Try updating your QuickTime to the most recent version. Does that clear up the DEP errors in iTunes?

Got it! Thanx. What I did was go to my account, check that they had my new ID and Password which they did, then hit reset button. All fixed. -
every time i plug my ipod touch 5th gen into itunes it tells me that the itunes sync session has been timed out what dose this mean? and what can i do to fix this i need help guys and this only happen when i click sync to put music on

when i try to update my iphoto in app store it keeps asking me to sign in to my account but i am already signed in can someone please tell me how to fix this.
Sign in with the Account you used to purchase the apps, or that you first used when you registered at the App Store. Oher than that you need to contact App Store support. They're the only ones who can fix account issues.

I had the same issue , as some one suggested please check in your contact under your name .
If your name in contact list does not have email address it will come as 'Holidays in United states' (Which is so frustrating as I am working , LOL), you need to add your email address in your contact name and then it will go.
I have done that and it worked for me , best of luck -

Is the iPod still singed into the account isn Settings>iTunes and App Stores and SettingsZ>iCloudl? If it is then I would not be concerned.

For the other "problem", go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says Prevent iPod....automatically syncing. -

See if any of the following fix it.
Try logging out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap 'Sign Out' on the popup and then log back in.
If that doesn't fix it then try closing the iTunes store app via the phone's multitasking bar and see if it works properly when you open the app : double-click the home button to open the taskbar and then swipe or drag iTunes from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and the click the home button to close the taskbar.
A third thing to try is a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot. -

Then you may have a hardware problem but try some standard troubleshooting first...
Try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
If still a problem restore with your backup.
If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue. -

RebeccaUnfortunately, you seem to have misunderstood the idea of purchasing extra storage space in iCloud. The extra space you have purchased it in the cloud, it is not on your phone, to add additional memory to your phone would require a physical alteration.
iCloud storage is for data and documents syncing, as well as for backing up your iOS devices, you can not store your files there.
