There is a red dot on my voicemail app on the phone and it won't go away. I don't even have a voicemail and I don't know how to make one. How can I make one or atleast make the dot go away.

This sounds more like a Windows question, than a Firefox question. When you say that an image shows up every time you open your computer, do you mean every time you turn on your computer, or every time you start Firefox?

What is it you need - Windows installer disc or something else? Your question is unclear. Could you be more specific?

This issue can be caused by an add-on that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Screen just froze up in middle of netflix show...has the image on screen. Don't know how to get rid of it,start over.

I was able to reboot...thank goodness..because this morning the screen was still frozen on the Netflix movie...full screen and no options to do anything. So the first option was not going to work for me.
By the time I got to work the dead battery was showing...even though it had been plugged in all night...
So then I looked at the Apple website to make sure I knew which was the Sleep key...and then did the reset and it worked. It's at 2% right now and I assume it's charging....I cleared out the Safari cache and closed it up.
Option 2, the reboot with Sleep and Home buttons worked...once I held them long enough!

If you can hide the status bar, it would be an option inside the app. I have one or two apps where that is an option but in most apps it is not.

I've an iMac with OS X 10.4.11. Sudden email problem: every received email has, after the header, 1 - 2 pages of technical data (e.g., Dkim-Signature, Domainkey-Signature, etc.) I don't know why this now happening, and I don't know how to get rid of it.

Beginning several days ago, all incoming emails have, after the usual email header and before the message appears, one to two pages of technical data (e.g., Dkim-Signature, Domainkey-Signature, Content-Transfer-Encoding, etc.). This is similar and more complex that the info one receives when an undeliverable email bounces back. I don't know where this stuff comes from, or how it came, and I don't know how to get rid of it. That just sounds like the mail headers. Most people don't know (or care) about them so they're usually hidden.
Check Mail -> Preferences -> Viewing -> Show header detail
I'm guessing it's set to 'All'. Switch it to 'Default' or None as you prefer.

Apple normally does not get involved in handling lost objects like this. Since a real name is not installed it will be much more difficult.
You can try contacting Apple support at the US number, assume you are US going to BWI from the listing: http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and explain the situation and see if they offer any suggestions.

Other indicates data that iTunes doesn't recognize. This can be caused by an interrupted sync or some other data corruption. Sometimes, just adding another song or app can clear up the problem.
