My iphone keyboard gets over- sensitive
My iphone keyboard gets over sensitive sometimes, entering the letters as my fingers hover above the screen. This makes it impossible to type anything meaningful. Sometimes it is ok, then suddenly goes crazy, and vice versa.
What can I do to solve this? Please help.

I have Iphone 4 and its lock from at&t, but my contract is getting over in short time. And no longer i want to use this service. So after contract gets over its my right to get factory unlock my iphone 4.

My iphone is getting hot and draining the battery. This started yesterday, I've had the phone for over a year with no problems,
Delete and re-download the Dropbox app. You will have to sign in again and adjust app settings.

I just upgraded to the new iphone 4, but am hesitant to get it plugged in b/c I don't know how to make sure all the apps purchased on my iphone 3 get to the new phone. can't seem to find instructions so I'm sure it just "does it", but hesitant to literally pull the plug. thanks.

Make an appointment at the genius bar. An out of warranty replacement is $199 for an iPhone 4S. The caveat being that the phone has to be more or less intact... If you take them a "bag of parts", they won't offer a discounted replacement.

Message was edited by: khanhungThe console character only goes above certain letters in the alphabet. Such as the letter 'A'.
To get it to appear, just touch and hold the letter 'A' and a pop up will appear offering a variety of options for extra characters that can go over the letter 'A'.

Iphone Keyboard Texting Issues

I have been having this issue with the new Iphone 5 I dont know if this is something that is common but I have owned 2 Iphone 5s so far this last 2 years and they both seem to have the same issues. Every time you texting the stupid mic button next to the spacebar gets activated even when you pressing only the spacebar. I noticed this is happing with other keys seem to over lap sometimes also like when press V button the X button seems to activate during chat. This is super annoying and I dont even have fat fingers I have freak-in small piano player fingers. I tested my theory a few times by press each button at a slower speed to write out a full paragraph and it still does this!
Also auto correct is terrible it always auto correct words that are suppose to be spelled they way they are but automatically changes it to incorrect words or words that are not even in the english language, I know some of you are going to say " oh just turn off auto correct" but I didn't buy a iphone to turn off features that I payed for that are suppose to work(period).
I have been with apple and all the products for 10 years and I am a techy person and I seem to catch the small problems that will be a bigger problem as the apple products age and I tell you right now as much as I pay for this companies products it ALL seems to disappoint eventually after 3-4 months of usage. Even my Retina Mac Book PRO after 6 months and all your terrible patches now it only is able to hold 10-15% of its memory capacity at any given time during normal usage of a simple thing as surfing the net. I can barely us Lightroom and Photoshop with out memory lag and lose when I was able to do that plus more in the first 3 months. Your last patch was a mess and drained 30% of my memory life.

I was wondering if there was a app that will change the keyboard layout because I would like to move the mic button somewhere else since I am a freaking lefty by nature.
As for my mac book memory I am sorry it meant 8 gigs, I can try to send some tech specs if you need. I just dont understand why my mac is running at below 16% Memory cache when it should be at least above 40% stationary.

I have synced my iPhone numerous times and some of the memos in "Voice Memos" on my iPhone wont go over to my iTunes program on my computer. I have a folder titled "Voice Memos" on my iPhone and one of the same name on iTunes on my computer. But after I sync I only get 6 out of the 9 voice memos on my iPhone.
How do I get the rest (or all) of the memos from my iPhone copied to my computer?

Correct. it does not magially appear in other places. It will only be where you put it.

Correct as well. Iphone will sync with one computer at a time. Syncing to another will erase the current content.
You need to copy everything ( itunes library/contacts/pics/calendars/files/docs) from the old computer, or your backup copy of the old one, to the new one. -
I've got an iMac & an iPhone 5. I have been having issues when I have been saving events on 1 device & it has been getting over written & deleted by other device. Up until now it had been items that were not hugely important until now!!! I have a daily repeated event that I update on a Dailey basis so that I can keep a record of events for my job so that I can compile a report. The daily event is still in both diaries but any extra info that has been put in has been lost? So I have lost a month & a half a worth of data!!!
Does anyone know if there is a way of getting this back, can you view you iCal history at all?We need to know more about your system, please download EtreCheck and run the report and please post it on your next reply. Then we can see how your system is configured, what apps are on it and look for anything obvious. We will look forward to seeing your report.

After having my iphone 4 for over a year, the front screen cracks :(
So after having my Iphone 4 for over a year and purchasing the apple CARE protection plan, apple is acting as if they do not care about me and my phone. I have never traded in my phone and never had a problem with it until now. My screen is cracked and when i tried to go to the store to get it fixed, all they tell me is sorry you have to get a new phone for $199. My husband and iI are a huge apple fans. We have a mac book, mac mini, ipad 1 and 2 and 2 iphone4s. We are very loyal to Apple, but after this experience, I don't see how i can continue to be. I purchased the apple care plan and thought i would be able to use it since i never had a problem with my phone but they proved me wrong. I didn't want to have to purchase a whole new phone with the iphone 5 coming out because i plan to purchase that in the first shipment. I'm so disapointed and heart broken. I don't know what to do. I wanna cry right now. When it rains it pours. Just disapointed that this had to happen with APPLE!!!! and now i'm reading some of these responces and learning that some people have gotten their phones changed for FREE?!?!?!?!?!? What's up with that? I feel apple should give everyone one OOPS clause. and after that then you have to fend for yourself especially if we have to pay for a protection plan that we will not use or will not transfer to another phone.

There is no "oops" clause in the warranty. If you've paid for Apple Care, that coverage will transfer to a replacement phone, provided you pay Apple for the out of warranty replacement. -
Using USB to connect to itunes with iphone. Getting error OXE8000084 with pulsating tone. Have reset password, authorized computer, & repaired itunes when reinstalled it. Any suggestions on how to successfully connect to itunes and what this error message means? Thanks
0X is a Windows Error. Take the time to look over on the right under the "More Like This" and look for ones that have the green checkmark as being solved. You should find answers there.
