My kids accidentally reseat my i phone and when try to backup with I cloud it didn't back my photos constants and every thing. Plz help me I rally want my photos back again
Your problem is that she used your icloud ID to connect to icloud and thus had all your data synced to her device. Contacts are not saved in a backup to icloud, since they are stored independently in the Contacts section of icloud. If someone deletes them, they are gone. If you had them on the PC would they be available in some backup you frequently make of the PC?

1. Reset. Press and hold both Power and Home Buttons together till Apple Logo appears.
2. Restore to a backup.

Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.
If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service. -

Yes, but that has nothing to do with the cloud.
It is simply wifi syncing between your computer and iPad over your local wifi network -
Hi! My iPhone 4S was turned off when the battery got empty, and when I put it on the charger it didn't charge at all. I tried restarting it (on/off home button for 10 sec) nothing happened except it kept giving me the "charge battery" on its screen. I tried with different chargers, still dead! Have you talked to your carrier to confirm the unlock?
What was the procedure you did to unlock the phone?
Standard unlocking procedure once processed by the carrier:
Backup in iTunes
Erase the phone (ignore restore terminology here)
Plug the phone to the computer and then launch iTunes
Wait for unlock notification.
Restore the backup. -
I just upgraded to the 5s but the sales lady did not restore from my last backup with my 4s. How do I get my pictures and settings restored? I cannot seem to get it to give me that option. Can anyone tell me what to do? Thanks so much!
If the phone has already been set up, you will need to go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings to be able to go through the setup again. This time use Restore from Backup.

Try a resetting of your phone just to cover that base - Hold down Home and Sleep buttons for at least 10 seconds and see if the phone powers up.
If the phone was completely dead, powering through wall socket is best approach. I've never been able to charge off of a PC if it was completely dead.
If all fails, bring the phone in for service since it is still covered by warranty. -
Is there anyway to restore an iphone to new from a different computer and then use a backup from the cloud? At&t said that they unlocked the phone but that it needs to be reset in itunes and retored for it to work. However, I do not have access to my computer as I am overseas and need to put a new sim card in. Anyone had this problem and know a way to go around this?
If you have an backup on iCloud. You can restore via iTunes (on every computer) or via your iPhone itself.
And yes, you can restore the backup via iCloud.
To set iPhone to new do this: Settings > General > Reset > Erase all data and Reset all Settings.
It take a while. But after this, you can restore backup via iCloud. -
