listed in my music nor is it in my Library. Can I get hold of this music or do I have to re buy the albums? I have not changed my apple I'd just my place of residence. Help?
This is a bit of a mess, because your billing address has to match the current iTS you are using. You also can't move items from one Apple ID account into another.

My playlist appears in itunes, but the music files have mysteriously disappeared from my iTunes Media file. Is there a way to recover them? Tried searching and cannot find them.

Older Zens don't support AAC, which is the format iTunes uses for songs.

I can watch all of my old TV shows on iTunes, but the last one I downloaded jammed up after about one minute. I tried quitting I-tunes and re-starting my computer to no avail. iTunes won't even let me delete it so I can try downloading it again. But it will let me delete other episodes.

I am receiving excel files, which I need to convert with my macbook pro...I did this with export, but the file I got didnt show graphs as it should...can you help...do I need to buy excel for Apple computer, or is there any easier way of dealing with it..does App "Numbers" help here?

Ok so I use an hdmi connector on my iPhone 4S to watch netflix. But after I updated to iOS 7 it will not work my tv doesn't receive a signal. Does anyone have any insure to this please help .!.!.
The 8 pin Lightning connector can only output 720p and lacks all iPod Out functionality unlike the full iPod Out functionality and 1080p that the 30 pin connector has and I suspect that they are coding iOS 7 specifically for the new devices which have severely reduced abilities and perhaps skipping adding the code needed for 30 pin devices to use their functionality with HDMI, etc.

How can I access my music library from a laptop on the road, as if my PC is not active? I tunes is installed on both PC and Home Sharing is enabled on both devices.
The key constraint for Home Sharing in this context is that both PCs need to be on the same wifi network. So once you get out of range of the wifi network covering your home PC, the laptop is not going to be able to Home Share.
Have you considered importing your iTunes music to the laptop? Then you could listen to a local copy of the music on the laptop while you're on the road. (You can do the import via home sharing when both computers are on the same wifi network.) -
My iphone syncs with everything except iphoto.
It used to be able to do it, but has now stopped.
I'm trying to sync photos so I can upgrade my phone, and keep all my photos taken with my old phone.
But I cannot get the photos from my phone to my computer because when I link my phone to my mac iphoto doesn't recognise it at all.
Any ideas?
ThanksLots of folks fix these kinds of issues with a simple restart of the phone. Others require a Reset of the phone.

i have latest version of i tunes i.e. 11.2 and OS 7.1.1
but the photos are around 3000 in my laptop n only half of them i.e. 1500 and lesser are being syn to my iphone.
i tried many tyms but the problem remains

Hey all, I'm new here and I'm desperate for some help.
Well, this all started a couple days ago. To make a long story short, my ipod (5th gen video) was plugged in my cpu charging for almost 2 days straight. When I got back home, all the music on my ipod was erased. Before these 2 days my ipod and i tunes were working fine. Now, whenever I hook up my ipod, itunes says that it is syncing but when it finishes the music isn't on my ipod...I'm not sure if it being hooked up for too long had anything to do with it, but I can't figure this out for the life of me...I fear it might be something simple and I'm a complete idiot(lol), but I just wana get this fixed if possible.

New iphone, synced with Outlook, but messages remain 'unread'.
I just moved to a new iphone 3gs and even though I didn't' change anything on my computer my iphone email remains marked 'unread' with the little blue dot and notification numbers.
I see people have this problem a lot, but previously when I opened outlook and just downloaded email the blue dots would disappear on the iphone. I could almost see it happen live if I updated the iphone email. I didn't even have to read the email on my computer, it just automatically recognized it was downloaded by outlook and therefore removed the blue dot and notification.
I should note that in my outlook settings I have never had it set to remove email from server right away (I have always left my email on the server for a week to get email on the road and as a backup for HD failure).
So for whatever reason when I set up the new iphone email (had to do it manually) this time it does not know I've downloaded the email to Outlook and does not automatically take the blue dot away. I'm not sure how it did it before but I would like to have it working again.
Any thoughts?My iPhone email works with my Gmail account.
Since going to OS 3.0, I've found that the unread indicator on the mail icon is wrong if I delete new messages without reading them first.
I now seem to be stuck with 1 inbox mail unread despite all my inbox mails being read (and there's only 7 of them, not easy to miss). -

iCal color sync bug still in 2.1 - How disappointing.
I thought this bug was previously acknowledged here by apple, and had been around in 2.0.x firmwares too. I hear that the MobileMe service fixes this issue, however this is not an option for some users such as myself that find the MobileMe service useless for their needs.
I find it very disappointing how what seems to be a very small issue still hasn't been fixed yet - while most people say "Oh yeah, pay $99/year and sync with mobile me."
This BIG update isn't as BIG as it should be with this bug still present.
Still had to use the workaround by syncing one calendar at time assigning colors in the current order: red, orange, blue, green, purple.Try this:
