My iphone was stolen, can the thief get into my email if I've contacted my carrier and gotten them to block data etc?

So immediately after my iphone was stolen, I contacted the police and my cellphone carrier and the carrier cancelled/blocked all incoming/outgoing messages and data. I changed my gmail password that I had associated with my phone, just wondering if the theif can still access my email even though I changed the password?
Anyother suggestions for when this sort of thing happens?

They cannot access it if you have changed your password.

  • My iPhone was stolen. The thief is still receiving my iMessages.

My iPhone was stolen last week. I did a remote wipe, but the thief is still receiving my iMessages from other friends with iOS5. I would really appreciate any help.
    What I've done:
I called Verizon, and they redirected me to Applecare.
I called Applecare, and they said to change my Apple ID password.
I did this and sent my number an iMessage from my friend's phone; it was delivered and read.
I called Applecare again, and they said to get the ID cancelled through iTunes.
I contacted iTunes, and they said that iMessage is not associated with Apple ID, and cancelling my Apple ID will not stop the stolen phone from receiving my iMessages.
I changed my Apple ID email, password, and billing address in hopes that it would do something to disassociate my Apple ID from iMessage. No luck.
I really don't know what to do now. I don't like that my stolen phone is receiving messages from my friends.
P.S. I've also been sending that ******* obscene messages from my friends' phones.

Why you did not use Find my iPhone and now you would be able to brake hands to this fu*king bast*rd! haha

My Apple iPod Touch 4th Generation was stolen if the thief signed out of my iCloud account on the device will it go away on the web map on my computer and keep me from locking it remotely? I was asking my grandmother who works in apple tech support at at&t but she didnt know. so im hoping somebody will come by and say yes to my question because my iPod touch is still appearing in my iCloud.com account.

Yes. If it was signed out from iCloud, it will disappear from the Devices list in Find my iPhone.

if my ipad mini wifi only was stolen can the current user restore use using recovery mode?
Activation lock was on before it was taken and it is registered to me

Not if the thief does not have your AppleID and passcode AND you set
a password to be entered before the screen can be unlocked.

You are not addressing Apple. They would not be able to help you. This is a user to user forum. If the device had not been activated, there is no way to track it. Report the theft to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

  • Im new  here and i would like ask about help, my iphone was stolen can enybody tell me haw i can find my iphone?? how i can contakt with apple?? thnx

My iphone was stolen, if anyone can tell me how can I get it back? How to call the apple? Thanx

Apple can not do anything to find the lost device, it all depends on whether you had the Find My iPhone service turned on (and of course whether the device was connected to icloud).
    Details:
If you activated the Find My iPhone service (in Settings>icloud), and if the device's batteries still have a charge, the device is not turned off and has not been reset and is connected to wifi, then you can try to track it.  Using a computer, log into icloud.com and look at the Find My iPhone page.  On a device, invoke the Find My iPhone app (get it for free at the itunes app store) and log into the icloud account.
If the device is listed as "offline", then one of the requirements listed above is not met (like being connected to wifi, or if the device was stolen and the thief reset it).

  • My iPhone was stolen how do I get my photos

My iPhone 4 was stolen how do I get my photos back

From your backup or from iCloud. If you were not using either and
the sole source of your photos was on your iPhone, then your photos
    are gone with the iPhone.

    Hello Arthur1986,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!
If you were using iCloud to sync your content you may be able to retrieve your contacts, iCloud emails, iCloud calendar events at http://www.icloud.com by logging in with your Apple ID.

  • Hello my iphone was stolen a the person he set up find my iphone and he deactavited it so how do i take his stuff of so i can use my iphone4

    i need my iphone4

I assume you mean that you had not set up Find my iPhone, because if you had the thief could not have.If it is registered to his Apple ID you are out of luck. If you bought the phone new and have proof of purchase you can take it to an Apple store and they may be able to help you. Otherwise you are out of luck.

  • My iPhone was stolen, If the theif restores the phone will that make the phone untrackable by me?

If the thief removed my sim, restored the phone, and is now using it for themselves does that mean that I will not be able to track it any longer? Am I screwed if this is what has happend?

    Yep.

  • HT201317 my iPhone was stolen, can I access the photos on it that are older than 30 days?

Is is possible to access photos on an iPhone that were taken more than 30 days ago.  I had my iPhone stolen, I'd used it for 6 months without ever syncing it to any computer, and since it was nicked I bought a MacBook Pro in hopes that through iCloud I could get all the data from my phone but only a few recent photos showed up in Photo Stream, not all the others.  Any way to go back in time for the lost photos?
Also, only a few of my notes showed up too...any advice there?

    Welcome to the Apple community.
Unfortunately, having tried to recover your photos via photo stream already, I doubt there is much you can do.

  • My iphone was stolen how do i get the iphone blocked with the IMEI number

how to get an iphone locked with the imei number?

Ask your carrier as it varies from country to country.  In the USA, I don't believe any carrier maintains blacklisted IMEI numbers.  All they will do is cancel the account associated with that number, but they won't track and/or block that number.

  • I have lost my iphone5 recently. Luckily, the location services were on and I could trace the phone twice, but was still unable to get it back. I was wondering, can the thief restore all the settings of the phone with or without the charger?

When the lost mode still on?
As my phone is registered with my ID, can he disturb the whole setting and remove my Apple ID so that it cannot be tracked to my ID anymore?
( I don't need to know how, I need to know yes or no).
Once the find my iphone location service is disabled, it is of no use.
Apparently, I believe apple should make sure that once somebody puts his phone in the "Lost mode", all location services should be turned on by default.
The person should not be allowed to turn it off, and neither delete the "Find my iphone" app. In that way, the service may prove beneficial.

So, the only glimpse of hope for me is through IMEI tracking?
Are there any professionals who do IMEI tracking( I dont mind paying them)? I don't trust the police here, they are damm slow..
