My MacBook Pro is always over heating. I've tried SMC and all those fan setting programs but they don't do anything. Can someone tell me how to stop this?

This is becoming too much. I'll have Google Chrome open and nothing else yet it still reaches 70 to 85 degrees celsius. I've tried everything but nothing works. None of these forums or videos are helping. Does anyone know what could be causing this? And how can i stop this? I'd appreciate it

Take the computer to an Apple store or an AASP.  Whichever is more convenient for you.
