My iphone have some problem
My iphone 5 have some problems. Whenever I turn on its camera , after two or three snaps phone turns off itself , and only turns on After 10 or 15 minutes.

When having issues with an app not functioning as expected, such as the Camera app, the following Knowledge Base article offers up some great steps for troubleshooting:
iOS: Not responding or does not turn on - Apple Support
If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let it charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged. Learn more about charging iPhone and iPod touch, or iPad.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more about restoring iOS software.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Apple.

How did you create the account ? Unless you followed, exactly, the instructions on the HT2534 page that you posted from when creating an account then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

Apple does not repair devices beyond replacing the screen on some models or a battery replacement. They replace the ENTIRE device.
For the Out of Warranty replacement cost, you could have gotten a fully functional replacement device. Instead you chose to spend less to get only the screen replaced and continue to live with additional issues.
Apple will not touch the device now. They will know that it was opened elsewhere and that the replacement screen is not original. -

No you cannot. The iPhone warranty is only good in the country of purchase. You would need to bring it back to the US, or send it to someone that could take it to an Apple store in the US. Apple will not accept international shipments.

i have some problems with my iphone 5.
the first problem is: sometimes when someone calls me or i call someone i cant hear anything.
in order to hear i need to turn on the speaker and then to turn off the speaker and then i can hear without using the speaker.
another problem is with the absorption of wireless and celluar.
the absorption of wireless and celluar is low so i cant surf in the net everytime. if i away from the router bit the absorption is very low.
the same problem with the celluar absorption.

You have 2 options: send the phone to someone you know in the US to bring your phone to Apple for service, and when done they can send it back to you.
Or
Live with your phone the way it is.

One needs to press the home and sleep / wake keys together for the phone to reset
The other thing I could recommend
Let the battery run out and the phone completely "die"
It may take a day or two with it not being used
Then plug it in to charge and see if there is any change in behavior
If you cannot get this to work - you may need to bring it to an Apple store -

After reviewing the circumstances of your case, we determined that issuing you a refund for your unintentional purchase of "1000 Gold" is an appropriate exception to the App Store Terms and Conditions, which state that all sales are final. In five to seven business days, a credit of $99.99 should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.
The iTunes Store provides a warning message that asks if you are sure that you want to buy an item. This warning can be turned off. If you would like to make sure that this warning is on, you can reset the warnings in the iTunes Store by following the instructions in this article:

I have some problem with home sharing. I have iPad, iPhone, MacMini, MacBook and Apple Tv. Five items. I can't add other items to home sharing, like iPhones and pc of my sons, and my wife's pc. More than home (Family) sharing it becomes Single sharing. Is there any solution?

I have some problems when turning on my iphone 5. The screen turns black and then white and the appli is red and when I finally get in and start an app it turnes itselves off. This happens every time when I turn it on. After I have turned it on several times it acts normal.... But something is wrong...Anyone???

Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Note: You will not lose any data
If no joy, restore backup using iTunes.
Finally last attempt, rsetore as new and sync content back manually.
